I just got my sisters iPad back because I had them fix the screen. Now it keeps shutting off every 5 mins I recorded it as well for proof. It was working perfectly fine before I gave it to them. It’s only a year old I pad so there literally no reason for this except that they messed something up when they opened up the device to change the screen. Went back to the store so that they could fix it and they did but then I came out with another problem. They somehow jammed my top volume button and when I asked them to fix it they said they would charge me and that they didn’t want to work with me anymore because I left a bad review and too many issues with my service. Issues that wouldn’t have occurred if you did the job correctly the first time. He kept pressuring me to leave a good review and I’m sorry but I’m not finna lie and have someone else go to this shop and experience what I did. Not to mention. After he took apartment the screen the second time he did a horrible job glueing it back on. I also tipped them the first time they fixed my screen because I didn’t know about the power issue. I do not recommend. Horrible quality and customer service.

Great service, fixed just what was broken with the phone. The technician ran diagnostics to see what exactly was wrong with the phone and charged us accordingly. Another place we went to was just going to replace speakers for almost double the money. Repair was completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately they didnt have the matching screen but it is an older phone, so the fact they had one is a plus. I did however notice the back plate still had a small gap.

Brought my iPhone to get the battery replaced. Will explained process and that it will be replaced with OEM battery. Pricing was reasonable and service was very good. Would recommend.

I found this business on Facebook marketplace by random chance. Since I live on the other side of the country, I was extremely iffy doing business. They have great reviews is the only reason I followed through. Got my MacBook Air laptop in flawless condition. Sent them my trade in and they sent me the money for it promptly. Extremely willing to answer any and all questions even if you ask them in 6 different ways (I was nervous lol). Will definitely use again.

I brought in a Surface book 2, 15 with a broken touch display and CPR was able to replace the screen for me flawlessly. I had a hard time finding a place that would even attempt to repair my computer since surface books are notoriously difficult to repair.They were able to find me a good quality screen at fair market value and perform the labor pretty cheaply.I would definitely go here for my future computer/cellphone repairs

The representative I spoke with was really nice, he even FaceTimed me so I could see the product before I bought it. When it arrived it was almost completely charged and ready to use.

Very good experience, and very helpful. The lady in the front was kind and polite. I would never go back to the Anitoch location. I would drive the extra miles for the better service. The big guy with glasses was horrible. They called me said my part for my phone was there, and I can come in that day. I drove there to find out my part wasnt there, and I drove there that day for nothing. A week later I calmly walked in explaining Im here dropping my phone off. He said, I dont know why you are here. I explained, to fix the front and back. He replied, I dont know why you are here. I explained again, Im here to drop off my phone to fix front and back through an insurance claim, do you need my phone number to look it up? He still replied, I dont know why you are here. Then I asked, what do you need from me ? He said, can I have your phone number? I explained to him I just tried to give you my number. He reply Im not gonna fix your phone because you have an attitude. Worst service ever. They dont want to work, and they do not care about the customers.

Seems very very expensive to me !. Though Ben is good at identifying and prompt response, I felt like I had to spend more money. It would be good to charge reasonable and fair prices. Otherwise customers eventually realize and move to other options. As you can see other people also felt the same. People can almost buy second hand laptop/phone with the repair cost so actually pointless to go for repair.

I needed my PlayStation 4 Pro looked at because it would shut off during gameplay. I dropped it off with CPR late in the day and they said they would check it out the next. Sure enough they cleaned out the inside and it was ready the next day to pick up. My kids have been playing on it for 3 hours now and it’s running great with no issues.

Ben, the owner helped me and then my family who came later. Ben ordered a new screen for my MacBook Pro and hes going to install it as soon as he receives it from China. Ben then showed me other computers because I told him that I was looking for a newer computer for my wife and he was very nice about it and I called my wife, and my son and daughter came with her. We ended up buying a new Surface PC for my wife since the price seemed very reasonable. Im just waiting for my new MacBook Pro screen to arrive in about 3 weeks so that Ben can install it, a process Ben said it would take a couple of hours. So far, we are very satisfied with the work Ben has done.

