Found this Traverse City coffee and breakfast gem as we were leaving town. It’s off the main strip but worth the extra effort to go and find. The coffee is very fairly priced and the flavors and pours are superbly done by the baristas!The food is a little pricey when compared to a hometown hearty breakfast joint, but again, the flavors and presentations are immaculate.One drawback is the parking. For some reason they created additional spaces behind the ones alongside the building, so if you pull up to the building, expect to get double parked in as cars will park behind you and block you in. You’ll have to walk around asking other customers if they own the red Subaru and to move it so you can get out. The building owner really should fix this as it’s a safety hazard.

New to this spot, but awesome atmosphere and vibes, and a welcome addition to Traverse City. Nice coffee selection with seasonal beverages, and really great food. The avocado waffle was great - perfectly poached eggs! Prime spot for breakfast, brunch, or just a good cup of coffee.

My new favorite coffee shop in Traverse City. The minimalist design is my favorite. The coffee product is the best Ive had in the area. Plus they actually let people inside! Which is why Im here :) prices are a bit higher, like good coffee shops around the world are. Id love to come back here every time Im in town. Great pour over, great milk steaming, great (expensive) pastries.

Super cute, modern coffee shop with great drinks! Their steamed cider, and matcha lattes are absolutely delicious. All of the other drinks look good too. The cinnamon roll waffles are OUTSTANDING, but on the sweet side. So, more of a dessert. On the other hand, the avocado bowl is amazing and they customized it to what I wanted. So if your in the savory mood, get the avocado bowl, but if your in a sweet mood, get the cinnamon roll waffles. They also have amazing seasonal items. Along with that, they sell coffee, and water bottle stickers. All in all, the vibe is clean, cozy, modern, and the food/drinks are great!

Great coffee roaster. They have some amazing beans. The staff is very friendly and has great recommendations. The bathrooms are nice and clean. There is outside seating, where you can have your puppers. They make their pastries in house, Id recommend the chocolate croissant amazing. I will definitely be back when I am in town and would recommend to anyone else.

The place is super cool and the service was fantastic! This was the first place we actually ate at since the start of the pandemic and we felt very safe (all the staff had their masks properly on, there was plenty of distance between tables and really good airflow with the opened garage door.The plants in the center were for sale and was such a nice add on to the already great vibe of the place.The food and drinks were great (we ordered a strawberry and lemons waffle, luchador, matcha lavender late and a macchiato)! I definitely recommend this place!P.S. they have alternative milks including oat milk!

Service seemed fairly slow/backed up, and a tad bit busy.The food is AMAZING.The staff courteous, kind, and nice to talk with.Atmosphere is super chill.Some drinks are right on the cusp of expensive but superb and very well made every time.Very consistent I have visited at least 30 times.

Our favorite coffee shop in Traverse! The coffee is great (I always order a cappuccino and have never been disappointed). Baked good and food are also great- avocado toast is absolutely delicious!

This is a great coffee roastery. The coffee has an outstanding taste and they also use barista oat milk. The place has a variety of coffee that you can purchase for brewing at home.

Real yummy! The atmosphere is nice. Although, i would say that the chairs are really loud when you move them. Only downside. Lots of plants.

Barista did an incredible job on my pour over. Sandwich was excellent too. I’ve purchased whole beans for home brewing from this location for a long time but never actually dined in, so glad I did! By far the best place to get coffee in traverse city. Keep it up guys

Coffee still excellent, but the croissants havent been as good. Dont seem fresh. Dry, dense and burnt on the tips. If you wanna sell day olds, drop the price.

Exceptionally high quality coffee provider that roasts their own beans in-house. The Ethiopian blends are always a hit for us! Plus they sell locally made goods, art, and plants for your home. Mundos is our favorite TC coffee company, with friendly staff & perfect coffee!

Stopped by before traveling back home and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh breakfast foods! Very fresh and fast service. The baristas are very nice and quick with the orders. My vanilla latte was really good! Temperature was perfect. Parking is a little awkward but worth visiting!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good coffee. The only reason I’m giving it four instead of five stars is it’s very noisy inside and the layout is hard to maneuver with a stroller and kid. But awesome vibe and great menu.

This place was very disappointing. I paid $26 for two lattes and a breakfast sandwich the size of my palm. There are no prices on the food menu. The croissants in the bakery case were absolutely lovely!! I was under the impression that our breakfast sandwich which stated came on a croissant would be served on said displayed croissants but instead was served on a flat square of puff pastry. The sandwich was delicious, but very sloppily put together and not worth the money. The staff was impersonal. The parking was also problematic.

The avocado toast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and nice. I also got a latte with vanilla syrup and it was so good. I would highly recommend

A hidden gem is a over saturated foodie town. What a wonderful place to enjoy a light fare breakfast or lunch. The staff where attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere is clean and refreshing. And the food DELICIOUS. Not much of a coffee drinker but I’m sure it’s just as good as everything else. This is also a perfect spot to grab a gift for the person that has everything, I’ll keep those details a surprise but I’m certain that all will agree. If your a local or here for the awesomeness that is Traverse City I strongly suggest checking this place out. Must try is the matcha mint drink that is available in take out containers.

