Very bad experience from Ryan to Steve. I inquired about a vehicle, spoke with Ryan which seemed nice. Im out of state and offered them full asking price on the vehicle. The truck was going under my moms name, Ryan asked for her info but never did he mention he was going to run her credit. We didnt even have a buyers order!! The next day I see 5 credit inquiries when I specifically told Ryan when the time came we only wanted 1 inquiry since we monitor her FICO credit and we know where it stands. We shrugged that off and continued with the deal, at which point I asked Ryan again for the buyers order stating he MUST have it since he ran the credit. He kept saying he doesnt have that info and kept giving me the run around. Finally he calls me and tells me my moms monthly payments, which I knew were way off...there was a hidden $6-7k markup somewhere. Once I pressed on this hard enough Ryan tells me Steve (Finance guy) added a warranty, GAP and tracking device on top of the sales price. When I complained, Steve called me and started his 5th grade speech about how I need those add-ons. I clearly told him I wasnt interested and he then said he will adjust the price. Then calls me back saying Wait a minute, is this truck for you or your mom? As if all of a sudden hes an insurance agent. I reiterated the fact that I cannot have another loan in my name due to a large mortgage Im applying for and my mom was involved in the deal with Ryan from inception. He said the only way he will continue the deal is if we buy the warranty!...I hung up the phone. He calls me back and I lost my cool, I told him if he didnt want to sell me the truck...just be honest, I can more than afford to buy one anywhere else. He then told me he will still sell us the truck without the warranty, I told him only if he promises there are no more shady surprises. Monday comes along, which is the day we close...I ask for documents. Ryan says the documents will be sent with the driver, I insisted to see them before hand to make sure theyre correct. The vehicle info was wrong and the odometer disclosure showed less miles than the vehicle had. I asked for them to fix the odometer disclosure to show the correct mileage and Ryan said if he asks Steve to change the odometer disclosure the deal is off! I mean, where do these low grade scumbags get the nerve to think they can play with people and their financial investments!? I canceled the deal and asked for my deposit back, to which they kept 3%.Bottom line, I wouldnt trust these guys. They pass the ball around shifting responsibility. I will file a complaint with the business bureau, FCA and I will share my experience on the forums. Horrible business practices, they shouldnt be allowed to mislead out-of-state buyers. Thats my experience, all documented conversations via text with the salesperson Ryan.Good luck

I purchased a car from Premier with only 13,XXX miles on it. I drove it for 5 days until the check engine light come on. I then took the car back to them to get it diagnosed. They would not diagnose or work on it cause it was still under another dealers warranty. They delivered it to the other dealer and turns out it has a bad engine. When I requested a loaner or rental vehicle I was told they wouldn’t do that. They then told me to get it from the other dealer. I never received a loaner or rental and have been without a car over 4 weeks in counting. I will never go to Premier again and will make sure nobody I know buys from them. They may be great at making a sale but they cannot help you after you’ve purchased the vehicle. Odds are I will be making my first payment on my car without even having it in my possession.

If we could give this dealership a 0 we would! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! In June 2021, my husband was in the market of a new pick-up. He checked out prices and went to different dealerships to pick out exactly what he wanted from a dealership that he felt had excellent customer service. We met Ryan and he was great. My husband got a pre-approval from Capital One and on or about June 26, 2021, we went to Ryan and were told that this dealership would honor the pre-approval. We put down a deposit so that they would hold the pick-up that my husband wanted. On July 3, 2021, we went to the dealership to sign the paperwork and get his pick-up. Pursuant to Ryans request, my husband texted him when we were on our way there (we live about an hour away from this dealership). My husband reminded Ryan that Capital One is the only company that needs to run his credit, no other company needs to run his credit. Ryan said o.k. We got there and everything was going smooth as silk until we went to financing. Steve Moore hands my husband a contract from WELLS FARGO! My husband tells him that there was a mistake, we are going through Capital One NOT Wells Fargo. Steve said he knew nothing about the Capital One pre-approval - LIE NUMBER 1; I asked Steve how many companies ran my husbands credit, he said Just one, Wells Fargo. - LIE NUMBER 2. At that time I told my husband, Whatever babe lets just get this over with. We will just refinance with Capital One. As soon as I said that, Steve Moore became visibly angry. He literally rushed us out of his office. He didnt even go over the gap coverage as most finance guys do. We leave with his pick-up. That night we see that six (6) companies ran his credit. Fast forward approximately three weeks later, my husband gets a call from Wells Fargo, thinking they were calling to tell him when and how to make his payments. They were actually calling because they still hadnt received the contract from the dealership! My husband told them what happened with Steve and that he was actually supposed to be financed by Capital One. A couple days after that phone call, my husband noticed that Capital One ran his credit. The next day the dealership calls and says that Wells Fargo returned the contract to them and that they have a back-up plan....Capital One. Capital One was the only plan, NOT A BACK-UP and had Steve done his job right in the first place this would not have happened. We drive back to Troy on July 31, 2021 to sign the new paperwork. Steve was so disrespectful, rude and even said I sent the contract to Wells Fargo immediately. - LIE NUMBER 3! He made such a mess of this whole thing and made what was supposed to be a fabulous experience a complete nightmare. I beg you not to go to these people, they are dishonest, unethical and customer service is not in their vocabulary.

