As always my coffee was GREAT!! Although location was understaffed and it took quite a while to get my order..

Like what everyone else is saying. Staff are super nice but there aren’t enough of them. Service is incredibly slow. Took 18 minutes to get a drink and a sandwich when I ordered inside.

Halloween night, needed some caffeine to pick me up and get me through. The barista hooked it up with a caramel macchiato. Hit the spot and got me through! Big ups to the homie whose name I didnt get!

What a beautiful place both inside & outside. Plenty of space to sit inside or outside.Friendly people working there from my experience. 2 thumbs up.

Staff is polite but service is slow. Its a very busy store location so pick your poison either wait in line behind 15 cars for the drive-thru, or place your mobile order and wait potentially 15 to 20 minutes. They need more than one person working mobile orders.

Nice people nice place but quality of the drinks (Apple Crisp Machiatto) was bland at best.

Benjamin is as amazing barista! What an asset to this store. They are SO busy right now and he remade a drink that was goofed with a smile on his face and SUCH professionalism. Also, made sure our drinks were filled to the top. What great service! So impressed!!

Do NOT go to this Starbucks! On vacation and have visited two days in a row and had the same experience! Priority IS NOT a walk in customer. Baristas made mobile orders and had them sit before making in-person orders. Manager was rude and complained about her not getting her personal drink yet as she looked at the line and walked to the back. Didn’t even bother to help or offer support for her staff. Severely disappointed in this location.

Just rolled in during a storm and the drive thru girls were so nice and funny. We joked about the tornado rolling through but needed coffee lol.

Showed up and ordered on the app with curbside pickup,only took about 4 minutes to get order in and out fast and easy, drive thru was full and got order fast,

I am a long time Starbucks customer and have purchased from stores in many States. I have had slow service, but never this poor of service. The drinks were finally made but were never announced.I would not recommend going into the store

The staff was friendly and working to fulfill a packed drive through and people out the door.The down side was we only received one of our 2 drinks and had to take off to meet another appointment.

I dont drink coffee so I rarely go to Starbucks. I stopped in on the first hot day of the season and got a Strawberry Acia Iced Tea. So freaking delicious! Staff was friendly, and everything was clean and made as safe as possible furring reopening after quarantine.

Really slow today (Saturday). 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Disappointing.

Done right...drive is a little tight and busy though.

Super clean and by far the best Starbucks Ive ever visited. Staff is always perfectly mannered and professional in their art. One barista in particular, Joanie, went way out of her way far above and beyond the coffee call of duty for my Dad, who is nearly impossible to please. A true asset to your company. As a business owner in TC I only wish I had someone who cared and worked that hard on my side. Tough to find good, honest people like that. Best coffee in town. Pay no attention to the BS reviews you see about delays in getting a simple cup of coffee. Those are nothing other than the many dozens of other coffee house people in town placing bogus reviews. Ill go nowhere else, and I have about ten other choices nearer to me. Extremely good munchies to go along with the Java too!

My friend has been raving about the pink drink so being very parched I thought Id try it. Mobile order so I could pick it up on my way to my moms. I ordered a venti pink drink.....I got something pink in a 12 oz cup and no strawberries. My receipt said venti and the tag on the cup said vt....I was very displeased with what I received. I later found out that it was not made correctly and was not a venti size. First time visit to this location. Im all for second chances but it wont be anytime soon.

I’ve mobile ordered from this location on several occasions and my order is always ready when I pull in, even when the store is very busy. I’ve never had my order made incorrectly or been treated badly by an employee. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location in Traverse City!

Great friendly staff despite the Covid mess and the worker shortage.

This is one of my favorite stores but right now, no one can hear you when you call mobile order names because of the masks and the glass. We know you cant help that, but given the fact we cant see lips, and there is a mask barrier, and a glass barrier between us and you, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC please! I watched half a dozen customers today including myself say who? or huh? because the music completely drowns out you guys calling out mobile order names.As I said, one of my favorite stores. Always nice, very efficient, very busy, great staff, great experiences, just turn the music down a tad!

Met friend for coffee. Got an iced coffee, with shot of vanilla. Was excessively bitter and I thought I got the wrong drink. Manager assured me it was mine. Asked how they made their cold brew coffee. Was told they made shots of espresso and added water!! They didnt actually cold brew their iced coffee. Was truly awful. Was told I should have ordered nitro coffee. Also, patio was really dirty.One nice thing? The staff were super friendly, only reason they get any stars. And oddly? Tons of staff working... no idea why one couldnt go tidy patio, wipe tables.

