Went in to buy chocolate bars for my daughters wedding. The customer service was fantastic! Everyone was very helpful .
Save your money. If youre a chocolate lover, this will be disappointing at best. Sure, the prices are far beyond what they should be but thats not the issue. The issue is flavor. There isnt any. Its just sickly sweet with not even a hint of chocolate to please the palatel. I dont know what recipes theyre using but a chocolate store should have products that taste like, well, chocolate! You can do far better, Rocky Mountain. If you like chocolate you can do far better than buying these products.
I went there with my friend and I was sitting in the line for 45 minutes and all i could smell was chocolate. I almost/Nearly passed out on the floor and had the worst headache ever. overall the chocolate was good.
This place has very delicious chocolate ! I loved it and now it’s the only place I buy chocolate from whenever I have a special occasion .
Chocolate Heaven🍫🍪🙌 Their treats are to die for😋
We were at the Taste of Troy recently and one of the silent auction items was a Rocky Mountain gift backet. While all the chocolate items are fabulous, the apples in the basket were starting to go bad. I dont know how long they had the basket before the auction but i would respectfully request either not putting the apples in, or put in a certificate for the apples. That way, they are fresh.
Great quality that is worth the price. Customer service is also quality since they will give same service to those who are buying just a few pieces unlike that other chocolate place in the same mail.
The customer service sucks. I was given a counterfeit bill of which I brought to the managers attention immediately and she assured me it was real. The next day I tried making a purchase at a market with the bill and was so embarrassed because the manager at the market said it was a counterfeit because it turned black with their pen and had no fibers. After immediately calling to bring to RMCFs attention, I was told I could bring it back in which I did. My issue is, I live about 35 minutes away in clear traffic and the manager didnt take the time to sympathize with my situation. She exchanged the bill, said she was sorry about that and kept right on baking cookies. Working in customer service many years myself, I wouldve apologized and offered something to my customer to assure return business. In addition to this, Id gotten sick on my drive there so I asked for a bag and she made me feel as though I was irritating her. This was the most expensive damn cookie Ive ever bought. Nonetheless, the worst experience Ive ever had. One faithful customer lost!TK
Joe Cosgrove gives one of the best service a customer could ask for. Very polite and patient. Service is great.
Figured wed buy some chocolate for dessert for one of the kids birthday. Stopped in and first thing I noticed is the price on the caramel apples. I didnt make any direct comparisons on the price for other stuff in this place... and yeah, I get it, its Somerset, but... I could LITERALLY buy a (larger) caramel apple INSIDE WALT DISNEY WORLD MAGIC KINGDOM PARK for less $$$. I mean, the apple was ok, about what Id expect, but really, the prices are exorbitant.
Have visited here a couple of times to find that for the most part their chocolates were alright, if a bit overpriced. However, I have never - and I repeat - never had a negative experience eating chocolate. I am by no means a picky person either: I’ve eaten all sorts of exotic type foods to my contentment. And let me tell you: I bought a snowball truffle and almost vomited from it. Why? Because it literally tastes like vomit. Raw, I drank too much, type of vomit. I will never risk that awful of an experience at Rocky Mountain chocolate factory again.
