I decided to get a Jeep and was recommended to come to Suburban of Troy by a couple of my co-workers, specifically to see Max Dombeck. I was not looking forward to having to get a new car (I liked not having a car payment each month!) but I could not have been happier with my experience, and Max made it so much easier. He was knowledgeable and was upfront with everything during the entire process, and my car came in quicker than we expected, which was great! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Im sure everyone will take great care of you, but Max was awesome!

This dealership has THE BEST service department! Ive been coming her for over 15 years. I only buy Chrysler products because of this shop. I always buy their extended warranty and extend it as long as I can because I get my monies worth and drive safe, well maintained vehicles that are old but solid mechanically. My van was in the shop for one major reason oil change. I asked if theres anything else wrong with my SUV they looked at everything and I waited almost over a week for an answer. According to Nick I needed a new starter?? I questioned myself a new starter the suv is only three years old not too old? I told them my GPS hasnt worked since last October they never mentioned it. It was on my paperwork. I came in I looked at the gps everything was the same. Doug the manager said its backorder and will get a full new one. Ill believe it when they call me for a new GPS/radio system. They are nice people I cant find faults but I just cannot find any satisfaction. I dont like to coming back with plms after plms when I like it done at once. Overall Doug is a good guy and makes sure that I understand. I will always get my oil changed in the service department of Troy Chrysler Suburban over any “15 min oil change” place. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they don’t try to sell you things you don’t absolutely need at the moment. They have a very comfortable waiting lounge for clients, if you choose to hang out and wait for your vehicle to be serviced, with bottles water and snacks. Prices are reasonable and wait times are short.
This is the second Ram truck I have gotten from Suburban Troy and Bill Messina. Suburban / Bill knows how to take care of their customers. However; Michael kept in contact with me weekly to share any updates he had. When my car finally arrived he was so excited for me. Service was good but experienced an issue when I picked up my car. They were unable to locate at first and one staff member was unhelpful and just sat eating chips. However, a man that took my car at the beginning was very helpful and was able to locate my key and car after his insistence in finding it. I wish I had gotten his name as he was very nice and helpful

I was able to easily upload all my documentation, locate a new vehicle and get paired with a sales associate. The whole situation was very customer focused and not a pressured sales pitch I remember in the past.Reggie Williams was my sales expert and he made the whole experience positive and he helped me find the most perfect vehicle for me. I was in town for work and had an issue that lead me to believe I should have somebody look at it before getting back out for a five-hour drive. Nick, the service advisor, was able to get me in for a diagnostic and thankfully I only needed to have a few lug nuts replaced. Definitely not the best first experience in a dealership. I went there with my boyfriend and the salesperson spoke directly to him more than me. That was very disrespectful and misogynistic. My boyfriend also felt uncomfortable. If you’re a women going to this dealership, be aware. That alone is the reason I’m rating this dealership so low.
Suburban had the Challenger I wanted but also got a great salesman in Brad. I knew the price I was expecting to pay for it. So when I got it on the first quote, that just stream lined the process. I hate going back and forth with schemy salesmen. Stuart also did a great job getting me approved and negotiating with the bank to get the terms I preferred to go with
I highly recommend this dealership! I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and this was my best experience to date. Not only was Mike Burton professional and patient he was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. The signing process with Stuart was easy and the payment even came in a few dollars less than what we negotiated. The entire process from running credit to driving away in a new car took about an hour. In my experience it usually takes 2-3 hours.In a market where supply was limited on the widebody Charger I was looking for, they were the only dealership I called that did not mark up the vehicle over MSRP and allowed me to use my friends & family discount. They also gave me the highest trade in value on my Jeep. Definitely visit them before you buy elsewhere!
Their repair shop is beyond 5 stars. I purposed it to buy a Jeep because I know I can get my repairs done at this service location. Now if their sales (new & used) could step it up, it would be the perfect place to purchase and repair vehicles at.
Called in the morning spoke to Noah.He made appt for that afternoon. Arrived and Nick took care of my concerns immediately. Oil Change (great price) and also had a slow leak in one of my tires that I could not find. They found and fixed it no charge. Will definitely return for my next vehicle next year.

