Love love love this store! The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable with my purchases without making me feel like they were just trying to make a sale. the products are amazing and have such great smells without being over powering and harsh on skin like bath and body works can be. the body butters are my favorite and just make my skin feel so moisturized! i only use these after my shower or when my skin is feeling dry.

Its hard not to love this store when you shop during the post-Christmas sale. Deep discounts on wonderful products that are useful year-round! Generally, its a well kept mall store with a friendly staff. The products are not tested on animals, which is important to me, and they work toward environmental responsibility. Bath and personal care items, cosmetics, oils, gifts - worth a visit!

Always fantastic customer service. I love the BB cream. You dont need make up with the excellent coverage. Your skin stays nice and supple.

I have been using Body Shop products for nearly 25 years and I *love* their products. With that said, I will NEVER return to this location.On three separate recent occasions, we have been treated like absolute garbage by the staff at this location. I’ve tried brushing it off, but the most recent encounter actually made my teenage daughter cry. We walked in, she went over to pick up the body butter she wanted and opened it to take a sniff. An employee then yelled at her not to touch the displays! What? How are you supposed to buy something if you can’t touch the display?Needless to say, they lost a sale. More than that, I don’t know that I will be able to continue to be a customer of this brand. They need to train their employees much, much better. This is not how you treat your customers.

This shop has so much to choose from and it looks and smells amazing. There are plenty of sale items to choose from as well. I love this place.

Went there today and the staff (Bryanna Pondexter) helped a lot. She’s very helpful and came to me asking what all I need. The Body Shop products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. In fact the bottles are also made from recycled plastic bottles.

The product of the company is amazing. However I went about a month ago to check the store out for the first time. The woman was OVER SELLING. She was trying to get me to buy sooooo many items when I came in there only to get 2 items. Once I said I was ready to check out she kept pushing products on me every second. I just said I was done why are you still trying to get me to buy more?“this make up is a dollar I can’t seem to get anyone to buy $1 makeup”. Two reasons 1. It’s a dollar and 2. You keep prying so hard. I went back to the mall 2 weeks later and thought about going back until I saw her in the store and because of her attitude I didn’t go in. Went right to LUSH instead, they leave you alone and aren’t pushing anything while being friendly. I’ll just buy online or from Ulta for now on. Don’t go unless you want to be hassled about buying even when you said no 3-4 times in 5 minutes. She’ll have an accent and wears glasses, just a heads up...
