Great, attentive, and friendly service. Love supporting a local business. Nice selection of coffee and tea and drinks. A few tasty bakery items as well. The location is cute though the drive-in is sometimes tricky to get in because of traffic. A strong business repurposing a old bank location.

Dont give your money to a huge chain store with ridiculous prices, SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS! If you need more than a great cuppa joe (and this coffee IS great).... Add one of Joes home made scones, they are delicious!

I dont live on that side of town anymore and stopped today and forgot how amazing they are! Go here instead of Starbucks. Yummm. Sweet and helpful young kids working and they nailed my iced latte. Sooo good. Best one Ive had in awhile!

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem in TC. The blueberry scone with key lime glaze and Mexican hot chocolate cookies were out of sight! Very flavorful with perfect textures. Will definitely return upon our next visit.

My favorite coffee in TC and a must-stop for me every time I am in town. The espresso used at Cuppa Joe is so good (and their Cherry Bomb smoothie is delicious, too!)

Literally came here on a whim and the coffee is so good! I got a vanilla latte with oatmilk and its by far the best one Ive had. Will always come here when we are in Traverse City.

I come here nearly every day and some times twice a day! I tip well and I absolutely love what I get. But some days it’s just super slow like today. I was excited to get in for a second cup, I had plenty of time when I pulled in with one car in front of me and by the time I could order I had to leave cause I was late to pick someone up from work.. I was stuck in like for 13 minutes

The ladies are always very nice. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were spot on!!

Not what I expected. Wish I knew to add sugar to my cappuccino.... strong hot mess. Maybe Im not a true coffee person. I thought cappuccinos had sweet flavor.

Rude staff. I deliver a local newspaper, when I came in to deliver them, I asked where they wanted them and the staff said, where ever. No one reads it anyway ok, cool. I decided while I was there to grab a coffee, so I waited at the counter. And waited. And waited. And waited. The staff finally came over. There was no menu inside, so I asked what they had, and the staff rolled her eyes and said, coffee. I left. Never again.

This is a great drive thru. I only drink espresso or cappucinos and several years back they changed where they got beans from and they are not as good, but the scones and other pastries are great. I wish they would go back to the original beans and I would be a regular customer. Also, a toffee latte, caramel coffee or white raspberry mocha is NOT coffee! Those are flavored milk drinks with a splash of espresso no matter where you buy them.

Cuppa Joe has been my favorite coffee shop for years. They are always super friendly and really appreciate good quality coffee. The best coffee team in town!

If youre in the mood for great coffee early then go see Amanda! She is an absolute ray of sunshine and an amazing barista. This girl deserves way more then she is probably getting paid. Its so refreshing to come across someone in the customer service field who is so pleasant and just remembers the little things. Great place and even better staff.

Nice drive-through location to grab a quick coffee or small snack. There is only one entrance off of Garfield Ave and the lines can be long at certain times throughout the morning. Quick and friendly service makes this a nice stop on your morning commute.

Convenient and quick. We get breve latte here all the time. Delicious...and their blueberry scones are awesome with plenty of berries.

Thought this cool espresso hut would be like Alaskan ones we miss and would be quick...it took 20 minutes and the coffee was awful!!!!😡 I got a white raspberry mocha asking for skim milk and unkempt looking barista said “but it’s made with chocolate...” ok...and then he said “whip cream?” I said “no thanks” and he said “it comes with it...” so I’m drinking a sickeningly sugary milky raspberry juice with clearly only one small shot of espresso in a 16 oz cup I can barely taste. My bagel was horrible too! How can you mess up a bagel you ask?...It had black grill marks on it like on a real grill. It was mushy when you bit it just went flat and the cream cheese I swear was in a glob in the center falling through the hole! I never bother to leave bad reviews but this is something so simple to get right it’s inexcusable.

I love Cuppa Joe. One of my top three coffee places I go to. The building is small but the workers go fast when needed. Itll only be backed up for a few minutes. The drive thru is the same thing. Its great prices for teenagers as well. Great thing to wake me up :).

I do not understand the rave reviews here lol we ordered a toffee latte and a caramel coffee. Both were nearly flavorless, and im not that picky about my lattes. Youre basically paying Starbucks prices for tepid bean water. And next-to-no pastry selection. The choices were lime scone or cinnamon scone, and they came from the bakery across the street so I think well just go there next time were in town

My favorite coffee in town! I come here all the time during my commute to/from NMC. The employees are always friendly and fast. When there’s a line of cars in the busy mornings, it always goes quickly. Often times someone will come out and take everyone’s orders so that they can get a head start on your order before you get to the window. They’ll even come out in the freezing rain.Also just a note, I’ve seen many of the same employees there for months/Years, which suggests that the owner must be doing something right. There’s so much turnover everywhere else in town.So keep up the good work! ^_^
