Real food- real coffee/lattes. Exactly what you hope for when finding a roadside gem. Farm to table type spot, but not expensive. 10/10 would come again.

Pretty sweet spot. Its small but has everything you need for breakfast or just quick stop for coffee. Place is clean and looks very neat. Food was delicious. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back. Support local business!

This place is fantastic! Just happened upon it on the way to Ithaca and sooo glad for the find. Restored schoolhouse with a great vibe. Owner has repurposed the old chalkboards into some tables, which are really cool. Great coffee and baked goods, locally sourced and made on site. Love this place.

Common crumb is ran by people who clearly care about people. Dana keeps nutrition in mind when she pours love into food to feed people. Her coffee comes from a unique roaster to this area bringing a flavor profile you cant get elsewhere. Even picky eaters like myself always find something on the menu or on special that meets my dietary needs. I only wish there were more common crumbs around to bring Brunswicks best kept secret to the rest of the area.

Dana and Chris run a great shop. Top-shelf coffee from Brewtus Roasting, one of the best small-batch craft Roasters in the area. They pull excellent shots with this excellent coffee with their Rapallo Astoria espresso machine. Dana clearly knows what she is doing. She makes a mean Cortado, give it a try.Non-coffee drinks are outstanding as well. Check out their London Fog and selection of teas.Food is excellent as well. They are very focused on fresh ingredients, locally produced, with an eye toward health. The breakfast sandwich on an in-house made English muffin is outstanding!Speaking of in-house made, Dana bakes all of the baked goods, biscotti, scones, cinnamon buns, etc. All well done.We have become regulars here. The coffee and breakfast were delicious!! We had a breakfast sandwich, a chocolate cherry scone and a piece of spiced nut coffee cake. We’d love to eat here again!

Really wonderful coffee shop! It has good food, solid WiFi, a nice setting (in an old school house) with outdoor spaces, and helpful staff.

Such a cute spot— wholesome, homemade and local breakfast/brunch/lunch options, some artisanal local honey, pottery, and preserves, and really good coffee! The outdoor seating area is gorgeous and the staff were kind and quick. Coming from downtown Troy, where the cafes are a sort of pretentious, my partner and I were so happy to come across such a down-to-earth little spot.

Cute on the outside but this picture is misleading they have one table inside which the dude that work there was sitting out with a computer. Probably because theres nowhere else for him to sit so maybe its there for him... Either way a couple tables inside which there was plenty of room for would be nice. Maybe its a pandemic thing I dont know

This is the cutest hidden gem in all of the capital region. Coffee is delicious, owners/workers are kind, and all of the treats I have had are delicious. I love the little storefront they have as well. Cutest outdoor seating are to enjoy covid safe!

Wow am I so happy to have found this hidden gem! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the owner is such a vibrant individual! Much respect for this local business supporting other local businesses in our community. Definitely a valid substitution to corporate breakfast places like Dunkin and McDonald’s. Prices are reasonable and food items are unique and flavorful! Wish this place many success and hope more people can enjoy the delightedness it brings.

Fantastic little place right off the highway, with great coffee and treats for all. Got the kids a tasty warm cider (ok I drank most of it). We planned to just grab a quick coffee so called ahead and the owner had it ready to go, but its such an awesome place both inside and out that youll want to leave with more than just a coffee.

One of the best, local, artisanal breakfasts Ive ever had...simple but so fulfilling; cream cheese olive tapenade, those homemade warm n fluffy yummy muffins, chai latte, *another order of olive tapenade...*, and muffins with raspberry marmalade.... And a cute, homey indoor where we did our taxes for a few hours xD. Owners were so sweet. If you do not have any reason to come to Troy, now you do: for the Common Crumb :)

The English muffins were phenomenal. Definitely get a breakfast sandwich. The shop is an old schoolhouse. Really cool environment and a nice sitting area outside with lots of tables. Staff and customers were great about following COVID policies.

We stumbled across this place on the way home from Okemo Mountain. Extremely welcoming, great food, pastries and coffee/tea. Do yourself a favor and if you’re driving through town - stop and support this great local restaurant!

Do not place an order with this place. They will take your money and you have to hunt them down for not making the product you paid for. Two months went by and I had to call and find out what the issue was. Then I had to go and pick up my money, which was left outside of their business taped to my jar which was supppose to have mulled cider in it EMPTY after 2 months. Horrible!!!
