Always my stop for groceries on the way home from work. This is a great place to pick up staple pantry items and even a few little extras. The produce Id good quality and keeps well, the bakery is ok, and the meat prices are usually reasonable. Definitely stop in for regular grocery needs.

The Hannaford in Troy NY is a clean store however they seem to be always out of everything you need You cant depend on them so if you shop there plan on going to another market .Check the items because some of their items are getting next to the experiation date or have already expired . The people who work in the store are friendly and you never know what time the deli opens and closes because they never post the hours .Its a good store prices are steady .I would recommend this store but it could use some improvements .

I went at night and it seemed like a pretty nice size store with a good selection of food and items. It was really clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed. There is plenty of parking at this location and it wasn’t busy. I was able to get in and out pretty quick too.

I want to give these guys five stars but since they have taken over all of the Lansingburg areas grocery shopping it really has gone down hill. They never should have stopped being 24 hours because with the influx of clients they have huge time section where they just run out of stuff on shelves and it doesnt get restocked. Running out of butter, auger, or creamer isnt a good look. Also lots of problems with the Hannaford Rewards app. Pharmacy still is and always has been stellar. I realize times are tough but they arent hurting for profit going by how many people are in the store they CAN fix a lot of these problems but it would take money.

Got my Covid-19 vaccine here today....the Pharmacy staff is wonderful and everything went so well. Thanks for your efficiency and professionalism. It was the best experience!

Well I have to say it hasnt been a good experience since the Price Chopper has closed that was a block away instead of the store opening more registers and treating the patrons I have been loyal for past 25 years we have to wait a long long long lines inconveniently unfortunately! Need to have more registers open although there are plenty of employees usually on hand they do little to keep the Lines Moving especially when the Cash Out Lines are into shopping aisles! Need more employees between 2 and 6 p.m. at least ones that can open registers

The only real grocery shop I use by my old home. Has great deals and the self check out actually reads the price of each item to me which I really like. It didnt take long to find what I needed and everyone of course is super compliant with covid-19 guidelines. Thanks hanford !

If I could give this store ZERO STARS I WOULD. I’ve been treated like complete dirt in this store, I won’t get too much into detail but I will say that Hannaford has lost my business for good. Such a shame because I’ve never had a problem of my years of living here and going to this store from now on I will take my money elsewhere and let it be.

Not a good as the Hannafords back east. The produce, seafood, and meat selections are underwhelming. (considering covid and location of this store) Shelves half bare constantly.Havent run into one upbeat teammate willing to help. Just vendors or stockpeople that see youre looking to get something but continue to ignore (right on front of what youre buying) and unless you verbally ask them to move aside, youre invisible.Before anyone tries to address me, Im a seafood manager in another chain and shop at this Hannafords for proximity, not necessity. If Im doing a large order for my home, Ill patronize my store where service and variety are superior.

Usually can find what I need here plus its close by my job so its easy to cash my check

We do our weekly shopping at the Troy Hannaford every week, even throughout the extent of this pandemic. Every single time, weve found the shelves fully stocked and the staff consistently friendly and helpful. Its always a pleasure to actually look forward to your weekly visit to the supermarket.

The service here was awful. The girl at the register was more interested in her phone then helping her customers. The store was ok but I have to say that management should be watching their employees to make sure their customer service is on point.

Only 1 cashier line open they finally opened up more registered cashiers Very Friendly and I realize its a Very STRESSFUL JOB.

Can never find what you are looking for or if you do they only have it in the smaller more expensive per ounce size. Residents from Corliss Park. Have taken it over. They do not social distance, they do not wear masks or if they do its more likely to be around their necks instead of on their faces. they allow their children to run and play in the aisles (basketball is popular. Dont know how many times a ball has landed in my cart damaging and contaminating my groceries). They steal items right out of your cart and threaten you if you say anything. Management turns a blind eye to all of this. I think my last trip will be my last trip. Not worth dying over. I am disabled and at risk for COVID and these ppl think its a joke.

Went to the store early. They were a few minutes late opening. People were waiting to get in. Pretty well stocked. Went through the easy scan with no wait.