I have been speaking with Steve, salesman about trading my Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited for another just like it. Same options and have not seen one photo of a vehicle since I started chatting with him on Monday and today is Wednesday. Horrible service. Not a way a potential customer should be treated. Not only was I treated poorly but I also sent another potential customers info and that person was never contacted. If I could give a 0 I would.

Purchased a vehicle from out of state. It was a RAM, bought from a RAM dealership pre-owned but was told it went through a thorough inspection and had no problems. I asked more than once if it had any dents, dings, or problems and was told in writing, it did not. Vehicle was delivered and had multiple dents/dings that were very obvious. Less than a week later took it to the local RAM dealership because of a concerning noise (that it had since delivery) and was given a $1,800 estimate to repair the engine. Not what I expected when buying a near $40k vehicle from a dealership. Salesman wouldn’t respond for a week and finally said “it’s pre-owned” - emailed the owner multiple times and will not respond. I’ve bought from other dealerships out of state and they have always honored their word regarding the condition or paid for immediate repairs if needed. Do not recommend this dealership at all. They will lie to sell a vehicle.

Update: I have filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the State Attorney Generals office, as well as with the BBB and two other agencies which Im not at liberty to discuss presently. However, Ill continue to post updates as soon as they become available. I was blantontly defrauded by Premier...at every level of the purchase process! My hopes are that consumers will become increasingly knowledgeable and thus be prepared during the vehicle purchasing process.Initial review:Im very easy to please and gave this review being more than fair. These are minimal details based on my experience with this dealership, and, I would not recommend buying from this company to anyone. If you do feel obliged, please do so with caution and remember that you are never required to pay a fee to the dealership to finance your vehicle - nor are your ever required to purchase an extended warranty/vehicle service contract (VSC), a Vehicle Theft Deterrent/GSP tracking system (in case you decide not to make your car payment they will know where your car is located) or Gap insurance! Good luck and shop smart!Christmas Eve 12/25/20 - I purchased a 2006 Acura for my 25 year old son and arrived home only to have the front bumper nearly come completely off the car. The bumper was barely hanging on by 4 HOUSEHOLD SCREWS! While driving the car back to the dealership the very next day, the car began to shake uncontrollably at 40-50 mph, the steering wheel began whining and we began smelling a burnt smell from the engine. Additionally, the stereo had an error message and did not work. I was told that I would have to go to the Acura dealership to have the stereo programmed as it was a safety feature. I Googled this theory and found that it could be done from the comfort of your own home! Also, I was charged $1,899 for a warranty/vehicle service contract (VSC), $800 for Gap, and $399 for a Vehicle Theft Deterrent. I was also charged $399 for a Doc. fee AND $499 for an Administrative fee! A whopping total of $3,600 added to the purchase of a $7,999 used vehicle!Upon returning to the dealership the next day with the vehicle, bumper hanging, I visited with the used car sales manager who simply turned the Bill of Sale around and said, Whos signature is that? Of course, it was mine! I was told by the used car sales manager that the finance company REQUIRED me I to purchase all 3 items (totaling $3,100) in order to have the vehicle financed. I later read in the fine print that I WAS NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THE WARRANTY/VSC, GAP OR THAT GPS TRACKING SYSTEM, I.E. VEHICLE THEFT DETERRENT (again totaling $3,100).Thus far, I have found no information on the lien holder/finance company on the worldwide internet other than it being a payday loan company. I will follow up on how this disaster ends (here and on the BBB website) after contacting the General Manager of Premier Chrysler, et al. Troy, AL

Sales staff was great and we purchased what we believe is a good used truck at a good price. We did our homework, and time will tell. I would caution other buyers to be prepared for hidden or unnecessary add-ons and dealer fees when you get to the finance person, if you go that route. Be sure to ask questions no matter how long you’ve been waiting or how much paperwork is sent across the desk. Just a heads up. We do appreciate the use of masks and availability of hand sanitizer.

