Everything was good with taking my car for service. The person that was assigned to me not so good. I left numerous messages about being updated on my car. Never a return phone call from her I started to stay in contact with my last contact for service. He answered my calls and kept me updated. I think it ruffled feathers but it is all about customer service!
Very thorough and quick. I personally dont like when i got my car back, it was switched to sports mode. Regardless of that, the Lube Technicans/Service department did a great job and William at Service was very courteous and professional. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for future Service work.

I went in for one issue and came out with another, I’ve since then went back to repair this issue twice and it’s still present.

My husband and I test drove a vehicle on their lot, had to leave to feed our 6 week old at 12:30, and called them by 1:20 to ask when we could show up with the check to purchase the car we had test driven. Our salesman told us we needed to schedule a time with the finance office and he would email us a Purchase Agreement and then call us back when he could get the schedule to set up a time. At 2:30, we received a call saying they had sold the car to somebody else who came in to test drive it at 2:00 PM. While I understand you cant hold a vehicle without a deposit, it is incredibly disappointing that we confirmed we were going to purchase the vehicle and they didnt get back to us, instead just selling it to someone else.

They tried to sell a car 2 times. Did not have the courtesy to say there was another person interested. Poor service and customer experience!
We had a screw in one of the tires, and a second tire had issue not holding air.They exchanged the tire with the screw, and they did not even check the other tire.We had routing service before and the did not rotate the tires, and again this time the never did. I guess I’ll not return to them in the future

Worst place to go to. Don’t go there to fix your car if you a woman or person who don’t have any idea about cars they try to hostel me for a new battery that I just replaced when I want three trying to replace it. they feel stopped they don’t know what to say.I Try to talk to the manager he doesn’t answer me he know my number.

After missing their original callback,I couldnt seem to get a call back about service on my car been waiting 2 hours for a call back. Their is no reason for not calling me back. I brought my car in at 7am. The receptionist promise me a call back from the service manager or assistant that never happened. After a couple more calls and texts and a email. I was coming to get my car ready or not. Service people seem nice in person but you certainly cant contact them over the phone about your car.

Excellent experience- the repair took a bit longer than expected so Amy made sure that I had a loaner to use. She communicated updates to me throughout the process which was much appreciated. The pick up/drop off at my home made it super convenient also.
Service performed correctly but not in the time explained. The advisor knew I had an appointment and I had to personally find the vehicle was finished and then told oh, Ill get with you soon. Someone else checked me out so I was only 10 minutes late to the appointment.
Gary’s product knowledge and professionalism was “off the charts “, and he even gave me a GREAT deal. In today’s crazy car market it was a pleasure to work with him, quite the opposite from what I experienced at the Mercedes Benz dealership down the street.

Amy was helpful and got a loaner, so I could run a few errands nearby. This really helped me out and I got everything done by the time she called me to pick up my vehicle. Although I was not too pleased with my finally tally of a bill. But Im satisfied with the maintenance service. Kudos to Amy for great customer service.

My tire burst and needed to get a new one ASAP but they were already closed after hours. I dropped my keys off in their drop box with specific instructions to call me before they do the work and they called me the next day as soon as they opened and explained my options. Overall, the job was done quick and efficient and they made sure it was safe to drive.

I worked with Michael Booker. He was a great and attentive agent. He answered of my many questions and looked into anything he didnt know off hand. Service was prompt. The representative that I dealt with was very thorough in helping me get situated while my vehicle received the complimentary oil change. I usually go to local commercial maintenance shops for service but for some things I trust that the dealership to take care of.
The welcome person was rude. She stood there and just looked at usWe were made to believe that because we didnt buy the car there, they could not service it.Our car was not being looked at until we complained about it.No extra service was done, such as car wash, tire check, fluid check.For a car that cost as much as ours, you would expect better service.

