We had been told, our windows could be done in spring, called countless times, only to hear Steve say he was to busy, finally in the fall, he shows up alone, I jumped in helped replace 28 glass panes, two days only to have him, reduce our bill by 100 bucks, really???? Then gooped caulk all over the glass, and says “ oh you can take care of that can’t you??” and we have not heard from him since. Terrible work, would rather have a real glass company do professional work. Would run the other way, when considering this hack, to do any work...

I just want to say I had a great experience with Steve of Glass Guru. We had several windows replaced and a foggy one repaired. Very courteous, clean and fast! Would definitely use this companies services again!

Could never really figure out what was leaking, my windows or the siding. Had to get him out multiple times. Ended chalking the windows as a bandaid but never fixed the base issue. Would not recommend.

Had an inner pain broken and moisture was always present in the winter rendering the window useless. I was expecting to have to replace the complete window removing the outside trim etc. The glass Guru was able to come out, measure my window and order only the glass portion resulting in significant cost savings and no exterior damage. Wished I used them earlier and would use again.

Im very pleased with the work performed by The Glass Guru. Steve kept in touch as we had to work around the weather. Replacing the glass in 2 of my windows went smoothly and to my satisfaction.

Steve came right out to look at what I thought was a broken latch on my sons window. Well, it wasnt broken at all, just a slight adjustment to get relocked. He was kind enough to make me not feel like a fool and did not charge me a penny. Would hire him in a heartbeat. Thanks Steve!
