I simply cant say enough about this company. I live in Maryland and was in need of a couple of parts for my Mercedes Benz. I contacted my local dealer (where I purchased the car) and had to leave a voicemail to which I never received a return call. I then conducted several searches online, and spoke to several companies in search of the necessary parts. No one was able to assist me. By chance I located Suburban, and Andrew immediately provided me with the part numbers, cost and availability. I purchased the parts from Suburban and they arrived within a few days. After this situation I had an auxiliary battery message appear on my console. I again contacted Andrew at Suburban. He immediately provided me with the part number and cost. Superior customer service. Just wish that this company was closer geographically to MD.
I needed to get a DAB recall taken care of, & a couple other things looked at. They finished in a little over an hour (better than expected) & the issue with my cruise control turned out to be a computer setting, so the service guy corrected it without running a full diagnostic. Saved me $145, nice!Overall, a good experience. Ill come back again.

Service is always excellent! I appreciate that they strive to complete my service within a reasonable time, and once when there was a miscommunication about when my car was ready for pick-up, they waived my service fee. I certainly was not expecting that, and still would have gladly paid, but thats what you call great customer service!
Very unhappy with Anthony the salesperson whom my son bought his first car from yesterday. During the application portion he was very helpful and would promptly return my sons texts/calls. Well, after getting home we discovered that the car was due for an oil change and he only had given him 1 key. We have called and sent several texts with no response. $20,000 is a lot of money for a 21 year old to have spent for a vehicle they couldn’t be bothered to even have fully prepared for ahead of time and are now ignoring him.
They have many different vehicles from many different manufacturers. This makes it nice for anyone not sure what vehicle they want to view several during the same trip. I only accompanied my dad to pick up his new car, so I cant speak to prices. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly.

I bought my jeep from here a couple weeks ago, and I had such a great experience. Kyle took great care of me, and communicated with me the entire time. He even met me and dropped the jeep off to me and we swapped vehicles. I enjoyed how convenient this entire process was, as I am a super busy person. Yet Kyle catered to everything I needed. My Jeep is fantastic, and I look forward to doing more business here.
Keep my car 6 weeks told the car was fixed 2 different times, they keep guessing after $1500 I still have a broken car. They want to keep going until you run out of MONEY!! Incompetent???
Yeah we went to the Chrysler Dodge people and they were very good I treated my wife with respect and they surprised Us by fixing everything in our Dodge Journey and it was covered under a warranty I would highly recommend this place

BEST, BEST, BEST. I recently called in, about a mistake, in an online order. It turned out that the mistake was actually caused by the company that maintains the web site not Suburban. However, after reviewing the add and the circumstances. Matt (parts manager), took great care in fixing it. Also involved, in the solution was John (parts) and a Gentleman that didnt want any credit for it. So, of course I had to mention it. His quality of management for sharing the credit with Matt and John even though he will remain nameless was the catalyst. Thanks guys!!

I had an issue with extra charges added to my work order. The charges were removed after speaking to the service manager Richard. (He was very helpful) In the end everything was taken care of, but I would advise you to get a written estimate and read it carefully.

I arrived at 9:48 Monday 9/14 as scheduled. It was routine maintenance, pol, filter, and inspection, and tore pressure sensors. All work was performed in a timely manner, and the bill was less than expected.

There infinity place did a good job on my husbands brakes and instead of making us wait the whole weekend they worked out a way we could get the vehicle even though they close early on Saturdays. It was sweet. And the cost of services actually came out lower than what we expected. Thank the lordt.

Contacted the Hyundai dealership after losing a key fab on July 24th. Left VM with no return call. Called the dealership on the 27th left a VM with no call back. Had to visit the dealership in person to get the key fab ordered. Ended up finding the key fab. I just got the impression that the service department and parts department arent on the same page. Better customer service is needed.
Because they take care of their customers very well then theyre very respectful and thankful of their own customers.

Should be renamed Ripped Off Central, its a dealership people thats all they know there. Spend more time avoiding / disputing warranties and making it right than it would have to just Get On With Fixing It. No more customer service, no more making sure your taken care of so you return for repeat business or refer family & friends. The Family had been going there for as long as theyve been open and still get treated like second rate citizens who are clueless to prices, parts and time. Because We should already know that any minor little fix it or quick turn around is not gonna happen there, your on their time.

Had a very unfortunate experience with the folks at Suburban Subaru: I bought a used Forester which turned out to have some engine problems that is covered under manufacturer’s warranty. To my surprise, Suburban went to absurd lengths to deny that I even bought the car from them. I spoke to three different people on the phone for 30 minutes, and even spoke to the alleged manager and told her I have a carfax that shows the previous owner brought the car here for maintenance, and that Suburban Troy sold the car last. The manager’s response? She said there are Suburban Troy dealers all over the country so this car must have been sold outside of Michigan. So bizarre! I went to another dealer who took care of my car problems. It seems Suburban is interested in selling cars then forgetting the customer. What a shame since the corporate Subaru was so friendly throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend Suburban after this experience.

