Personally, I have been with Lexus of Towson for a number of years now, and have to say that this is the best customer service I have ever had. I have had over 20 cars in my time on this Earth and while some dealerships have a good customer experience, Lexus just surpass that w/ attention to detail, customer involvement, pride in co- ownership, etc. This is enough to keep me in the Lexus family. Thanks especially to Mr. Andrew Woo who I have been dealing with for years now and hope to continue for years to come!

First let me say I can go anywhere to get an oil change, brakes checked, car wash but with my service advisor Andrew he makes me feel like what we always say customers are first. When I get anything checked on my car I call him and he do not hesitate to put me on his schedule. He is so good with his customer service that I enjoy coming to LEXUS to have my car maintenance completed. Andrew is the best he explain to me and before I know it’s done.Andrew is the Best

Monique was very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel welcomed and treated me as if I was a special customer. The guys who greet you when you pull up into the service area were very respectful and assisted in transferring my items from the loaner. The young lady at the front desk is very attentive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the dealership as a whole gives very little complimentary services and discounts coupons. If so, I dont receive notice of them.

Vince was great as usual. My LX had an issue with the air suspension. Vince took care of it and communicated with me the entire time. I had a loaner and the job was done on time. I highly recommend Vince over at Lexus of Towson.

There is a Lexus Dealership less than 3 miles away from my home but I drive to Lexus of Towson to have my car serviced for one reason only: Service Advisor Monique Wood. To put it simply, I trust her. I KNOW she has my best interest at heart, and she’s proven it over and over again. As long as Monique is there, I’ll continue to bring my car to Lexus of Towson, over and over again.

Brandon was very accommodating during my service visit. He explained everything that would be done to my SUV during the complementary service visit. The employees in the service bay were also very nice and respectful.

He was caring and compassionate during my 4 hr wait. I needed to take my time sensitive medication but had to eat prior to taking it and he was able to provide me with transportation to eat and get my medicine. Came in for a 30k mike service. Ended up needing an alignment as well. Bill was less than expected which is always a pleasant surprise. Scott gave me his typical quality and personal service. He has been my only service writer since I leased my first Lexus. I am on my third! I wouldn’t trade him for the world!

I enjoy Vincent, he was very helpful, and I felt some trust within him. He wasnt pushy or deceiving. I know about cars, so I can say that. I have not felt that way with all of the service attendants.

I had new rear brakes put on my Lexus NX 2 months ago at Lexus of Towson. My husband and I noticed that the brakes make a loud, strange sound when driving that was not there before getting the new brakes put in. We took the car back in last weekend. Andrew was our service advisor and said he thought rust built up on the brakes which wasn’t the case. He said the technicians resurfaced the brakes so we took the car home. It now sounds even worse than it did before. We’ve tried to call Andrew twice now and have left messages and have not received a call back. This is not the type of service we expected from Lexus of Towson especially when spending a LOT of money. Very disappointing!
