I absolutely love this store. The products are fresh. I have never had poor service. The products work and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

My daughters absolutely love it here! We visit regularly so the employees know us all by name and always make my 4 year olds feel so welcome and excited to be there and check out all the new products! The employees are even nice enough to hang out with my girls long enough for me to do some shopping! Absolutely LOVE everyone who works here, they give great recommendations and really know the products that theyre selling! This will always be my favorite location! 🥰

Amazing. The employees are all really sweet and helpful and they give out samples. You get a small amount of free soap when you walk in and although it can be a bit pricy, you cant find better products anywhere. The best part is the ethics of the company. Hand made, no animal testing, with organic and fresh ingredients.Theyre products are a delight and far worth the money

Took my 2 daughters, age 11 and 15. Said if you see ANYTHING you want, lets get it. Neither found anything they really wantedAs a person with no interest in these items, but aware of what things cost, because I have 2 daughters, I thought their prices were ridiculous. Personally, the sign out front basically saying, immigration police not welcome, because they believe in free movement, really bothered me. You love everyone, regardless of someones beliefs or values. Otherwise youre discriminating because of their values. Pretty ironic... needless to say, I was happy not spending a dollar in their store.

Kayleigh went above and beyond on my visit here! She was super knowledgeable about all of the products AND even gave us free samples. It was my SOs first time at Lush and he really liked it. I will definitely revisit this location in the future because of Kayleigh and her manager! Kudos to you both!!

The staff is always helpful. Place is pricey but the products are well worth it. I love the moisturizers.

The workers here are EXTREMELY rude. didn’t greet or help me at all. and when I picked up a soap to smell it, one of the workers came over, snatched it out of my hands without asking. I wasn’t using it nor are there signs that say you can’t touch the products. do not shop at this location.

They had to improvise their lineup due to covid. So they may not have exactly what you want at this time. Still they have a great selection of products in store.

ANGEL was extremely rude. Such an unfitting name for you. You are far from an angel. I dropped a bath bomb, and she physically forced me to buy a bath bomb that fell on the floor in a pandemic. Literally pushed it into my stomach. I will never shop here again claim to be vegan with heavily fragranced items in toxic plastic packaging mainly I won’t be coming back due to how I was treated by employee who must hate her job. She seemed a little drugged out

Their Covid guidelines are WAY too much. They are driving away customers. Besides the laundry list of donts, they only allow 3 people in at a time. I was with my 3 daughters and would only allow 2 to come in with me. Ridiculous. I understand safety, but it was way too exaggerated. For that, just stay closed. Also, from a business perspective, having THREE employees working, to only allow 3 customers in seems like a waste of money.

I completely support COVID safety measures but being Indy at the door watching 2 employees ignore you is FRUSTRATING

The staff here is exceptional. I have gone several time on my own to buy my wife a gift and they have always had great suggestions. Other times Ive gone in, with instructions to buy more shampoo or conditioner or lotion and have no clue what it was called. The staff must be trained to help guys like me, because I tell them what I think it smells or looks like and they point me right to it.

Much like almost every lush store, the entire experience was amazing. Staff is insanely knowledgeable. Also, great music!

I shop here often for my familys skincare needs. Great quality and all natural ingredients. The sales associates are great in assisting you to find which products work best for you. My kids love choosing a bath bomb each visit because the sale the most unique bath bombs Ive ever seen and they smell so good. You will not be disappointed and it will not be a wasted trip to visit your nearest Lush store.

Jenn was amazing! She showed me products to help my dry hands and told me about all the great things Lush does. Appreciate this employee!! It’s hard to find genuine people with amazing customer service nowadays.

If you dont like strong smells, dont enter Lush. Besides that the place is great and gives exactly what they advertise. The staff know about everything in the store and can answer all your questions. Everything there is cruelty free and can be traced back to the person who made it. While its not my favorite place personally its a good spot to explore and try out all of their products.

First time at lush the people were very friendly and helpful will be buying again online until I get back to Baltimore or find them in NYC

Theyre always so helpful here, and I love their lip scrubs. If you ever need help with anything or want a sample, the staff are super friendly about it

Love this store. I purchased the mascara here since, my eyes tend to get irritated by other mascaras (idky). The hand lotion is a lifesaver. The employees here are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the products (well the lady that helped me out was anyway [cant remember her name]). I thoroughly enjoy everything Ive purchased from Lush and will continue to shop here in the future.

