BEWARE!!! I gave them one star because there installers were great! But I paid $7000 for a quartz countertop and the veins don’t line up. The company stated per email they can’t make them line up. They installed them now to take them out is risking damage to the cabinets . To replace them will be another month wait destroying my families Thanksgiving and Christmas. If I were you look at the companies pictures closely on there website and make sure they can match patterns. Still waiting for there response.

The installers were great, and the plumber was great. The communication needs to be better, because I had no idea that the plumbing would not be reconnected the same day as installation. I had to wait 1 week later for the plumbing to be reconnected, which was frustrating. Other than that the work was done very professionally.

We have now completed our kitchen countertops install. I cannot say it was without many problems due to the many angels and custom cuts that had to be made for the waterfall edge from our bar top to the kitchen counters. Overall through all these challenges, customer frustration, and anger, the Cutting Edge Countertops team did everything possible to make it right and address our overall frustrations with the process. Yesterday the team completed the final piece and made the us very happy.The overall journey was problematic. It started at the store located at 14425 Bergen Blvd. Noblesville, IN 46060. The sales and quoting process went well we thought. We made our purchase and agreed to proceed.Initial laser measure we were informed that this would be a two step process for our install. Our sales person did not inform us of this fact and we had to move and delay our backsplash tile installation from what we previously knew would take placeInitial counter top install went smoothly on the date expectedSecond laser measurement after counter tops installed so the fab shop could fabricate the bar top with waterfall edge correctly. This also included the locations of the electrical outlets that would remain in place.Initial bar top with the waterfall edge arrived broken from the fab shop.Second bar tops were delivered to the install team broken from the fab shopThird time counter and bar tops cuts were off regarding the electrical outlets by 1.5”Fourth time, new bar top with supposed corrected outlet cuts were still off by one inch at the outlets. The installers and I made the decision to proceed and I would correct them afterwards. After 3.45 hours the installers finally left and were complete for this time leaving me with one seam that was not correct at the top and counter due to it being carried over from a previous failure.With the seam gap to big for our satisfaction, I contacted Caitlin and Stacy and sent them pictures of the current install with the final problematic seams. They both acted quickly and had Gary come to the install sight to assess the situation. Gary and his team of Issac and Evan removed the improperly cut piece and clean the contact area of the bar top in preparation for a new piece replacing it later. Gary informed me he would be back in one week with a new piece made to his specification and measurement. He returned one week later to install the final new piece, Gary and Steven Albee completed the custom fit on site by cutting and polishing the piece to our satisfaction.I would like to personally thank our PM (Caitlin), her manager (Stacy), the install teams of Moses, Pena, Isaac, Evan, Roman, Isaac, Gary Sutlick and Steven Albee for their professionalism and skill to get our counter and bar tops installed.Now we can finish our tile installation and be done.We are now very happy customers. We have used Cutting Edge 5 times in the past 6 years, and have had nothing but positive experiences every time. From showroom to install, the process has taken from 4-6 weeks. The sales staff has been very helpful in guiding us through the many choices, never pressuring us at all. Its impressive seeing all the full slabs. Not like the little samples at big box stores, and the prices are equal or better, as there is no middleman. We had April the last time. About 2-4 weeks later, you get project measured. The men have all been helpful answering install questions and verifying if all will work as planned, so problems wont happen on install day. Two weeks later, theyre installed. Natalie, our project manager, who works out of Ohio office has always been, awesome! She oversees everything from start to finish. Every counter weve ordered has been perfect and beautiful. We highly recommend Cutting Edge countertops. Dont settle for big box stores.

The customer service at the Troy MI location and the quality in their inventory is UNPARALLEL! My husband and I have had the best experience and we are not easily impressed. Cutting Edge provided quality counter tops installation was quick and efficient. They arrived on the day scheduled and within the time spread we were given. We had a unique edge where a wall oven door had to open and they cut it to precise requirements. The counters are beautiful and the granite color really perks up the kitchen. We had a good experience with CECountertops!The installers Eric O. & Cole A. were great, and spent time to explain how to care for the countertops after they installed them.4 stars instead of 5 is due to how their process works. Perhaps it is normal, but its not what I expected. We ordered in-store, and thought that contact would be the primary one. But once they sell it, theyre hands-off and just direct you to contact other people. The person who sells you the counter top doesnt actually have anything to do with scheduling install or questions about install or measurements. They just sell. To me, having one contact whom weve met face-to-face being the primary point of contact is ideal - rather than being pushed off to someone else.Perhaps thats how all of the countertop places work, I dont know. There were no issues with anyone we dealt with or the company. Its just my opinion on how I rather would have had this process play out.

