It’s the little things that count. Came to this location on my birthday with every intent to buy or order the bag I’ve been eyeing. Would’ve been nice to just hear a “Hello, we’ll be right with you” as my fiancé and I stood in line to get in, the only ones BTW. I realize that two customers were completing their sales but we were highly visible and it would not have taken away from those customers to acknowledge us standing there. Again it’s the little things. I still want the bag but I’ll just contact customer service and try to order it.

Staff pulled their freinds from the back of the line, made other customers wait a very long time and then sold their friends the purse I was waiting for. They promised they would have one in stock the next day and have yet to follow through. They made an exciting experience an upsetting one.

The worse customer service ever specially the Manger Karen Wood unprofessional. I’ll never never shop there I’ll make sure my family friends will not go to this store

The clerk was not feeling well. Was our dress too casual?There are no greetings, phone calls, customer service, or responses from the store clerk.They just look cool to us.The same was true for the Chicago store.Alabama is normal.However, Louis Vuitton in Takashimaya, Japan is completely different. It was very kind.Is it national character?I do not expect anymore. I will never go again.

This place is nice the selection of bags is crazy. My wife stops in every time were in the mall. No budget items in this place $$$$$! Ive only made a couple purchases for my wife at this shop and they set a brotha back big time, but the smile on my wifes face was well worth it.!

THIS POST IS FOR THE LOUIE STORE INSIDE SAKS....NOT THE STAND ALONE STORE IN THE MALL!!Both my girls have a Louie and matching wallets, and I have always had my eye on one, but never could justify, always putting others before me. Finally at a point in my life, I truly can buy one without feeling guilty.So I Bought my 1st Louie from Raquel at Saks in Sommerset!Earlier I had visited the actual Louie Vuitton store in mall, after spending about an hour there, I felt the sale representative, Lori Lassner, was rushing me to make a purchase, so she could move onto the next customer, to make a commission.She did show me show me many purses, but throughout she made the comment most customers do their research online before hand....YES I did do my research beforehand, but the internet does not really show the true beauty of these purses.It was a Saturday, arrived around 10:15am, shortly after they opened and she kept making the comment, we are getting busy, etc... It then clicked that I did not need to rushed into this purchase, for her to just make a sale and me not be truly satisfied with my BIG purchase. Needless to say, I had to walk away to think about it.So I went next door to the Saks Louie to just see what they had, (smaller version of the actual store) and so glad i did!Immediately, the sales associate Raquel was so patient and truly listened to me and patiently took the time to share her expertise on the purses.She never once made me feel rushed and shared her thoughts and ideas. She was very professional and awesome to work with and I made my BIG purchase. (Purse & matching wallet)My daughter and I will be making an appointment with her after the busy holiday rush, to have our wallets monogrammed!If you want someone who is patient, kind and truly listens to your wants, without worrying about what her commission will be, visit Raquel at the Saks Louie. She will not disappoint.This will be y go to Louie store in the future

Ive purchased several bags in the past from Louis Vuitton. Ive only made one purchase that this store in particular, it was a damaged bag and the process of having it repaired was a nightmare. The customer care service is terrible. The few times I went in to get an update due to the fact they dont respond to calls or messages, I wouldnt even be acknowledge. I definitely dont recommend this location.

Helpful staff. Bought a backpack and a small wallet in this location. Mom also had her bag repaired, repair time took shorter than expected. Overall good experience so far.

For your Louis Vuitton needs, skip the other store and come here. The customer service is SO much better. I’ve never met a SA here that wasn’t super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Rude manager, but the young lady at the door was nice.

Very bad customer service. Ordered an item and they didn’t show received in there system but I got a call saying it came. Went there told hold is only 24 hrs. Manager is terrible and offered no resolve.

Had bought a pair of shoes for my husband over the holidays and they wore the wrong size instead of 8.5 they wore a size 7 and went to Exchange the size, sure enough we was over the 30 day return policy and they did not exchange them, I will not buy from there no more .