I took my laptop in for repair at least 2 or 3 months ago and they just called me to pick it up. When I get there they are super mean to me. When I finally get my laptop back they have me a bill of 400 dollars for a charging port fix. Then they decided to say after I payed them that they couldn’t fix it. I payed them all that money for them not to fix it and on top of that my whole laptop was sticky and nasty and there were parts missing in it. I highly recommend you to go somewhere else. Don’t wast your money at this place

I was at my wits in. I needed a photo off an old Samsung phone. I spent a week calling ands going to places that didnt have any idea about how to proceed. So, one repair place told me about a place in Tracy, so why not. I went down and explained my situation, he had me set up with a data cable, I watched a couple YOUTUBE videos on how to retrieve information off of old equipment and I have my photo and a couple more Id forgotten about. I was looking for a Zagg InvisibleShield screen protector for a new phone. I prefer a polymer screen protector instead of glass because its stronger reinforcement, and not breakable like another layer of glass. With Bay Area malls closed for the COVID19 pandemic, Zaggs web site directed me to CPR in Tracy as the nearest option. While there was a problem with the first try, they were immediately honest about it and that they needed to order another before they could replace it. They said if it wasnt right after a day to see how well the polymer settled on, then theyd replace the screen protector on warranty. After that day of letting it sit undisturbed (as Zagg recommends because of how the polymer installation works), I decided to take them up on it. The new one was perfect. Being honest and making things right are important. And they did that right. Thanks to Will and Ben at CPR Tracy for the courteous service.

My 6 year old laptop was running very slow and sluggish in responding to key strokes and mouse commands. After reading the reviews I decided to take it in. They checked it out and gave it a clean bill of health. They determined that the 750 gig hard drive was near capacity and thats was slowing me down. Ben recommended several options to remedy the situation. I went with installing a 1 terabyte solid state hard drive. Ben cloned my old hard drive and installed the new one in just one day. My computer is now responding faster than it ever has. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be taking all of my computer issues here. The inside of the store is very neat and organized as well. Great job Ben!!

Absolute horrible just the other day i went to get my phone repaired and they came out with a whopping bill it was insane you have way better cash option at the mall dont go to this place besides that the person that was working at the counter was giving me a death stare which was horrible they didnt even greet me or anything nicely ever since they changed the inside of that store it looks like a bootleg version of metro pcs with cheap stuff hanging on the wall at least before they remodeled it the old company used to greet me with a nice smile or hello (Never going to this place again) They’ll probably run out of business anyways because no one even goes there

I was dreading having to go there for a recent blue screen issue cause the old owner always creeped me out and felt like he was dishonest, even tho the work was always better than bestbuy. Was pleasantly surprised by this change of hands. Tracy now has a really great locally owned tech support spot. Highly recommend.

My iphone screen cracked and i took it the apple store,they said $300 to fix it and 3-4 weeks. thats too long! I searched around for another place and found Tracy Computers. I took it to them and they fixed it the same day and it was under $100. Now it looks new and i am very happy.

Fixed my iphone screen under 10 minutes while I was waiting in their store. Customer service is top natch and guess what price is better than any store in town. Apple store told me two weeks and I will get a refurbished iphone if not fixable and I will lose all my pictures. I recommend to check this place first before you go anywhere else.

WOW these guys are great,I originally took my computer to Staples to see what my problem was and get it fix and they said I probably had a microsoft problem and they would do a diagnostic for $69.95 and that would fix it, but when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me $40.00 more to restore it.I told them I did not want to spend more money and they said OK and my computer would much better anyway, which it did not.I then took it to Tracy Computer Service and they did a FREE diagnostic and explained my problem which the other place did not and then TCS repaired my for only $59.95.Yes Im very pleased with there service.Gary
