I was a bit intimidated regarding a kitchen remodel project. Mark is very professional, a great communicator, and explained all parts of the job components with me in great detail. He was very patient with my many questions. The team that installed the countertops, as well as the team who helped with our cabinet project were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I posted a 5 Star a month ago thinking, that someone was going to finish this job ! But every time I try to put my faith in this guy he lets me down so my rating would not be a 5 star it would be a 0 if that I’m telling everyone he has no installer, he trying to do this hisself and he really has no idea how! He has canceled on me numerous times to come out and then no show my husband and I will be going up on Thursday to get the rest of our stuff to finish this job started in July isn’t finished yet! This November 6 th soo will tell you now ! Be ware before you buy if you do which that would be fine, but make sure you are installing them yourself!

I decided to do a kitchen remodel and started researching at the big box stores. I wanted someone who could walk me thru the process, not have to explain to each person in their dept want I wanted. We found Counterparts Kitchen Design when Mark was just opening the store. We discussed that we were in the early stages of looking, but after having Mark come out and discuss what we were looking for, we dove right in. I changed my mind a couple of times on what kind of cabinets I wanted and he was able to explain each style to me. I finally made a decision and placed my order. He held the cabinets until we were ready for them and helped me chose a countertop based on my budget. We are still working on our kitchen to complete it, but my cabinets are in and I am thrilled with what I ordered and the product itself. We will be getting the granite installed this week and the company Mark works with was great helping us determine the granite I wanted after I changed my mind twice. Everything is coming together smoothly thanks to Marks help. We are so glad we chose a local business to work with rather than the big box stores.