While I find the variety and prices as good as any other Hannaford (so pretty good), this particular Hannaford seems to make virtually no attempt to make sure customers and even their employees where masks or where them properly. I would say at least half of the people I saw here (on 11/3) had their noses uncovered by their masks. There were also a few people just waking around with their mask hanging below their chin, and even some with literally no mask at all. I watched a group of three employees from the deli and bakery area surrounding a person with a service dog- the customers mask was a bandana hanging around their neck, all but one of the employees had their face masks below their noses, and they were all talking and laughing in close proximity as they pet the service dog. So well within six feet, masks on improperly (if at all), petting an unknown animal, and increasing the likelihood of spreading moisture droplets via laughing without proper face coverage. The employees then went back to their stations without washing their hands or sanitizing, and the customer walked away with their mask still hanging around their neck.I really prefer the Hannaford franchise for many reasons - not the least of which is their support of the LGBTQ+ community. But this particular Hannaford is a health hazard. Its not a safe place to be, especially with Covid cases in the rise again.

Convenient location decent selection of staples...but always out of lysol due to the pandemic.... Will have to do in a pinch, I suppose.

Fresh produce is often too old or substandard. They either dont store things right or keep it too long. Also the frozen veggies in bags have obviously been out of the cold too long, as they are often refrozen as a solid lump. Otherwise Id rate the store higher, these are longstanding problems. Staff is usually friendly and cheerful. Always helpful if you ask about something. Been going there since it became a Hannaford store.

Fair priced goods

Always clean. Great staff. The only problem I have with this store is how often they run out of certain items. Despite telling various staff there that issue has been ongoing for over five years. If an item is that popular, I would think they would keep more on hand.

I love Hannahford because the people are so nice there and there prices on there food are low, you haved to whair your mask and stay six feet apart, but if you need your food go to Hannahford.👍👍

The Hannaford in N Troy no longer cares about the health of it’s shoppers. The store can enforce no masks no service, but they won’t.! Be careful and perhaps boycott all Hannafords They won’t let you in with bare feet or smoking a cigarette!! Why let you in with no masks. Wake up Hannaford.

Right at the moment the store is under Covid-19 guidelines, the nearby Price Chopper shut down, and Hannaford is undergoing renovations, so its crowded, it gets wiped out of food, and everyone has to wear these freaking masks.At the moment, shopping here sucks, but Hannaford is a great store. Im sure will be much nicer in the fall.

Closest to home and my pharmacy

Hannaford is the cleanest supermarket in the Capital District. It doesnt matter which store you visit as they are all top notch in cleanliness. Hannaford also has the absolute best meats as well. My family purchases 99% of our meats from Hannaford as the quality is superior to other stores. The produce section offers a wide variety of local items. There is always someone in the produce section rotating or stocking which really shows the care they take in offering the absolute best product. I am not a fan of the new self serve check out system that recently arrived at my local store. I am also saddened by the loss of the butcher case. Hannaford offers a savings app which has been great so far saving me money on a quarterly basis as well as offering digital coupons. I would like to see their coupon policy become more competitive with the other grocery chains in our area though. The best foods are one thing but the best foods at the lowest possible price is a game changer. Hannaford does have superior store brand items but sometimes you just have to have the brand you grew up with and those brands usually have coupons that are doubled at the competitors.Overall I am a happy Hannaford customer.

It was terrible. They recently redid the store layout and its terrible. Cant find anything and the new location of certain products makes no sense. Tried to get frozen juice but couldnt get to the freezer because there was 16 carts blocking the doors with 6 people stocking the freezer. Shouldnt shelves be stocked at night? Even though Price Chopper in Clifton Park is over 10 miles away, Ill be doing my bulk shopping there from now on

Poor customer service skills, especially at the front end. I usually go to self check out for my small trips and every time that I have needed something cancelled out over the past few months, the staff have not been friendly. Two of the staff members assisting me did not make eye contact or say a word even when I said thank you. I have also observed lack of staff interaction and friendliness with other customers...they outwardly appear annoyed and miserable to be bothered with customers.When I go through the check out lines, most staff are friendly.

This has been my favorite Hannaford for years and I will drive 25mins to go to it. The pharmacy group is wonderful, the store is always clean and well stocked. The bakery there also makes the best crunchy chocolate chip cookies in the area, hands down. This specific Hannaford is the only one that gets them just right. All the bakery products are wonderful. Give them a try!

The North Troy/Waterford store is a much better store than the nearby Price Chopper....the staff is friendly, attentive and relatively quick to respond. The newly introduced Self-Checks are great. Even given the necessary delay for beer purchases, I love it.