Ran into a couple of small snags, but the creative thinking of the cutting edge team made sure everything continued smoothly. The office and installation team were great to work with and the new countertop looks incredible!

I am extremely happy with the experience I had with Cutting Edge Countertops. They gave a window of 1 and 4 for the installation and was informed they would call when in route. When I didnt answer they called my wife to let her know. Eric and Fredrick were professional and did a great job installing. I forgot to order one back splash, Eric took it upon himself to question the missing section. I am grateful for him going beyond what was expected!

We are very happy with our countertop. Working with Natalie the project manager was great. She was very pleasant as well as helpful. The only reason we didn’t give five stars is because they made a mistake on a mitre cut for the backsplash so they had to come back about 10 days later to install 2 of the 4 pieces which is not the most convenient since they give you a 3 or 4 hour window of when they will show up.

All employees I dealt with at cutting edge countertops were helpful, informative, and quick to get the job done. I would recommend them to others and plan on using them on future projects.

I didnt buy kitchen countertops from here, so I cant commit on their level of service or installation. Although, I will say they did not seem like they had any interest in selling me countertops. The two reps that were in the showroom were both laying on the couches with their shoes off when I arrived and the first thing they told me is that I would be looking at 6 to 8 weeks for install because they didnt have anyone available to take measurements for 4 weeks. I dont understand how they cant find anyone to get measurements quicker, horrible business practice as this should be the easiest part of buying countertops. The sales reps sent me back in the granite room, but were no where to be seen when I had questions. As a sales rep myself, I would think they would have some suggestions or would want to at least provide pricing options so I could buy from them if I wanted to. Its a shame because it seemed like they had a good selection, but I do not recommend stopping here.

Cutting Edge is a great company to work with! From excellent selection and pricing to final install, they are first rate. Matt, our measuring technician, was fantastic with both the complex kitchen as well as our bathroom. The installers, Diego and Derek, were excellent and everything fit perfectly and was on time. They were careful and attentive to detail. And finally, Jennifer W., our sales person has been attentive, professional and accommodating. We highly recommend Cutting Edge Countertops !

I am know on my second order through Cutting Edge. They were referred to me by a friend and I couldnt be happier. I worked with Jennifer at the Macomb office. She went over an above to help us pick out quartz last fall and the granite this week. I also referred my sister there and she also has had a wonderful experience. Cutting Edge Countertops has by far the best customer service around. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your selection, and go into detail with any questions you may have! I recommend Cutting Edge to anyone who may not know a lot about countertops. I went to a couple of other places and all they want is your money. I worked with Jennifer, and also with Robert and they were super knowledgeable with the product.

When you do home improvement many of us can do certain things, but there are things you need to leave to the professionals. When you do that you try to learn as much as you can so you understand the process, can make the right decisions and not get taken advantage of. Working with everyone from sales to appointments, to measuring and installation was a great experience. The communication was outstanding, showing up for appointments when they say they would (call you when they are 30 minutes away), and completing the work in short order made this one of the most enjoyable experiences of hiring professional home improvement people ever. Our kitchen looks amazing, they even handled our modifications from the current kitchen setup without complaint and spent the time explaining our options! Would highly recommend them to anyone within reach of their many locations.

From beginning to end, working with Cutting Edge was amazing. They did what they said they were going to do, they called when they said they were going to call, they showed up when they said they would show up. All of that sounds simple but in todays world, it makes a huge difference. Customer service is fading but not at this company. Fantastic experience! My husband and I bought 2 granite bathroom countertops. Our sales representative Keith was very helpful and patient with us, and being new to granite, he was very knowledgeable in answering the questions that we had. When it came time for our in home measurement, Matt was very professional and courteous. Installation was very professional and quick. Our turn around time from the time of our order to installation was approximately 2 & 1/2 weeks...we were very impressed! When the installers left, I found a tiny chip in the top of one of the countertops. I called the company, and they had a repairman out within the hour, and you cant even tell it was there. Everyone I dealt with from sales, to project management, measurement and installation were all extremely polite and professional. It is evident that customer service is of the utmost importance. I highly, highly recommend Cutting edge for any room in your home. We plan to use them again when we decide to replace our kitchen countertops, and look forward to a no hassle, no headache experience!

Cutting Edge did our kitchen and did not measure it so the veins would line up. My representative contacted the company and we are stuck no redo offered nor credit we are considering litigation. By far the worse customer service by far. This is some ones home and we have to look at there mistake everyday. This is there response.