It is the place which makes you happy. I didn’t have intention to buy something when I entered the store but left with whole bag of treasures and am excited about each and every piece.

Excellent, ethically and environmentally conscious products, sold by thoughtful, thorough sales reps. I use their mascara, shampoos (amazing lather and longevity), toner (sub for facewash), solid lotions, and bath bombs (usually bought by my husband). Always looking for other products from them I can use to replace my other, more wasteful products.I would like for there to be unscented or lightly scented products for those who cant tolerate strong scents or for men (who would like to use packageless shampoo, but not smell like a flower). Otherwise, love this company and what it stands for (politically too)!

Kayleigh helped me the day I came here. The most wonderful experience everr. I walked in scared i was going to look stupid because i had never actually been inside a brick and mortar store. Having only shopped on the internet, there were certain products i had wanted to buy but i was too afraid i wouldnt like the smell or that i may use them wrong and I would waste money. So I was in the area and I thought i would stop by and check out what a store looks like inside. I was so excited and it sure did not disappoint! Gorgeous displays adorn the center and outer walls of the store filled with beautiful handcrafted heaven-approved bath and beauty products. Myyy goodness from the moment i walked in that door there was so much to look at that i just stared for a few minutes in amazement. THIS, was gonna be more fun than I thought, and oh dear was I about to drop some cash. Lol Kayleigh, along with every employee in that store that day greeted me warmly and genuinely. I at first declined assistance because, well, I didnt want to let it be known I was a serious newb and didnt know what the heck I was doing. However, after looking around for a while, i noticed the atmosphere in there was more than inviting, laid-back, and judgement free. So I decided to ask Kayleigh a few questions. She was so informative and even showed me how to use it by performing a, sink side demo. She made me feel so much better about everything and really opened my eyes to some of the products i had asked about, so much so that I felt comfortable to ask her for recommendations at that point. I have psoriatic arthritis and i have itchy, swollen skin in some spots like on my hands, feet, face, forearms and legs so I was iffy about getting things with a smell, afraid that it would irritate me from the fragrance. So she helped me pick out an entirely new beauty and skin care regimen that day. She recommended a couple of the solid face bars and I decided to buy it and try it out. I decided to make the switch from traditional shampoo and conditioner and went for the shampoo bars and conditioner bars they have. I grabbed a, massage bar, that doubles as a moisturizer, and i also grabbed things for my fiance to switch his routine up as well. The shampoo bars say they will last about 80 washes and she assured me with short hair it would be more like 100 and so far she has been right about everything. I have been using all of these products for weeks now and i will not go back to products in a bottle ever again. Thats what appealed to me as well was the fact that the solid products create less waste because they do not have packaging. She extensively told me about the processes, the impacts, the benefits, and the changes being made from not using packaging and going with the,naked, products. I was also excited that day about the shark soap and she also throughly explained the reason behind the shark fin soap and what the proceeds go towards and that there were other charities lush supports and that I should take a look online from time to time to check them out and the impact they are making. I know this is really long, but, I am that impressed with the level of care and education i got at this store that day. Kayleigh even referenced personal experience from using these products at home with her family. I cannot express how much i will cherish that interaction as i myself work in customer service and i aspire to give that same level of care to my beauty clients. That being said, it made it that much more special to me to be the one treated that way that day. I walked in not having a clue, and walked out confident and uplifted from the experience. Thank you all so much for giving me that level of care, attention, and realness. It made me feel so awesome! I will now be exclusively shopping at lush for my beauty needs.

The employee with light pink, curly hair needs to be fired (late 20s/ early 30’s, African-American, female, glasses). She made me and my friends so uncomfortable that we decided we never want to come back here and we’ve been shopping at this location for years :/She was unbelievably rude. Rolled her eyes and told us to wait if we had a question about products (mind you no one else was in the store so idk what we had to wait for?!). She had zero knowledge on lush products. Laughed at my friend. She was so, so rude to all of us. No customer service skills whatsoever (coming from someone who works retail!!)Usually the co-workers in Lush are so kind!! I hadn’t seen her in there before but I hope she gets let go:/