Bought a lifetime oil change from these guys, with my new Volvo in 2003. Took the car in for an oil change today, and was told they would no longer honor the agreement, because I wasnt getting my service work done on this old car there. Be aware!
Good environment to work in, but they do not pay you what they promised during your hiring process. Even after a raise your pay is still less than what it should initially be. I have been told this by 12 employees before I started experiencing it myself.

This dealership got my car in the same day. While my Jeep was being serviced, they gave me a beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to drive. They solved an issue another dealership could not resolve. I absolutely will return again with my future service needs.
To me this is the best auto group around. They have every dealership and the entire area is.kept in immaculate condition. Some dealerships are nicer than others for example mazda was horrible as they would not even say hello so after being completely ignored I left. Nissan however was very good. They listen and didnt try to oversell me. I bought the car that day and drove it home. Its crammed with the latest goodies including pro pilot assist
Dan from the certified service center was so helpful. I drove in without an appointment and he graciously welcomed me and solved my issue within 12-15 minutes. So impressed as another gmc dealership I went to for service held me up for 10 hours total over a span of two days. Highly recommend this dealership for servicing your vehicle.

The service provided here is probably the best I have used. And when I had any issues they would always try and support to make sure I was a happy customer. Only issue I have is I live far away from the place and have to drive quiet a bit to get here. But considering they are treating me well better than other hyundai dealers near me, I dknt mind the drive. And now they have a new service of recording the servicing and share it with us which is awesome.
I had the worst experience with this dealership. I took my truck in for a routine oil change which was the first since purchasing my truck from the sterling heights dealership. Well I was told that there was a recall on my truck so I agreed to have the engine check done along with the oil change. Well 2 1/2 hours later I am driving off and I hear a noise. I called back immediately however they were closed. I took it in and I was told that they didnt cause the problem and that it would cost over $300 to get it fixed. I only owned the truck 3 months. I am so disappointed. My truck wasnt making a sound before I took it to them and it is now running harder and making a ticking noise. I will never take it back to them again. This is looking like a very expensive and horrible journey ahead of me.

A few Saturdays ago, my son and I went looking for a used family car. We looked at a number of vehicles throughout the Troy motor mall. In the process, on a whim, we looked at a Jeep Wrangler. While we didnt originally set out for it, thats what we ended up with. Alan Bradley sold me my Jeep, I appreciate his willingness to show us options and answer more questions before we settled. Completely brushed off by the young sales rep, today. Im interested in buying a 2018 or 2019 Subaru. He approached me w/o introducing himself or asking my name. I had to pull teeth to get him to give me any information. Was it because Im a woman? A woman in the LGBT community? Just not pretty enough? I have the interest, the downpayment money, and excellent credit.Ill have a new car soon, but it wont be from here.
We were trying to browse their selection and were never approached by a sales staff (not that Im complaining). The issue was the staff moving the cars around. They were speeding and didnt seem to care that there were human beings there. The sad thing was, we werent exactly in the middle of the aisle when we had to jump out of the way. Car shopping is safer online when it comes to this location!

Went to buy a used car, could not get anyone to help me. Guess the must have good sales to be able to ignore customers. 15 min in used car lot, no one came out, went inside, no receptionist, several sales people looking at me, no one came to assist me. Very, very, very frustrating. Buying a car for 1 dollar less at Shuman in Walled Lake. They had the good sense to ask what can we help you with.These sort of things SHOULD never happen, too bad, they had the sale and let it walk out the door

Great place to go if you dont know what car you want. Anything from a Camry to a Bugatti they have you covered. Just browse the acres of cars and pick out the one you want. Or even just look to find out how a spec looks in person because they have almost everything.
Had jeep that called about on a wensday and had appointment to look at it saturday. They called me saturday morning to make sure i was coming. Drove an hour to get there and they said was sold this morning. Not a professinal bussiness.

He was patient with me, he answered all of my questions, & he walked me through the purchase with no pressure. I appreciated how he took his time working with me. This was probably the least stressful big-ticket purchase Ive had.

I cannot recommend Suburban Mazda of Troy.I had what I thought was an easy fix on a seat belt receiver. I believe that the tech didnt even bother to look at it and suggested a repair of over $260.00 to replace the part. I declined the work and took it to a local repair shop... lo and behold they took 5 minutes of their busy day to take a small piece of tissue jammed inside of the receiver and sent me on my way happily. No Charge!While I enjoy the vehicle and its road worthiness I do not appreciate the lack of care in the service that I received at Suburban Mazda. Customer service is the backbone of good business practices and Suburban Mazda service dropped the ball on this easy fix.

Went from an awesome experience to horrible quickly. After waiting and continued calls wondering when the financials would go through, it took threatening to walk away before a manager finally did his job and got stuff straightened out. Go to pick up the vehicle and it’s filthy, after the sales rep telling me it would be cleaned and gassed up before I got there. Horrible horrible service after signing the paperwork. Clearly don’t care about customers once you sign your name.