AT LAST! Finally TC has a coffee shop that not only hits all the marks but exceeds them. This is definitely my go-to hideaway spot for high quality, craft coffee and tea drinks and delicious treats. The atmosphere is very good for productivity as well.

Loved my visit to this place. Appreciate the atmosphere, good cold brew, and locally sourced products they sell. Highly recommend sipping a cup of coffee and hanging out here.

Spectacular in every way. It’s so hard to find a spot that does truly exceptional coffee AND food. Lattes are wonderful and so is the drip coffee. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches so much, we drove an hour from Bellaire to try two different ones the next morning even though it was completely in the wrong direction. They serve little pickled carrots with the BLT. The lime is bright and perfect with the sausage and potatoes over the flakey croissant biscuit and the poached eggs sit beautifully on top of it all, releasing creamy yolk after a poke. The atmosphere is a whole other story; Edison bulbs and plants, subway tiles and wood. Don’t miss this place when you’re in TC.

My husband and I are both baristas from St. Louis and we are in Traverse on our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the vibe at Mundos and the amazing coffee! If you want a serious cup of coffee, this is the place to go. We will definitely be coming back before we head home!

I may or may not have told you I love you instead of saying thank you 😶 People....Mundos has ambiance like no other coffee shop in town, well lit with the big windows in front & cool lighting fixtures over the bar. There is a very open & inviting appeal to this place, like a breath of fresh air in comparrison to other crowded or tiny coffee shops around TC. There are also plants everywhere & they all appear very well cared for & add life & energy to whole cafe.The coffee beans being used are top notch & they sell their beans in house as well, I am considering picking up a bag on my next visit. Also prices are VERY fair 🤑Staff are courteous, receptive & well trained in their craft. This isnt just push a button & you have a late, this is the real deal, HAND CRAFTED you truly can taste the difference & for $4 well 😄 posting a pic of my latte so the picture can speak for itself. If you havent been here yet peeps ya gotta check this place out 🤷‍♀️

Wonderful place for coffee and a pastry. The staff was super friendly and informative. As a not very informed coffee drinker I had no clue what to order and a staff person walked me through all the options and never once made me feel unwelcome or uninformed. The pastry was awesome, and my vanilla latte was amazing. Definitely would recommend any drink with their house-made sauces.

Stopped here with a friend for coffee. Such a lovely atmosphere and the Gingerbread Latte and molasses cookie were delicious. I will visit this place again.

Coming into Mundos was the best decision I made all day. Honestly, it was the best cup of espresso Ive ever had; so well done. And their almond croissant was delicious as well! Very highly recommend.

This was probably the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. The fresh vibes and space make this an ideal place to start your morning or meet up with someone. We ate breakfast there was were surprised with how nicely it was done.

Definitely one of the best coffee shops in Traverse City. Their coffee has full, rich flavors and each are made with love. Their staff is always friendly and kind to me. Im also impressed with how well dressed the staff is there. I am always highly satisfied with my coffee and the experience of going to Mundos. Great atmosphere, smells, and customer experience. Mundos has it all! I would post a picture of me with their coffee but I drank it all.

The Lavender lemonade was fantastic.

Great place for oat milk beverages. They have a mint matcha that is too die for. The staff are very friendly. I didnt love their regular drip coffee, but their special drinks were great. The food is also really good. They do a great job with their poached eggs.

First I had an espresso then I had to have a Wote Konga Ethiopia, as I had to have more of a taste of what it has to offer. Today was my first visit to this adorable yet hip and trendy coffee shop. I came here for a meeting and definitely will be back. The atmosphere is light yet cozy. I am not a coffee drinker but they do have a nice tea menu. It is loose leaf tea too which I appreciate. No dumb tea bags in a cup of hot water! They infuse it which is the best way to drink herbal tea! 😊 I will be back! Im very glad to have experienced this place.

I usually have great service at Mundos but today was different. The girl taking our order was great. I waited a while for my coffee but my husband got his right away..but it was busy so I expected as much because I ordered a latte. Anyway, when I finally got my coffee I realized I forgot to order decaf...for health reasons... I am not able to have caffeinated coffee. I went up and gave the people who were making the coffee my cup of coffee and told them my error. They apologized, I told them that was ok...but they never even offered to make another cup for me...I would have paid for it. By that time my husband was done drinking his coffee and finished off a creasant. I will continue to go to Mundos because I like the coffee and atmosphere...but was disappointed with the lack of service this time around.😕

I’ve experienced many cafe’s and coffee shops from California to Michigan, and this place has reached the rankings of all time favorites. The quality of the ingredients that go into their food and beverages are far above standard. The staff is warm and friendly Melissa was very helpful and informative. The shop was extremely clean, bright and inviting. I am very much looking forward to returning to this shop on our vacations to traverse city.

I thought I knew something about coffee until I visited this place. Stopped in for a business meeting and was greeted warmly and even warned by their next door neighbor about the parking situation that I know that the owners are working on. Im a black coffee drinker, and the stuff that they brewed for me was absolutely out of this world. The owners clearly know what they are doing, and it is a modern, minimalist, nearly Millennial type of environment. Seems to draw a high-end crowd. You will be treated well and you will not be disappointed with your beverage of choice.