We waited 35 minutes for our mobile order... No sorry... No indication for eta... Nothing. In fact, we saw a woman whose shift ended order and get hers in 5 minutes flat. If youre going to do that, you probably shouldnt do it in front of 20+ patrons wine been waiting for a half an hour for coffee.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a Starbucks. Ordered my coffee and waited 40 minutes before I got a refund. Mobile orders sitting and waiting for people who never showed up. The employees couldn’t even tell me how much longer. I get that it was a busy time, but to watch drinks get made and sit for a half hour is ridiculous. While I sat and waited for my order. Management needed to prioritize in person orders or suspend mobile orders. Completely unimpressed with this experience.

I always was a Starbucks fan and used to go there too often when in other states.I was too excited when I heard that Starbucks is coming to TC. The only problem with this location is that the music is always too loud and the staff is always talking among themselves loudly.I used to go there and sit for an hour peacefully but now, due to so much noise, I have started using the drive through.The coffee and everything else they serve is great. The only problem is too loud music and staff. I wish they were less noisy.

I had the best costumer service experience of my life at this Starbucks this AM. I went through the drive through to order a to-go craft of coffee for me and five friends. I was in my pajamas, and they insisted on bringing the coffee out to my car after it was done brewing so I never even got out of my car. When the employee brought it out to me, he gave me a bunch of baked goods for free because he overhead say I had some friends over. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and overall lovely! People like this make me feel warm and fuzzy

This Starbucks is awesome. Every single person there is incredibly kind and welcoming - going out of their way to make your experience better. Everyone is friendly and fun, too! Amazing customer service and always a pleasure coming in to grab my mobile order or even staying all day.

My friends and I waited 40 mins for our drinks. I wish that was an exaggeration but I kid you not. They cant tell the difference between a mobile order and a in person order so they just make them as they come in. Worst experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks. Waiting 40 mins for a coffee is ridiculous. Would have appreciated a refund

Everyone is always super friendly and the drinks are great. The drive thru can still be a little slow sometimes but I think they’re really speeding up over all. Last time I went inside to study, everyone was super nice and it was just an overall cheerful and enjoyable experience.

We ordered two beverages .. the first was a 30 minute wait then the second was a added 15 minutes. 45 minutes in total!! Maybe take customer orders then complete the order at the same time...then on to the next customer (that way the customer knows how long the wait is by the size of line and orders are complete all at once). Never experienced. such disorganization at a Starbucks like this ever!

April, 2021 - just downgraded my rating to 2. This store seems adequately staffed, yet whenever I go in to pick up an order, it takes forever. And thats with no backup in the carry-out line & no one else in the store. Staff seems busy making orders for customers on their way, yet for the customer in front of them, they wait until it apparently shows up per their ordering system. So the drinks awaiting pick-up cool down or warm up & the live customer gets irritated watching numerous beverages being made.August, 2020 - just downgraded my rating to 3 stars ... typically have waited 5 - 10 minutes for mobile orders, & found that apparently after 12 noon, they stop brewing dark roast.February, 2020 - am a huge Starbucks fan who was very excited when Starbucks came to TC with a standalone store. Like the drive-in, though only use it every so often. Love the app & being able to order online. Unfortunately have found that that feature isnt always working for this store.

KInda lame giving a Starbucks five stars, but they move that drive thru line at an impressive rate of speed and get you what you need just the way you want it. Its a corporate Megalodon, sure, but it has what you NEED.

My wife and two granddaughters & I visited this SBUX on Dec. 24. We were impressed! It is clean, neat and offers a good variety of seating. This Christmas Special drinks were excellent. This facility is quite new and features a Neo-Modern design.Wall murals include an Elephant and a Tiger; Well done! Also, the decor includes an indoor-outdoor fireplace. Everyone is greeted by the staff upon entering. Even with 15 customers the sound level was only 65-72 dB. Kudos to the manager and staff!

Great coffee just be prepared to wait in a long line.

Packed and took a while to get plain coffee.

First, I love having a free standing Starbucks with drive thru in TC! I wish they would add another maybe south of town too. Ive been here multiple times, and only on a few occasions has the drive thru been super backed up and slow. Most of the time, they get us through pretty quickly, even if theres a line. Ive only had one messed up order, ordering the Turkey & Basil and found a Tomato and Mozz sandwich when I got home instead. Everyone has been friendly. I did do a mobile order and ran inside to grab it. There was a mobile order table up front, but instead my order was sitting (unknown to me) at the end of the counter where everyone else in line waits to pick up their order placed inside. So if you mobile order, heads up, you might have to look for it. Starbucks, please dont make mobile order people walk through the sea of masked people standing inside to get our order. If you have a mobile order table, please dont confuse people and place it somewhere else while they wait and wait thinking its not out yet. Ill continue to just go through the drive thru now instead.
