I get my hybrid watch battery replaced here every year or so. Staff is always very nice and helpful.

I love this store. They always have the largest selections of 18mm watch bands in the colors Im looking for. It helps you want to make that little extra drive when the employees are so helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and orderly when we go in.

My boyfriend and I went to the mall yesterday in search of a watch for my birthday. We walked into Fossil and immediately were greeted by Laura and she told us all about the sale’s happening. She was so helpful and found me the perfect watch in about 5 minutes flat! She was able to show me all of the cool things my new watch can do and took the time to show me different color straps I could change to! I absolutely love my watch. Thank you Laura!

Really impressed with their customer service. Their watches are affordable and stylish. Im not someone who needs a $20k watch, nor do you need it with the fossil. People ask me all the time about watches Ive got from there. Any time Ive had an issue, their customer service has really pulled through, even going add far to completely replace the watch with no issues.

First off, I’m rough on my watches but I want a stylishly watch that is affordable, that’s why I purchased my first Fossil many years ago.Fast forward to a few months ago when the glass of the face was chipped. Fossil sent it in for repair for a reasonable cost.A few days ago I noticed condensation forming, no chips or cracks that I could see and took it in to Fossil. They looked at it and offered to send it in for repair or do a swap exchange! I exchanged my watch on the spot with no extra charge with a two year warranty!Thank you Fossil!

I went in not expecting to buy anything, but was curious about the smartwatches. Megan was so helpful and knowledgeable about the devices that I and my Wife bought one. I bought an extra band. I needed my watch resized and my wifes watch was defective deemed defective by fossil, but they easily exchanged it. Megan is always so polite and helpful. My metal band today was not fitting properly and Tracy replaced and sized it. This store has amazing customer service unseen many other places and I cannot recommend Fossil AND these people enough!

The day of my visit, there were at least 4 workers standing around doing nothing, but none of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. Only when I approached a couple of workers standing around chatting at the checkout counter, did one of them finally address me. I guess Fossil at Somerset must be doing so well that they can afford to ignore their customers. Please (re-)train your employees on customer service.

Best Store ever.On July 12, 2016, Fossil had a sale going on for q-founder watches. I was trying to buy watch online, but was out of stock. I called the nearest fossil store from Cleveland!! In the 100 mile radius, this was the only store where I found the watch was available. I contacted them and told them the product number, I wanted and paid by credit card over the phone for the watch. Tracey, was the name of the person working over there, she did a same day shipping of the watch and it was delivered to me the next day in morning.Had a best experience over the phone business. #Fossil and its employees indeed are best!!! Thanks for the superfast delivery of my watch and also taking order over the phone!! 👍🏻👍🏻😀😀😀👌🏻👌🏻P.S. I am a Cleveland, Ohio resident.

The staff is always super helpful here! They helped me get a cheaper price on a purse, they replaced one of my watch batteries and resized it, they emboss your products for free, and when I was there this week, they let me look at some of the brand new stock they just got in!
