Friendly staff. Wish they had more sales though Id be in more often. My last pair lasted me 3 years.

Absolute garbage, after wearing north face and Merrill for 20 years, i tried ecco, in 10 days they fell apart! Customer service is a joke, they asked for all kinds of pics that i sent. Only to be told take my shoes and recite back to where i bought them!Never again!!

Perhaps my expectations are too high, but when I go into a high end shoe store, I expect a high level of service. At this store, I did not receive that service. I tried on a pair of shoes, and I asked the salesperson if I needed the next size up. He said no. He didnt even feel the shoes. He didnt ask if I wanted to try the bigger size. So I purchased them. When I got into the mall area, I put them on. My big toe hurt with every step. So I returned them. Extremely disappointed.

I visited the store wanting to purchase two pairs of shoes. I couldve bought them online, but I didnt know my size in this brand and wanted to try them on first.The store wasnt very busy, but I stood there for 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to just acknowledge me. When I tried to get someones attention, they would turn away and talk to someone else. Sometimes even just someone that had entered the store.Horrible customer service.

Great shoes for comfort. Great return policy also when something happened to one of my pairs of shoes that ripped. Thank you!

Ecco shoe are very comfortable and they last for years. I just bought 2 new pairs to replace the two pairs that I have been wearing for 12 years.

I LOVE these shoes. Ive been wearing them for over 20 years but with the terrible service I received a couple weeks ago, I will buy them anywhere else but that store! And these employees were NOT teenie boppers either. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and after listening to the two women talk about a definite non business issue. I had to beg to be helped. The Walking Company got my business.