The worst place to fix a car. They asked me to pay about $1,700 to fix AC. I think they might regard customers (or minorities) as a stock in Tesla to increase their profit (They charged $110 for a wrong diagnosis). Express Oil Change finally fixed the AC for $52 it just needed freon. (Express said that the AC condenser looks almost new...) See how Premier at Troy rips off customers. Premier might be bad for you to fix your car as well as to buy new or used cars. (Their receipt looks very vague and doesn’t show detailed information).

Tried to sell me a truck a month ago. Came back today because they said they would do whatever it takes. The price was even higher than the last time for the exact same truck. The salesman and finance manager also seemed to disagree politically. Not sure if that was a ploy to win favor but the finance manager seemed to talk down to the salesman, they were very obviously not on the same team. Very disrespectful to my family to waste our time (twice). I suggest going down the highway for your car buying experience.

Update:Today (9/11/19), I was finally able to pick up my tags and registration.Update:The experience I have had has not been fun. I bought the truck out of state which was my mistake. I purchased a new Ram truck on July 27, here a month later (8/27/19) I still have not been able to register it because the paper work from the dealers accounting department has not been completed in a timely manner. I was told they submitted the paper work the first time on 8/7 but Hamilton county had no record of it. I was then told that the paper work had been returned to the dealer for a missing tax document that Hamilton county said there isnt a tax form. It took my dad driving an hour there to find out that they hadnt filed the paper work, because of the emissions requirement which I could have resolved with a $9 test if they had communicated that to me. I left countless messages on the accounting departments voicemail asking about status and received no call back. Hamilton county actually received the paperwork on 8/16 but has now rejected the submission and sent the paperwork back to the dealer. My dad was told he would get a referral bonus for my purchase in the form of 1 months payment off his truck. I was told today that because he co-signed on the loan with me he is no longer eligible for that bonus. We were not informed of this when I was asked if I had someone to co-sign with me. If they had been upfront about this when I was purchasing the truck it would not have been a big deal but to wait until after I ask 20 times about it avoiding the question every time I ask until I say I am about to fill out the survey and then tell me the truth is wrong. There was a scratch/dent on the cab that we found after getting it home.... Obviously I should have gone over the truck with a magnifying glass before driving the truck off the lot because they will not fix it. The bed liner that was installed already was damaged I was told they fixed it but it was more like a band-aid cover up because it is not fully repaired.At this point I have been lied to too many times. I can not trust what they say. They market themselves as a Christian (trustworthy) dealer to get customers in the door so they can make the sale. They dont care about you after they get there money. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle of any kind here. They have missed out on two loyal customers from me and my dad.Original: (5 stars)Nice place. Helpful staff. Good place to by a vehicle.

I had an appointment for 11 am on 7/2/20 to look at a set truck (I was ready to buy), once I arrived the staff did not know I was coming. Then a salesman walked me around the car lot looking for the truck and he told me he was going to get the keys while I looked for the truck. About 10 min later I walked into the lobby to see what happened to the guy and about 4 staff members could not find the keys. Then they tell me that the coach at Troy Univ was using it as a demo. VERY Unprofessional !!!!

I have been having the worst experience ever on 05/01/18. I took my ram 2500 promaster in for service after the tech looked at my van. The tech said I needed a new transmission. I purchased a transmission with a 3 year unlimited miles warranty. The situation where to get the transmission flushed ever 30-50 thousand mile which I have done. On last week the transmission came out on the highway in Michigan I had it towed to a Chrysler dealership in Farmington hills Michigan. Only to be told that the tech from the premier dodge in Alabama use bolt that where for one time use only.which means the tech used the old bolts to install a new transmission causing it to come out. I have reached out to the dealership they dont return calls the owner is rude its just sad.