The service is top notch. I came in for an oil change and George helped me along the way, even providing tips on what time of day I can get quicker service due to less bookings. So I booked that time and I was in and out in a flash! The cashier is always fast and friendly, too, make sure to let me know where my vehicle is parked but also always telling me that a porter will be happy to fetch it for me. I have written multiple reviews but this is the first time I have wished I could give someone more than five stars, Suburban Jeep of Troy was literally that amazing. First, during this pandemic it is so rare to see a business being able to provide the level of customer service and product that they did and it truly touched my heart. Waking up the first Monday of 2021 I had no idea of the amazing blessing that was in store for me to meet such wonderful people. After filling out a pricing sheet for the vehicle online Sunday night I was contacted by Alicia from the dealership at 9am Monday morning. That is an amazing turnaround to say the least. By noon I was working with Noah in sales by phone to complete the deal and to my utter and complete surprise I picked up my vehicle at 6pm that same evening. The experience that Suburban Jeep was able to deliver is second to absolutely no one! They both listened to me completely, made me feel as if I were their only customer and the process was so easy. Almost everything was done over the phone and internet and i only had to go into sign docs and pick up my car. I visited this dealership on December 3rd 2020.The dealership was very clean and everyone inside was taking the necessary precautions in place due to covid.Alan Bradley went above and beyond helping me with my lease. I work a lot of hours so it was difficult for me to actually speak on the phone or get into the dealership. When I was able to visit the dealership He took his time helping me decide which vehicle I wanted and showing me the difference between each trim tier and prices. I greatly appreciated this as I like to know all of the options and not feel rushed. Once I decided on the Jeep gladiator he promptly took care of getting everything set up. My next visit everything was ready to go. Which I was not used to because other dealerships usually take a few days to have your car ready. He was extremely helpful with everything and very patient considering my work schedule. I appreciate his efforts with everything, from his genuine feedback, fast work ethic, and patience through out the whole process. I have had the worst experience ever with car shopping. I’m constantly having to follow up with them and constantly asking for the same thing that I said in the beginning. This is my first time wanting a Chrysler/ Jeep. I’m thinking I should stick to what I know
The dealership use to be one of the top businesses for customer purchases, in my opinion. Suburbant had decent vehicles and pride in the vehicles sales. However with COVID, there has been a surge in use car sales as great as new vehicle purchases. In my experience when visiting the dealership for used purchase, I found that two of the vehicles, (one of which I test drove) were substandard in repair or maintenance, to the point of down right dangerous.The one barely had brakes and the other an airbag issue where there was defect in the indication for which may be important to its deployment. In both cases the management indicated they would NOT be repairing the safety issues. I have learned that the vehicles purchased at auction and that dealership offering of these vehicles at a below retail cost is the warrant of why they wont perform such repairs.This in my opinion is not good business where persons safety or lives could be placed at risk.I purchased the same vehicle at Randy Wise and was better maintained and performed greater inspection before sale and addressed any concerns,

Had a windshield chip repair at the dealership for $90.00 during a oil change. I was told they it would pass the lease inspection when I turned my vehicle back in. The vehicle was turned in about two months later I received a bill for $90.00 for windshield repair. This is interesting because it is the exact number the suburban dealership charged me for the repair that was not reimbursed by my insurance company.

