I had a wonderful experience with this store! I had a couple arrangements sent to my son and daughter as today was her birthday, she was with her father so I asked if they could sing her happy Birthday as well. An AMAZING employee there by the name of Sheryl not only sang my daughter Happy Birthday, she called me to let me know she did, and thanked me for the opportunity!! Sheryl you dont know how much that meant to me, and I cant thank you enough.AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!GREAT PPL WORK HERE!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a Mothers Day package of chocolate covered strawberries with festive and colorful dipped chocolate and heart signage on the strawberries. I received all plain chocolate covered strawberries. You could not go in the store so it was a driveup delivery. When I got home from my 35 minute drive to the Troy store and called to complain, i was asked if i wanted to come back and exchange. “Heck no i dont want to drive all the way back out there”. No apology, just, “ do you want to come back and get it. Then the young lady haggled me about the $8 Mothers day purple box that I received with my order which is what I paid for. She implied that since I got the right box and the wrong product, they would not refund that portion. It was very petty and an unsettling experience. Too much attitude with the young worker. I will not be returning.

Last week I received a fruit bouquet from this store. The fruits were not fresh. The pineapple was old and the strawberry was shriveled little bit.

This is definitely my preferred gift when I dont know what else to get!The fruit and chocolate have also been excellent. I first became aware of Edible Arrangements when someone sent one to me after my husband died and it was just the right thing for the after the memorial service gathering at my home.

I did a same day online request before noon and my husband got it the same day before 3pm! I really wanted to surprise him last minute and he love it. It was easy fast and fresh. The strawberries were cold and good. I will definitely use them again.

The mixed fruit box was amazing and well appreciated! The only issue I have is with selection. I wanted to send a nice, fruit bouquet without chocolate and found due to the location it was being sent I could only send the chocolate covered Box of fruit. I was disappointed because you dont get as much for your money plus it was Covered in chocolate which defeated the purpose of sending healthy fruit. She did love it! Everyone said it was the best even over Harry and David and O.H. bakery which rocks. Who I would also Highly recommend!!

I had to call on the phone because the website was not working correctly. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and informative. The experience was great! Those who received the gifts thought the fruit arrangements and the boxes tasted great.

I sent my aunt a last minute gift of chocolate dipped strawberries to be delivered the next day, on her birthday. The order was processed that day and given to UPS. UPS was unable to handle the expedited shipping and delayed delivery for a day. I was worried the fruit wouldnt look good when it was finally delivered. My aunt said it was packaged well, with something to keep it cold and fresh. She added that the huge berries looked great and tasted great!

Unique gifts! A bit pricey but very nice. Was a last minute idea so I was thrilled with the next day availability and delivery. Thank you!

Totally a better store. Had issues with another store. These people at troy are friendlier and seem to take care if they know a delivery is a surprise for someone. And they do not call them ahead of time to ruin it

My mom ordered me a bouquet for Mother’s Day and go figure, I wasn’t home. Soooo....the driver had to call my mom in Indiana from Georgia. My mom somehow she luckily found me about 5 minutes away. This poor driver was sitting outside the gate of my complex in a parking for at least 45 minutes! I felt awful but she didn’t show irritation in the slightest, she was super happy and friendly. Aside from her being an awesome person and employee, my kids and I loved the bouquet itself. My kids and I devoured it in about 10 minutes. I always order chocolate dipped fruit for family, friends & co- workers for many occasions because this is the perfect gift and Edible Arrangements is tha place to come! I walked into the store 45 minutes before their closing hours and they were beyond helpful and super amazing and even accommodated my special request knowing that this was a walk-in order! This is the type of customer service that will make you leave with a smile on your face and happy to revisit whether in a store walk-in, pick- up or even an online delivery order. I truly appreciate their above & beyond customer service especially after having a long day of work, they truly made my day. They deserve a 5 star! Sharika was very helpful! She was so sweet!
