I wanted to share my experience with Elite Design. We recently bought a new home and wanted to upgrade our kitchen. I practiced due diligence and shopped quotes from 5 different fabricators before I reached out to Kristine. From the moment I spoke with her I had a very good feeling. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. My career is in the hospitality industry so I appreciate good customer service. Kristines customer service was second to none. It was at the highest level I have ever experience in any facet of a professional setting. When I met her at her shop I explained the look I wanted and she provided me with a wide selection and I found exactly what I was looking for. And then I got her quote which was considerably lower than all of the others I received. We were on a very tight timeline to get our project done as we had to move out of condo before the renter moved in. Kristine sent her colleague, Matt, to take the measurements. He too was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. 6 days later, yes, I said 6 days later, Matt and his team showed up and in less than two hours, they had over 83 square feet of countertops installed. They made some small adjustments on the fly and left our place immaculate. During the process Kristine was in constant communication with me to keep up to speed on the progress of my project.All around, my experience with Kristine and her team was one of the best Ive ever had and I have done multiple renovations on my homes over the years. Mike and another guy installed our granite counter tops last Friday and my wife and I could not be more pleased. Mike definitely knows what he is doing and did a fine job from the measurements he made to several suggestions such as the radiused corners on our island top. The quality work from measuring, the cutting and installation was exceptional. If you would like me to do anything as far as being a reference I would be happy to do that. By the way the reason you got the job was because of your great communication, Mike was prompt with sending me an estimate, your price was competive and you arranged for me to view some slabs quickly before I had a chance to explore other options.

Kristine and their shop/ store are the best, not just in choice and quality but also in price... which is a rare find these days when the only concern is pushing you out for the next customer.The entire experience from start to finish was a true delight... lets start with Kristine, who truly knows and IS customer service, she is patient and extremely accommodating. When attempting to pick a top, with many options available, Kristine was helpful, inciteful and offered good advice in our decision. My next experience was with the gentleman who measured for my tops, he was extremely thorough and polite, ever conscience of our concerns and needs, ensuring that the next step goes smoothly. A week later when the team arrived to install (YES, I said 1 week later!), they appeared to handle my stone with ease and within a few moments it was all sitting lovely in their new respective homes, it took them less than 2 hours to install almost 100 sq ft of stone in my house, amazing! I have gone to both Curtis Lumber and Lowe’s pricing out quartz countertops. I was recommended to Elite. Thank goodness because they saved me half the cost. It was quite shocking! Not only were they much cheaper, they were all wonderful! I loved working with Christine. It was so easy and our countertops are absolutely beautiful! I can’t thank her enough!

I must share this... I happen to come across a 6 foot slab of quartz, it was beautiful. White with diamonds speckles and just shimmered, I had to have it. I contacted every place around finally I was told Kristine at Elite Design. I called her right away scheduled an appointment she was very knowledgeable price was great and within two weeks it was installed and I could not be happier. We are starting our next project soon. She is my go to girl for Beautiful countertops.

Great customer service. Just had my kitchen redone by Elite Design and they did a wonderful job. They came highly recommended by Bargain Outlet and a few of my friends as well. By far the cheapest and most reliable option. Kristine went above and beyond and even personally delivered my back splash to me. They offered the quickest installation time and were able to work around my schedule even through I was constantly changing it due to other activities I had going on. My new quartz counter tops came in within a week and my kitchen was finished! I could not be happier. The guys that came to install everything worked so efficiently. I loved how everyone worked as a team and was very personable and easy to work with. I think when I redo my bathrooms I will use Elite Design again! Thank you Elite Design!!!

I have been looking for a granite or quartz countertop for quite some time, and had some estimates as well. My friends daughter had recommended Elite Design Granite, she knew a couple of people who had had their countertops done by them and they were very pleased. So my friend and I made a trip from Hudson to Troy to see what they had in as soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted with the two nicest people so friendly and knowledgeable wonderful...Christine and Eileen, great ladies! I found a quartz countertop that I loved relatively fast! And within a week they had Matt come out to measure for the template, and my countertop was installed a week later!! It was so fast and so professionally done, the measurements he took were perfect!! I’m still so surprised at how perfect everything went this is an incredible group of people everybody’s nice everybody’s professional they know their stuff! I highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality countertop!!! This job could not have gone any smoother or any faster or be done by anybody better than these people. My sister who lives in Massachusetts, was amazed by the speed of my installation ...She purchased a countertop and when it was installed, it didn’t look right, it was put in incorrectly, so she had them come back and take it out and went with another company and finally got a good result, but it took some months before she found the right place and was satisfied with the product and the installation...:( My husband MIke and I could not be more thrilled, we highly recommend Elite Design Granite, they are literally the best there is!!!

I went to Elite and met with Kristine because I wanted to keep “the business”In Troy. I picked out the granite and gave measurements from our contractor. She gave me a price, and said it wouldn’t be that high.When we came in to firm up the work, and give the initial deposit, the amount almost doubled. She said as an owner she would drop the price $500.Our mistake was not getting the estimate in writing.When the man came from NJ to make the templates, he was very grumpy and miserable, and borderline rude. all this because I didn’t know I had to remove the kitchen sink prior to his coming.In short- he came back again when my husband and contractor were present and he couldn’t have been nicer. The counter and island took almost 3 weeks as opposed to the 3 days that Kristine said it would take.When installed, the 3 men were very nice and efficient. When it came time to give them the final payment and get a receipt for services paid in full, there was a discrepancy.Kristine told me she’d take off the tax if I paid in cash- but never told the men who collected the money ( the installers).I only got a receipt for the amount I paid that day. It took almost 2 months for her ( associate) to get me a receipt for the total amount paid.And when I was waiting for the last, small, piece of granite, she said It was $125, and already cut- we just had to pick it up when it came to Troy. After 4 weeks, I learned that she never gave the ok to have it cut and it was never even ordered, and she changed the price to $225.Horrible, horrible, business people. Word to the wise- If getting an estimate- get it in writing- and good luck to you!Kristine flat out lied several times about the work. It’s too bad Troy has a business like them here.We ended up getting our small granite shelf at Geovanny’s Granite in Watervliet, 3 days after ordering it, and for $125.Loved Geovanny’s!!Be smart!

Single handley the worst. First Mark comes 3hrs late than mocks my kitchen setup and refuses to even measure. Customer service Kristen apologizes tries to send out 2 other employees that never show up. Id rather spend the $3000 at Lowes.I thought this was a good deal at $1600 like anyone else. Id be a fool to trust their quality of work at this point.

We had the most wonderful experience working with Kristine and the installation folks of Elite Design. They are a hidden gem that all renovators and builders need to know about. Their selection of Quartz and Granite is comprehensive, but more importantly, their personal service is unmatched and impossible to obtain at any big box retail, or large quartz/granite companies. We changed our minds our countertops several times, but Kristine was always accommodating. The measurement phase went seamless. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. Within one week, we had the installation team arrive, and they too were extremely efficient and courteous. They had the right equipment, were spot on the measurements, and installed the undermounted sink perfectly. Our contractor also noted that they installed a rail for the dishwasher under the quartz counter....something that many bigger companies DO NOT DO. Finally, Elite Design was seriously the most price competitive place around. They beat the cost of HD by almost 40% for the same exact stone. Crazy.......and.....crazy happy with Elite Design. You wont be disappointed.