Had a door handle light to be replaced and was told this was covered under warranty. But later found this was not covered but still did not charge me as a good-will gesture as I was initially told this was already covered. Appreciate this gesture of not going back on their word and providing the service without any hassle. Overall good service.
Not really an experience id brag about, took my car in for a radio problem that i know cannot a big deal (quoted $3,000!?), my car has not been driven nor touched in 3 months, when i finally started the car the radio was not working, and they are claiming the internal wiring has been ripped up? No sense. Charged me $200, kept my car over the weekend and still drove out the dealership with a non working radio. Its like a paid $200 to park my car at the dealership for 3 days. Never again. No stars.

It has been over one month since the purchase, but I have heard from Michael multiple times to ensure I did not have any lingering questions. Awesome Group to work with very accommodating. My only disappointment was my car was in for lengthy 4 week visit for overheating issues. Im very particular about my vehicles cleanliness and when I arrived they made sure it was washed outside, but didnt look inside apparently someone had eaten in my car while in for repairs, I NEVER have eaten in my car, I found bread crumbs and potato chip all over the passenger and driver floor with tons of bread crumbs between the seats. I had to take the car to my regular detail place in Lake Orion to have it cleaned again. In hindsight I should of turned around, but I didnt have time and I was just excited to get my car back on Saturday. Like I said earlier, this is an outstanding group of people who have taken great care of me over the past 4 Infinitis . Im posting because they gave me loaner brand new loaner car I had for 4 weeks and before I brought back I had it detailed inside and out so it looked like the new car it was when I picked up, there wasnt even a finger print on the touch screen.

Received the red carpet treatment here. It was my first oil change service. Not only was the service timely but the amenities were excellent. I received a voucher for their CAFE (what dealership has a cafe?!). I was able to enjoy lunch and the comfortable work space at the dealership while my car was serviced.
Met the representative named Boris.He was amazing. Very much helpful to get me a nice car after listening clearly to my situation with patience. They have nice deals on used cars and also new cars. Over all it was amazing experience.

While on Holiday travels with my family, my check engine light began to glow. It was tremendously convenient to make an online appointment for the next morning, sine that was my planned travel date. The service team was service team were all friendly accommodating. They identified the issue to be a loose cable connector at the accelerator pedal. The problem was fixed (under warranty) and within a couple of hours, we on the road home. You cant ask for any better luck while traveling!

I dont recommend anyone doing business with this dealership. I brought an extended warranty, which turned out to be a waste of money. I was clear on what it was suppose to cover and when I called to use it, I couldnt. They also refused to return a warranty check to me that was due in October 2019. I called this place numerous times, left messages and nobody answered or returned my calls. I reached out to them in September 2019 and I just received a call back August 6, 2020. I only received a call back because I mentioned a lawyer. The finance manager, Tyran tried to make me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. He did not resolve my issue and hung up the phone before I did without apologizing. He did not seem to care that I was given the run around for almost a whole year. Everyone I spoke to pass the problem off to the next person which is very unprofessional. I will never do business with this place again. Trust and believe I will report to BBB and consumer affairs. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY so BUYER BEWARE!!!

Horrible job from the service department. Dropped my car off to get fixed and came back with more problems. Not just once but twice. I want them to the problems they caused without me being charged like last time.
Good experience. I need the programming service for my new remote engine starters and Charles is a good helper. I waited for like 30 minutes as was much faster than expected. He patiently gave me an instruction on how to use the new key before I left yet the dealer I purchased the car from barely taught me nothing. Charles deserves the good review!
I took my car here a few weeks ago to have it assessed for a recent recall. In the process of this assessment, I was told that my car needed certain items other than the recall fix. The actual part to fix the recall would not be in for another two weeks. So, I spent $1000 letting them fix everything that needed to be fixed. When the actual part came in, I brought my vehicle back two weeks later approximately. At that time I was supposed to just get the part installed at no charge and that would be the end of it. Instead, I get a call from these guys saying that my car needed $2000 worth of work and that it was dangerous to drive without getting this work done. That was awfully strange when two weeks previous, I was told the same thing and I opted to pay the $1000 to get my car fixed. I was surprised and shocked and wonderEd why would they let me drive the car off the lot two weeks prior after paying $1000 only to bring the car back two weeks later to get the recall part installed and then be told my car was dangerous without an additional $2000 worth of work? This was clearly an attempt to gouge and take advantage Of a customer. I will never return to this dealership with my vehicle. I view this Blatant dishonesty. This is unfortunate with everything else going on at this time in the world. A car dealership trying to pilfer.
This Dealership is one of the best around. It’s the very reason why I’ve owned an Infiniti since 2003. Adjusting well with all the changes due to the pandemic. They’ve had some staff changes which have no problem treating you the same as the friendly faces you remember and many great employees that are still around that remember you and value your business. I also love how they give you a “Infiniti” loaner versus many dealerships that put you in touch with a rental company which not only lengthens the process but also puts you into another brand ..which has never made sense to me. If I own an Infiniti I want the closest vehicle to the one I own as a loaner. Special thank you to all the staff especially; Marc, Jacob, Jeffery and Amy.

