They need to work on retraining their staff. Me and a friend went in today for fun shopping day and didn’t want to go anywhere after our experience here because they were so condescending towards us, like we couldn’t afford it, especially when I asked for real gold. Staff wasn’t very friendly

The manger Kristen (or Chrissy) is terrible. She’s very sarcastic and condescending. You’re a manger not the owner RELAX. This store does not follow the 1 year replacement policy for fear of people “trying to get over”. So disappointing for a 4 figure customer. I won’t ever shop here again. This store gives Pandora a bad name. If they stop judging people they would make more sales. Pandora please consider training management or hiring new management!

Wow. This was my first time buying myself a bracelet from Pandora and the service I received from one of the sale associates was absolutely abhorrent. I said all of three words to this woman and she seemed to be disgusted, frustrated  and annoyed with my whole existence.  She was aggressive and rude for no reason. It was as if she didnt want me to spend my hard earned money in her place of employment.  I will always think about her nasty disposition when I walk by a Pandora store. Luckily for her, this females coworker was pleasant and not a rude, bitter, disgruntled shrew. Funny thing is her tone and disposition shifted when speaking to customers of a lighter hue. I guess shes  self hating, because I have similar features yet her customers service felt like discrimination. I am embarrassed for her and her supervisors who allow her to behave this way.

Worst Pandora Store in Michigan.My wife and I have gone to multiple stores and never found a store so disorganized .They made us check in and told us 20min wait.A glance on the tablet showed us that we had 5 people ahead of us. 20min later two people were served and we asked how many people were in front of us and if they had an estimate. 4 people and about 20min. OK I thought maybe I mistook 5 for 6. Another 20min passed and another 2 people were called.We started to be impatient and asked. This time it was three people left. Now I started wondering. They rotated the crew and after three people being served. We were supposed to be next. We waited almost an hour and finally got to ask for what we came for.It was so obvious that the crew had let their friends and family cut the lines when the store was already full. We hinted at the Store Manager that something was out of line but were just waved away.I am sad I have to give one star but this is so unprofessional it had to be this low. This needs fixing.

They did a great job of limiting the amount of people in the store. This gave each customer a sales person to help as soon as your walked in. Once we got in it was easy and quick. Kudos to the whole staff.

Not good, I tried to return two rings cost about 75.00, I liked the rings. The problem was they were to large after a couple of days wearing the rings. They started to slide off. So I tried to return the rings, however the sale person and the manger refused to accept them. Said scratches on the rings and they had changed colors. I shocked not only did I feel she made up the story that rings were scratched and now they had changed colors too. She didnt exchange the rings. I was going to be a new customer of Pandora. I will never step foot in a Pandora store again. Especially now I know the jewelry wont hold its color.

Due to the pandemic and Christmas long lines can be expected, but the disorganization should not be. An elderly man was confused on how the line was moving and how it was redirected, but when he asked a question the sales associate told him she could handle it and he was allowed to make his purchase outside of the store and be on his merry way, there were approximately 10 people including myself who were in front of him, there was an associate at the door doing the same for customers that knew what they wanted, the associate that helped the older gentleman never asked anyone else if they knew what they wanted also. As the line progressed mall security redirected customers again this is when the associate at the door asked generally did anyone know what they wanted and didnt need to browse. Great👍 idea until I guess thats first to answer is first served. I however was first to answer and as she skipped over everyone ahead of me I told her the people ahead of me also said yes just not as loud. She then proceeded to ask in order. I dont work in retail, but that seems to be a no Brainerd type of thing. Sorry 😞 I feel the store ran better when there was an older woman there.Also out of curiosity I wonder why Farmington has better reviews? I guess I will start buying from that location and find out. So sad, so sorry Somerset.

Very nice jewelry..pricey though. Display cases are vibrant and everything that catches your eye sparkles. Whenever I go into this store I think to myself one of each please. The staff greet you when you walk in very polite and friendly. They should have a loyalty rewards program for customers.

My first experience here was amazing this young girl with brown/black curly hair helped me she was great very helpful and intelligent I wish I knew her name so I could give the credit she deserves but anyway I went in here for my second time and the opposite experience I asked if they would fix my charm which had broken off and she wouldn’t gave me no opinion but to call the company which they ended up fixing it for no charge at all? What is that why couldn’t they just save me the trouble by just doing it in the store if the company did it they clearly could of..... just a waist of time but I will leave it at that even thou I could go on more about this lady

I received a Pandora bracelet as a gift. I noticed that that the bracelet seemed to be fraying and when I attempted to take the beads off it completely broke. I went into the store expecting it sorry about your luck scenario. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Angela who not only replaced my bracelet, she was able to get the bead off, and bored it out so this wouldn’t happen again. She was kind, polite, well spoken and handled my issue quickly. I am grateful for such a pleasant experience. Kudos Angela. 5 Star service

The Store Manager Krissy is very unprofessional and very rude. The store is very disorganized and they never do what’s best for the customer. They argue costumers down, the assistant manager says one thing and Krissy the store manager says something differently going against her team. Watched me from the time I walked in and didn’t offer help, then when one of her employees took care of me she stood over her shoulder making her employee feel uncomfortable, to where she stepped aside while Krissy took over assisting me. Providing me improper customer service turned me away with her unethical behavior and her lack of customer service. I asked if she could provide me her direct managers information and she claimed she didn’t know it. Just very disgusted with what I was just faced with. Sold me the wrong thing and even confirmed she would document that she didn’t follow proper protocol. But still refused to give me what I paid for which I called yesterday, the assistant manager had no problem putting the item on hold for me with no problem since I was given the wrong item. But Krissy refused. DO NOT BUY from this store. Dorthy the DM should definitely be notified and take action of this mess. I also have pictures of the items that were put on hold for me which Krissy refused to give to me. Wasted my time coming to this disorganized unprofessional store.

Went to have my jewelry cleaned however their tumbler was broken. Also they were unable to clean my sterling silver chain. They told me that it was my problem that it was dirty due to hair products and/or the oils from my skin.

Worst experience ever. Looking for a charm to buy my sister she told me there were no educational charms or sister charms so I ended up buying a Mary poppies purse charm instead. I asked her to look up my account she was such in a rush to get the sale she told me she will look it up after the transaction which did not make sense smh so bacially I ended up using my debit card and I have a charge card for this store. Paying my account off and closing the card. Worst service ever!

Horrible set up with their waitlists to get service. Had to return something and had to wait in the jam packed store for over an hour with something that should have taken 5 min. Great idea for a waitlist if people want to learn about what your selling and ask questions but not for those that just need to make a return. The store is just filling up with people that want to get in and out because of this and can’t even move because there are so many people waiting. Will never shop there again. Recommend going to another location.

It is a long line right now due to an incredible sales offer (up to 50% off, ends January 6th), sales persons are really great, friendly, and nice as they help decide on the perfect purchase. Couldnt have been happier with my experience.