Worst customer service! I had my purse keys and phone stolen over the weekend. I called Suburban Jeep of Troy on Saturday morning and was told by by service that new key fobs can be reprogrammed at the dealership. No mention of the car needing to be present. I called ‘Monday to ensure I could come into service and was practically ridiculed for not knowing I needed the vehicle. I explained that the vehicle is in a parking garage and without keys, was unable to get it. I was told the only solution was to have it towed to the dealership and the replacement fobs are $350 a piece. I asked several times if they would be able to assist in coming to the vehicle instead of my having to bring it to them. I was flippantly told there’s a website and a phone number and good luck. I tried both options and was unsuccessful. I called the dealership back and the manager Brian, offered to call the same number with me so we can try the process for the 3rd time all the while explaining that this is really not in his job description. In the meantime I reached Ray Laethem Jeep and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave me towing recommendations and significantly reduce the price of the the replacement fobs. He did more in 10 minutes to than Suburban Troy did all day. You’ve lost my business Suburban and anyone else I talk to. I live in Bloomfield Hills and will gladly drive to Rat Laethem moving forward. #epicfail

Got my truck an oil change and tire rotation and paid 70 bucks for both( Not a bad price). Would have like it if they would have washed the truck after paying 70 bucks there. Would have gave them a 5 stars if they would just have ran my truck through the car wash.
I’d made an appointment for a second opinion on a laundry list of $2k worth of suggested front end work given to me by a local Belle Tire shop while having a tire puncture recently repaired. The Jeep mechanic brought me back to my truck while it was on the lift to show me that absolutely none of the problems existed that the tire shop claimed needed addressed. In fact, he was very impressed with the condition of the vehicle as a whole, and with my home mechanic’s paw prints all over the truck (my cats love climbing around on it).Always prefer a positive share versus negative and to be completely fair, Belle Tire did right by me with my tire purchase last autumn. They had the tires in less than half a day, and their installation charge was quite fair. But in this case I’ll suggest to always get at least one additional opinion on auto work and to not be afraid of using your vehicle’s dealer’s service department as one of your estimate providers.Well done, Suburban Jeep! Glad that youre my dealer and that you are good human beings.

I came in early Saturday morning to have the oil changed in my Pacifica. The oil change was not prescheduled but there was no problem getting it done. While there the cooling system was also flushed so that was taken care of. It took about an hour and a half but I planed ahead and had reading material and a project to work on. The customer waiting area was great. The service was great. This was my 4th visit to this dealership where I purchased the vehicle.
After I inquired about ram 1500 online on their website, I wasn’t thrilled about the price (36 months lease). I received multiple call and text from different dealership but I didn’t respond thinking maybe I should wait until I get my credit all the way together. I received a call one day from a Mr Glenn Campbell, asked was I still interested, asked me what features and if I had a color preference and most importantly about how much I was looking to pay. Called back 20 minutes later with everything I wanted. Afterwards he got me approved 🙌🏽 for the price I wanted to pay. He sent me his personal cell number and email. I was able to send in all my paperwork so when I got to the dealership everything was a breeze. Just when everything was going great he sweetened the deal even better, by lowering the price, throwing in some extras and waving a charge. If you’re in the market for a new car go see Glenn, my wife says that she wished that she gone to him when she getting her new Jeep. I never ever write reviews but I just had to give my guy a shout out. Glenn you are the Man

Got a used car from them yesterday,after driving it for one day I noticed it had not been cleaned very well dog hair everywhere old napkins in between the seats tells me they dont care.

Alex Johnson helped me when I got a new lease (4 days old from a different dealership). It was Christmas Eve and it started making really weird noises and jerking... I brought it in and they quickly helped me. Got me a loaner car. I then got my car back in 1.5 hours. They were all so nice and extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Tried to up charge me. They took my car, came bake with a quoted of $270.00. Said they had alot of work to do. I explained all the work I did and what needed to really be done. Remove one bolt and replace, should take all of 10 minutes. He came back with $139.00, his mistake he said. Know exactly what you need if you go here!

Appointment was on time and generally friendly but when I mentioned some other issues with my truck the associate told me he couldn’t add it to the list and that I’d have to setup another appointment. It’s frustrating when people in customer service aren’t willing to go outside their scope.