The good. Andrew in sales did a great job providing all the information I asked for. Pleasant and helpful.The bad. I drove two hours to look at and buy a used Lexus from the dealership. After agreeing to buy the car I was informed the title department had gone home for the day (5pm) and the manager Oleg Kovtun seem very confused on how to handle an out of state registration. Confused is being polite. A better description would be clueless.I left with the understanding I would hear from the title department the next day and would conclude the sale and pick up the car. Oleg didn’t call with any information until late in the afternoon. He then listed several fees that I questioned as I was registering the car in another state. I told him I would call my bank to address the title issue and call him right back. He then avoided several calls for the next 4 hours and finally returned my call to tell me the car had sold.Lesson learned sign paperwork before leaving and don’t waste your time with Suburban Infiniti of Troy. Especially watch out for Oleg Kovtun. I’m sure it won’t matter but I will contact the better business bureau and Infiniti with my complaint. Had the manager or the title department been able to handle a simple out of state transaction I would have purchased the car a day prior. If Oleg was a man of his word he would have at least given me first right of refusal on a car I agreed to buy and he agreed to sell. At best this is horrible customer service that I would expect from a shady used car dealer not an Infiniti dealership. Oleg even said the difficulty of an out of state transaction was a contributing factor on why he sold to someone else and said he would do so again!I honestly think this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I was car shopping for months and in and out of lots of dealerships and Suburban Infiniti of Troy was hands down the nicest and best to deal with. Andrew was the best sales person and was very patient answering all my questions and concerns and always accommodating my very busy schedule which makes a huge difference when you are trying to car shop with a full time job and 3 kids.

Loved our salesman - no pressure, a lot of patience, and went above and beyond, but cant give 5 stars as the finance guy kept us waiting forever, was dismissive and rude, and didnt communicate with us about wait times and what was needed. It was a shame as he reflected badly on the entire organization. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Called up and let the dealership know that I have a CEL from a P0106 code and that I have a tuned ECU, Wanted to know if they could give the car an ECM update since that’s the one of the only ways to get rid of the CEL. Read on the forums and group chats that it should take about 30mins-1hr to clear the code, was there for 1hr and 30mins for them to only tell me they can’t clear the code due to my ECU being tuned, mind you I’ve told them 3 times I’m tuned once on the phone call to set up the appointment and twice while I was there. After all this they still charged me $167 for what I don’t even know they could’ve told me on the phone if they were able to clear the code or not but instead I drove 35mins and waited for 1hr and 30mins to get screwed smh I’m mad at myself for even trying to be reasonable.

Service is typically swift, and the lounge is comfortable and well-appointed for longer stays. Sales folks are extremely personable and knowledgeable, and know how to make it difficult to walk away without pushing a hard sell. And the facility is top-notch to boot. He was knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly he made me feel like I was a priority. He communicated regularly with me during my decision-making process without being overbearing. I never felt pressured. Gary spent a lot of time with me when I picked up the vehicle, explaining things clearly every step of the way. Hes followed-up with me after the purchase too.
