I had been dreading doing my CCW course, I thought it would be excruciatingly boring. The instructors made it interesting and informative. The hours seemed to fly by. Very safe professional environment. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed every minute of my CCW course with Bill & Billy. This was my first time handling a gun and I walked out of the course with the greatest confidence, especially after receiving a 100% on the range portion of my test (never shot a gun before). I highly recommend this course for anyone that needs to learn great gun safety information and overall knowledge about using/handling a gun, building their confidence, or just learning something new.

Everyone at Defensive Training Solutions was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I took a concealed carry course with them and the class was well put together and covered a wide variety of topics. They know what they’re talking about and have a passion for what they are teaching.I highly recommend DTS for any and all classes for defense purposes. I will be back for more in the future.

Just took Defense Handgun 2 with Bill as the main instructor and Mark as the secondary. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that is considering or is already conceal carrying a firearm. It was an extremely rewarding class. I am very comfortable with guns, have had a CCW for several years, and have qualified marksman with the Air Force and I still took away a lot of invaluable information. Both in the classroom portion and on the range. Definitely make sure that Bill is teaching the class he is an extremely thoughtful guy and has a very clear and down to earth teaching style.

Instructors were interesting, informative, and kept it moving. It was obvious they really cared about each student. Safety was paramount to them. I highly recommend these folks

I completed the SAFTD Defensive Handgun Course 1 provided by Defensive Training Solutions and Hosted by OE Outfitters.The course was excellent! The content was presented in a manner that novice to experienced firearm owners would appreciate.Thank you for the great experience!

Great classroom learning environment. My opinion of range time is that it was too chaotic. Too many people talking while commands being given. That being said all instructors were very encouraging and helpful. CCW class, I definitely recommend beginners take this class.

Completely enjoyed every aspect from meeting the instructors to dropping brass on the range. Billy did an EXCELLENT job as an instructor. My fiance and I both took our CCW course and both left feeling confident and wanting to come back for additional training. 10/10 Highly recommend

Just took the CCW course and it was a great experience. Bill and Caryl are amazing instructors and I cant wait to take another class with them! Mark was good too but could improve on his presentation skills.

I took an all female handgun class today, and had a blast. Bill, Caryl, Lisa, and Kiersten were wonderful. They are kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. After lessons with them, you will feel empowered and confident. I highly recommend them!! I would give them 10 stars if i could. Looking forward to more training from such an excellent group. Spent a very cold day with a very warm group of positive like minded people. Bill Martin is an excellent knowledgeable instructor who presents the material in an easy to follow format. Understanding the variables of personal defense, the materials and practical component of the course challenged my understanding of what I thought I knew while demonstrating to me in a safe learning environment that there is still much to learn. I see many more personal learning sessions in my future at Defensive Training Solutions.

I’ve spent two sessions with Bill and he does nothing short of impressing me each time. Everybody has knowledge, but few know how to transfer that into teaching. He does.I’m not easily impressed when it comes to being trained, but I’ve been impressed since Minute one with him. His focus on fundamentals before speed is exactly what people need.Highly recommend this business and promise that you’ll walk away with tons of knowledge and more experience than when you walked in.

I am a 22 year old girl and I LOVED Carol, Lisa, and Bill. All of them were wonderful and made the class enjoyable. I thought the basic ccw class would be it for me, but now Im highly tempted to take more of their classes! Love, love, love these guys! =)
