Great breakfast/brunch spot. Cool interior, good service and tasty food. We ordered the Yogurt bowl as a starter to share, the Seasonal Hash with poached eggs and the Northern Benedict. Everything was flavorful and cooked just right. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Benedict did a very nice renovation on the old Patisserie Aime location. Bright, clean, uncluttered and has nice outdoor seating option. Staff was wearing masks, much appreciated, thank you. Their take on hash called Seasonal Hash (pictured here) was great. This week it contained brussel sprouts, sweet potato, onion, micro greens and topped with two eggs - which I had sunny side up. I had sourdough toast and the homemade apple butter was almost as good as my own moms! Delicious meal. Highly recommend.

We just went here for breakfast. Friendly service and delicious food! Had to try the eggs benedict since the restaurant is called Benedict. Very delicious! All the other food we saw come out of the kitchen looked so so good too. Cute little place to get food if youre in the Traverse City area. Highly recommend 👌🏻 😁

Good is tasty. Fairly standard. The bacon is VERY good. I had the Northerner. He had the loaded hash. It was all good. The portions were…health conscious. That’s the only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5.

Had the Northerner Benedict which has bacon instead of ham and has a layer of cherry and tomato jam under the bacon. A nice combination of tart and sweet to go with the smokey, salty bacon and the creamy hollandaise. A good variation on the traditional benedict. The dish comes with a side of potatoes, small like a fingerling or redskin, broken in half with rough edges - maybe split with a fork instead of cut? I suspect they were baked first and then lightly fried - whatever, the cooming left some wonderfully crisp edges on fluffy centers. Just a great texture.I also splurged and ordered a side of house-made sausage. Tremendous! Fresh herbs and a little red pepper gave the patties a great flavor and a touch of heat. Unfortunately, they were cooked a little well done for my tastes, but I bet if Id asked theyd have served them closer to a medium or medium well. There was quite a wait for a table, but they only had a single server for maybe 8 or 10 tables and 4 bar side seats. No fault to the server, she was overwhelmed and her manager was doing her best to keep her from being totally swamped - but be advised you might have a long wait. But the food is totally worth it. And the server & manager are genuinely nice folks, even when at the end of their ropes. Glad we stopped in and glad we waited!

This place has become a must-visit place when were in the area. I cannot even handle how incredible that Northerner Benedict dish is! The place is cute and bright, which is a nice vibe for a breakfast joint. The coffee is strong and so, so good. The food is next level amazing! I love coming here.

Absolutely Amazing! I give it 5/5 stars because the food was soooo freaking good! (I had the traditional Eggs Benedict) BUT ... 2 things that almost made me give it 4 stars:1. The yellow stools look cool but are uncomfortable. We waited for a table so we could use the larger wooden chairs. Next time we’ll likely order takeout.2. Portion sizes are TINY for sides and drinks so not worth the cost. Examples: my house made bacon was the size of 4 bandaids (no joke) and the “large” OJ I got was literally doll like in size.3. Slow service; super nice waitress but just a slower pace about things.Overall though the Eggs Benedict was so good and the price was so affordable that I had to go with 5/5. Will definitely be back & recommending this to all my family/friends.

This place is cute and cozy with fun pictures on the wall. It has good sanitary and safety measures. However, our waitress spilled our coffee twice, the food was inconsistent, and it took a long time for our food to arrive. We ordered the Northerner Benedict. It was okay, nothing special. We also ordered the special skillet hash with over easy eggs. One of the eggs was fully cooked, the other was over easy. I expected more hash than a few cubes of potato.

The worst customer service. Extremely rude!Update: our party was not updated, however I followed up with your staff and seemed very flustered, overwhelmed, and lacked the experience to handle such “busy, holiday weekend brunch.” While I am a small business owner myself and can more than appreciate a staff shortage, however that is never an excuse for your “front of house manager” to speak to a guest in any way other than respectfully. In addition when we first arrived we had to sit at the bar which had 3 open seats that remained open for the duration of our wait.I would love to know what was seen on this video other than myself repeatedly having to check in on our wait since we waited over 35 minutes and then we’re told “to just deal with it.”

