So many problems with this deal I dont know where to start. I bought a 2017 conversion van from Dave Arbogast. Purchased online sight unseen trusting them that it was in good condition. Also Purchased an extended warranty package for $3500. First trip with the 60k van (after a load of headaches and being charged an additional $2000 in tax AFTER the deal was done) the van began to shake violently on the highway out of nowhere. Had to have it towed to a dealer and told all the rotors were rusted and pitted and brake pads shot. Also needed all services done and the dealer told me the van doesnt look like it was ever serviced before.. Cost me over $2000 in repairs and I had to rent a car for 3 days. The roof of the van also has damage from being drove under something too low. This was not disclosed to me. Also all of the speakers in the van were blown. They just send out unsafe vehicles with no care or regard for the customer. I already paid too much for the van at $57000. Now with the extra repairs Im looking at almost an additional 6-7,000 bucks or more. Bad business, especially when your own dealer could have fixed this a lot easier and cheaper than it cost me. The $3500 warranty package didnt cover any of it. My advice is to find a more reputable dealer.

A wonderful experience. Our sales person- Hayden was very professional and there wasnt a question we asked that he could not answer. If a sometime in the future we were to buy again wed hope he was still there.He is getting married soon and we wish him and his bride may years of love and best wishes. I recently went to Arbogast in hopes of finding a used conversion van. I was promptly greeted at the front door with a smile and a warm welcome. A few moments later, Dave came to the front desk and took me to his office. We briefly discussed my wants/needs and proceeded to the lot to retrieve the vehicle. After a brief test drive, I was hooked.Once we got back to the dealership, they appraised my trade-in (of which was very fair), and began crunching numbers. Once we had agreed on a price (again, very fair), I was introduced to Seneca from the finance office. As with Dave, working with Seneca was beyond my expectations. She answered all my questions with a smile, and never once pressured me into warranties, add-ons, etc. After a quick trip to detail, I was back on the interstate in no time.In short, I can’t say enough good things about the team at Arbogast. Never once did I feel pressured, unsure, or skeptical. I really appreciated their honesty, fairness, and transparency.

Brought 2009 GMC savanna conversion van on line very disappointed if I were able to see the van in person I would have never purchase it it has a leaky sun roof that should have been repaired they should have never offered it for sale now they say its your problem thanks MIkE F for nothing BAD PLACE to buy a used van

What a great experience! It is so good to deal with folks that know how to treat their customers! All of the guys in the service department went out of their way to help me through the process of retrieving my repaired RV. The body repair looks like brand new. Two of the guys even helped me hook up to my truck. One guy walked out to my truck during hook up to inform me that he had checked to insure that I didnt forget keys. Josh Evans and his group are top notch!

DO NOT BUY A VAN HERE!!! They knowingly sell unsafe brand new vans. Explorer van company is selling vans with tires and rims which are not rated for the weight of the vehicle causing a severe safety issue. The dealership refuses to take any responsibility and continues to sell unsafe vehicles. Dealing with Explorer van company has been nothing but a cluster as well.

Couldnt get help if we paid for it here. The wife and I bought from Camping World since we couldnt see half the trailers we wanted to, due to them being locked, during business hours. When asked if they could be unlocked, the response was its too close to closing time. Even though they still had another 20 minutes before they closed.
