I ordered online for pick up in the store. They wanted me to wait in their line to pick up an item I already bought. The girl manning the line refused the just bring it out to me.Going back for an exchange, I found Nua very helpful and attentive in person and my text. I would want him to help me next time I visit.

Had a great experience and the sales associate Megan was very helpful and nice

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my experience at Hermès. This was thanks to an amazing sales associate named Michael! I was anticipating a much more difficult experience, having heard stories about the brand, yet that was far from the case. They had everything I wanted to see available and Michael never once made me uncomfortable or pressured me into a purchase! Over all I definitely recommend the store and most importantly recommend Michael as your guy!

Disappointing first experience at this new location. Waited in the long line until a sales advisor was available. No problem. Inquired about a specific bracelet and necklace. She quickly looked and didn’t have either item in stock. Was bummed but understandable. She spent maybe a total of 2 minutes with me. She said she could text me if they became available. I said okay great. She didn’t ask for my number and looked as if she was ready to walk me out. I said how will I know when it becomes available ? She then handed me her card and said to email her. A little strange since she said she would text but okay.I said “is it okay if I look around”? (Again, this is my first time in the brand new store and I wanted to see what they had In store). Immediately, she looked at her watch and said “how long are you going to be?”. Umm where am I? Surely not the luxury retail experience one would expect. Tacky and completely unacceptable customer service. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. Not closing time. Jasmine was her name maybe? So if you visit, be sure to ask for an associate who is not going to trying and rush you out.

We went there for the first time on a Saturday afternoon and we had a decent experience. The line wasn’t long and our sales rep was nice. Though we couldn’t get the bag we want but will definitely go back. I will give a 5 star when we get our bag.

I’ve been shopping at Somer Set mall for over a decade and have never witnessed such poor customer service. Emma was previous with Chanel is amazing! However, Michael was the rudest man I’ve ever met in my life. I went into the store during opening week and Michael was my sales associate. He spent the entire time telling me that I had 30,20, 10 minutes left. When spending thousands on merchandise that can’t be returned one should not be rushed! Additionally he didn’t know where anything was so most of my time was lost because of him. That day I purchased two pairs of Oran sandals, a evelyne tpm, and two clic clac braclets. The second time I went in was a month later and I shopped with Megan. She was sweet but also reminded me that I only had 30 minutes. I purchased a blanket and a pillow. As Megan was checking me out, Michael came over snd said hello. He then watched as Megan completed my transaction. I paid with my credit card so of course she asked to see my card snd id, then I tapped my Amex on the kiosk. Michael walked away and shortly after a small man came and whispered to Megan. She then asked to see my card again, she flipped it over and then gave it back. I was clear that Michael told on her but when I shopped with him, he didn’t even ask for my id! Completely unprofessional!!!

One of my favorite fashion labels has finally come to Michigan. A nice store with a variety of Hermes products.

Today, I took my mother into the newly opened Hérmes boutique in Somerset Collection. Having typically shopped in San Francisco at their Hérmes location, I was interested to see the layout and offerings of this new location that finally returned to Michigan. Our SA supervisor Michael, was our guide and provided an excellent customer experience for both my mother and I! I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes for myself and few twillys for my mothers Birkin. Michael was phenomenal, but so were the other SAs that were in store assisting him with our requests. Very glad that Hérmes is back in Michigan! Great job with providing such a memorable experience!

Long wait, unfriendly service, overpriced products; I will not be returning anytime soon.

Very bad customer service!

The store hours is until 6pm. We drove an hour and arrived at 4pm, there were only 6 people waiting in the line but store manager has decided to not allowed any new customers waiting on the line. Then the line was totally empty at 5pm, and they still wouldn’t let anyone into the store. Not following its own store hours…that’s so wrong!!!
