Very disappointed with the quality of work Carly and Dan did on putting my kitchen together. When James and Carly first came out to my house, they were very helpful, in fact, anytime I talked to James, he would get things right, but always turned the project over to Carly. Carly recommonded Dan to do the demo and install. The demo and install both were delayed because Dan stated he had other priority projects. After the install, the cabinet doors were uneven, the roll out drawers were not working, I had to have other people come out and fix. One of my drawers was broken when installed and Dan just left it broke and didnt say anything. Dan has been out to my house twice to fix my refridgerator doors that had to be customed. They are still not right. When I reached out to Carly, she did not respond, which is why I decided to write a review on the poor quality of work and customer service.

Got our counter tops 3 years ago. We now have an issue with crack and chip. They wont come fix because we are too far away. They didnt mind coming out to install or come out when there were problems under warranty. Now we are left blowing in the wind because they dont repair their product outside of warranty.

Great experience. Josh showed us a ton of different options and how it would look in our kitchen and my wallet. Made everything really simple. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

By far the worst and most unprofessional company you will ever deal with. They broke the top during installation and this is their attempt to fix it and won’t do anything to correct the problem. So buyers be warned go somewhere else