We came in at 1:40 when they close at 2 and they were pleasant and welcoming, even though we were the only table in the place. We tried to be fast to not keep them long but they never made us feel rushed at all. The veggie Benedict was amazing and the apple slaw on the lunch sandwich was perfect not to mention great bread! Our server Ethan was charming and did a great job. The owner even stopped by our table to see how we liked things. We will be back asap. Thank you for being a great brunch spot in our town!

We were visiting TC and were able to get our name in for a Sunday brunch here.. 35 minute wait, so we grabbed a drink next door (Benedict does not serve alcohol yet- they’re working on getting their liquor license!) The host told us we might experience some slower service due to being understaffed but I wouldn’t have known if she hadn’t mentioned it. We sat on the patio and our server was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Just wish I caught her name so I could give her some proper recognition!I had the breakfast sandwich, the food was good and it was a perfect portion. I cleaned my plate without feeling too full. Whatever you choose, make sure it involves the breakfast potatoes.. My group was still talking about them at dinner later that day!

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and very clean. The menu is thoughtful and different. The staff seems to be working hard and are very nice, however, this is where the good ends. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait, it was 40. Once we were finally seated, we waited another 45 minutes to get the food... We could see the problem as we sat right next to the kitchen. The process was not very efficient and food was coming out of the kitchen SO SLOW. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if I was the owner I would want to know.

My friend and I were traveling back from sleeping bear dunes and this place came recommended by a local girl in Glen Arbor. We decided to stop in as we were traveling back through TC. We enjoyed a table outside and ordered the seasonal hash and wow. It was not only delicious but we appreciated the creative spin. The beets and goat cheese were an unexpected yet pleasant touch. Kudos to the only girl on staff at that time who was doing it all and doing it all fairly well! My only reservation was the lack of a patron restroom. I have never been to a restaurant that didn’t have a bathroom, I found this quite odd. As were were travelers, it would have been nice to freshen up before and take care of business after our meal before hitting the road. We had to walk down the street, unfamiliar with the area, just to find a restroom. All in all, love what you’re doing and glad to help support your delicious eatery.

What a perfect little place to eat! Our family decided to stop by on our way out of TC and we were so happy we did! The staff were extremely friendly and the food was amazing smaller portions than what I am used too but honestly it was all I needed! My only suggestion is that for children if you could provide younger ones with disposable non breakable glassware. I was thankful I brought a kid cup with me but this could be very helpful! We were attracted to this place because of its high ratings, and surely this place deserves to be among the top spots in the area. Aside from the petite and cozy atmosphere inside, and the outside seating area that just lets experience downtown TC while youre having freshly made breakfast thats delicious yet light on the stomach, their customer service was exquisite! When we expressed our dietary restrictions, the waitress asked if we would like our food to be cooked in a separate pan, which I never experienced in any of the restaurants I go to. It goes to show how considerate they are of the different demographics of their customers. Woukd definitely recommend that place for anyone visiting TC.

This was the second time to eat here. The first time service was good, and food was good but it was not busy. This morning they were busy so we waited an hour for our table which was our choice. We were seated and menus were given and drink orders taken. Our coffee and tea was delivered. The tea bag was in the cup with water and fell into the cup. I thought the waitress was going to bring us silverware and a napkin so I could remove the tea bag but she never did. Tea was dripping all over from the part of the bag that was hanging over the cup so I finally got up and got a napkin from a mobile hand washing station near by. After 15-20 minutes no one had come to take our order so we decided to just pay for our drinks and leave. We were sitting outside so my husband got up to pay. While he was inside I noticed the waitress taking the order from people who had arrived after us. Of course, the waitress blamed the wait on the fact that they were busy. I felt like they forgot us which is surprising since the place is small, only four outside tables and a few inside. It was a frustrating experience. I am giving two stars because the first time we went the experience was good. I would suggest not going if they are busy. I would maybe go back at a less busy time because I thought the food was good but my husband probably will not.

If there’s 0 stars that’s what I would pick because of the customer service at this place. We waited ONE hour when they said it would be a 20 minute wait. They told us we would get a text when our table is ready. Never got anything. We realized it was taking longer than they stated so we went to ask to see how much longer, we saw 3 parties sat and already ordering and they came after us. The manager has such a bad attitude and spins the story around to blame us when it’s actually her fault. Save time and go somewhere else these people and place are not worth the hassle.
