It was clean and easy to navigate. A worker came and retrieved my cart which was very nice of him! People were friendly! When asked about a member ship the lady at check out was knowledgeable:)

Great place to buy in bulk for a discount. Good quality products.One negative for covid practices is that their checkout counters are wayyyy to close together. You’re practically back to back with the other person checking out even though they have the waiting line staggered more or less. I would space out or offset the counters a bit more.

Dad and I went shopping here. The employees were very helpful. My Dad is 95& I am 70. One went out of his way to help us out! GR8 Job!

Absolutely terrible visit today. A women told me that basically since she worked there she was better than myself as the paying customer since I took my mask off for two seconds while my 1 year old saw my whole face.... She didnt have a name tag on, but I was less than impressed. I sure hope Costco doesnt encourage this type of treatment to their customers. I understand making sure everyone feels safe in this world today, but I also would have the same allowed feelings to make my child feel comfortable and see my smile.

Went to be examined and fitted for new hearing aids. Process was smooth and well executed by the technician. This is my 4th pair in 14 years. They keep getting a little better each time. Still would be nice to have my real hearing back. Costco doesn’t do a hard sales pitch. I like that. They offer a few select models that best cover customer needs. Consumer Reports highly rated them.

Love this store. I really appreciate how strict they are regarding masks, considering how the traverse city area has been such a hot spot. Its sad how many people act like a private business cant enforce their own policies. Sorry to see so many adult tantrums in these reviews, but Im proud to be a Costco member who supports proper mask wearing. Stay home if you refuse to wear one. And grow up if they do catch you and put it on.

Has everything for your vacation. Also right next door to the Traverse city airport, so grab what you need after arriving and picking up the rental car. One of the best layouts for easy in and out.

I didn’t expect to love Costco. I only joined because one of my sons who lives out of state thought I would like it. That turned out to be an understatement. I LOVE Costco! I had no idea! It’s now my favorite place to buy clothes. They carry a great selection, including name brands, at fabulous prices. (I got Gloria Vanderbilt slacks that were $59 at Kohl’s for $9 at Costco!) Plus, their produce is outstanding, their frozen foods are wonderful, and their merchandise is extensive. Costco is my favorite place to shop. Thank you, Son!

Their wine under the Kirkland brand in the Malbec and Cab was very good. Im all in on value. If it was in a KJ bottle, you wouldnt know the difference - at least for the year batching I had.

This was our first time shopping here and we are excited to be living abs shopping here in a year’s time. Great choices, helpful staff and nicely organized. I liked the fact there are recycling stations here. We will be back!

At Costco Traverse City gas station today I sat 15 minutes while a Costco attendant conversed with a woman as she pumped gas and then after the woman entered her car. I spoke with the attendant who was terse and explained the woman was uncomfortable using the middle lane to exit. We all waited while the car ahead finished pumping gas and I could move to a pump.

Easy access in the store. Customer friendly.

Its huge. I wandered around for about 20 minutes and couldnt handle all the people. Loaded with products. One day I might need enough to make a real shopping trip and muster the crowd. Clean, well stocked. Just very crowded.

It would be really great if they had a spot on the website that let you know if the bottle return was working. It is out of order quite often...and when you call, you have to press so many prompts it takes almost 10 minutes just to get a live human on the phone, who then has to check if the bottle return is working...this particular store is always clean and well organized though. The staff is super nice as well

Carts are not sanitized between uses like most stores and had to go in and out three times to buy 3 of these because despite the fact that there was not a sign up when i was there (i checked the last two times) the store clerk said i could only buy one . I mean not a huge dealni just left and came right back in.

I have been a Costco member for over 15 years. I visited the Traverse City location on Thursday November 19. As I was entering there was man yelling at everyone as they entered the store reminding them of the mask policy. Everyone entering had their mask on properly including myself. There is absolutely no need to yell at paying member clients before they even have a chance to put their items in their carts. I think as professionals who pay to shop at a membership club we can be treated as adults. If there is a client violating the policy that should be a one on one conversation with that client. If I experience this situation again, I will be seeking a membership refund.

Gotta go where you can for the price of gas these days!

Great gas prices.It is un believable that they do not have windshield cleaning available. The Costco gas attendant says it is because they want to Keep the gas line moving speedy. So, they expect their customers to go to their competitors to clean the bugs off.Why cant they put an area outside the gas pump area for this service?

Dont get the hype. The prices dont seem to be crazy different enough to justify a membership for me. But the store was super clean and sanitary.

Not a good place to stock up on candy bars very limited on boxes of chocolate bars. We were hoping it had more. Back to Sams I guess.

Tire department was great. Had a flat on the way north and they got me back on the road quick.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being members for many years, and frequenting the TC location despite living an hour away, we will never give Costco another penney and we will make sure everyone we know wont either. We made the trip up, with our son who is under 5 and has asthma, hence the reason he entered the store not wearing a mask (my husband and I were despite him having asthma as well). The greeter said nothing about our young one not having a mask on. We probably passed 10 other employees who said nothing before we had half a cart full of items and were nearing the back wall of the store.At this point my husband had his mask pulled SLIGHTLY down as he was having trouble with his asthma when a male employee approached us very rudely and assertively telling us to put a mask on our child. I tried calmly explaining why he cant as he was frantically calling over his radio for a manager. She comes up and tells us children over TWO must wear a mask and that its company policy despite the executive orders of the state. They both decided to persue an ARGUMENT with my husband and I on that despite our sons health condition he MUST wear a mask. Mind you literally half the people in the store had their masks below their noses and didnt have a word said to them.By time the manager changed her mind and decided to offer us a shield for him, wed made up our minds that we will be giving our money to local stores and corporations who dont fully believe they have the audacity to tell us to take potentially serious risks that even a doctor doesnt recommend due to health conditions, for us to shop in their store. Not to mention the extremely unnecessary, unacceptable, harassment our young child had to witness and will probably never forget.If upon entering the store someone would have offered us a shield for him, we would have accepted it, as we have him use one that we forgot at home today normally. But to make it to the back of the store THEN be approached about it? Costco- you have a problem.We left our half full cart and proceeded to the service counter.I demanded and received a FULL REFUND for our membership for this year. Please note everyone else experiencing this health discrimination and harassment can do the same.