UPDATE: Still Dont have my Check for the money they owe me for my title expiring and Still No word on the Repair of the Hood I was promised and have a receipt for!!LIARS!!!!!! I dont live in that area. Chris my salesman must of drank the coolaid there! Their talk about God and being Christians is a Total Lie! Because I Actually trusted a Car Dealer to Keep Their Word!1. They kept telling me over and over an over that my Title app was on its way...Well 25 days later and A Penalty Fee..I finally got my Plates!2. During the Negotiation I asked for them to take off for the cost of Hood and Tires from price. But Instead they Insisted that Their Paint guy could Fix the Hood. I told them he cant fix it ...it has to be Sanded Down ext.They gave me a written Receipt stating they would Fix the Hood and Give Tires at Cost when ready. Well, I was right and Paint guy couldnt fix it. So Jason Black and Manager came out and Agreed it needed to be sanded down! Also took a Picture of it ! Manager said he would call His Body shop guy and call me. I never heard anything. So I called my Salesmen Chris...he said his paint guy tried. I said it doesnt say on Receipt Who fixes it...Just that Its Promised To Be Fixed!!! He just hung up.So As of Today...I have gotten No word on the Hood and No Check for the Pentalty THEY caused!!IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY FROM THEM...DONT LEAVE WITHOUT EVERYTHING DONE!!! DINT TRUST THEIR WORD!!!

Dishonest. Photos where not of same Vehical. Seats were different color and condition of ones shown. Original parts missing in dash and replaced with junk. But pics showed original. Gas and break peddles replaced with new rubber to give the illusion of no wear. Radio left on before test drive to make it more difficult to hear unusual noises. Traveling from N. Ms to Tallahassee, Fl in wifes Dodge van, passed through Troy on Fri afternoon when it began to spit, sputter, & stall. Found Premier on Google, where service manager Matt pulled mechanic off current job to check it. Four hrs later, figured out there was serious engine damage. I was patient with them for over a month waiting on a simple fix for my Jeep and when I was told it was ready to pick up the battery was dead, there was kfc leftovers on my floor ( I don’t eat kfc) and when someone finally helped me jump start it the horn blast non stop and if you hit the horn button my windshield wipers turned on so it’s safe to say they really messed up. The reason I’m upset is because these guys don’t care at all, they have caller ID so they won’t pick up because they can’t own up to their mistakes. When my family helped me get it on a trailer to bring to real professionals elsewhere, Matt the head guy who did all the talking pulled in saw us and left. I’m not gonna say don’t go here but just know if you go here stay on these guys and don’t let them act all buddy.buddy because they might screw you over as well, very unprofessional.

I purchased a 2014 armada. obviously no inpection was done before they put it on the lot, because one week after having it the motor went out, it took forever to get them to pay for it, I rode around on it for 2 weeks while 8 months pregnant because they wanted my warranty to kick in and pay for it. finally aftergetting the motor changed, sensors and heater went out. We were told bumper to bumper coverge on the warranty we bought., that was a lie. Also we were lied to about who the general manger was.I had a rental xar while they fixed the sensors, I received a call at 3pm saying i needed to have the rental back by 6 or its a 40 dollar charge(i have 2 small children, and my husband is at work.)Nobody ever called about how much it would be to fix the heater, I was told by matt that they were looking to get the part cheaper. I finally spoke with the gm face to face, he wrote down things, walked away and never came back. Also before i purchased my car the used car manger rode around on it dor 2 weeks, and they never changed the mileage online or our paperwork. Nothing but a horrible experience.

Was looking for a truck and used the USAA car buying program (Pre-approved just needed to find a truck). I was contacted by a sales rep. I told them I what I was looking for and because USAA sends your information out to three different dealers, I had a couple trucks in mind. I told the sales rep what other dealers offered. He then got short with me and said we wont be able to help you. I wont do business here nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

If it was possible for me to give a 0 star rating this would be the first one I would give. By far this was the absolute worst experience Ive had at a car dealership. They falsified an ad by pulling photos off of the internet as I stated for a vehicle on the lot. When I got there it wasnt even the right color the interior whitch they said had some stains and cosmetic where was next to destroyed both of the driver side door panels were damaged and handles were broken on the interior. There was Heavy staining only upholstery. They further stated that the vehicle was in good condition and ready to drive upon starting said vehicle the first thing that came on was a service 4 wheel drive notification and the vehicle would not go into 4 wheel drive, it was idling very poorly as well. This experience is not only wrong but possibly Criminal as it seems to be a perfect example of a bait and switch. I gave them a chance to redeem their self and asked them to please pull the trouble codes so I would know what was wrong with the drivetrain they said they would when we went to eat. We returned the vehicle had not been moved and they told me that they would not be able to get to it until tomorrow at the earliest. For these reasons I recommend you to go somewhere else whether youre buying new or used or even browsing dont stop the people here will mislead you and give you false information just so you will come in and then try to push a different vehicle on you.
