Wow, I cant believe this place is real! I usually expect to be talked down to and have a sub-par experience when taking my car anywhere, but Steve and the team and Autoglo were just outstanding! Excellent service, I got an update via email at the end of every day so I knew how far along the work was coming, and Steve talked to me like a human and helped me make informed decisions. As a plus, they took excellent care of my car - even the inside was cleaner than when I brought it in, and the body work was great - looked better than the day I bought it. Highly recommend, Autoglo is by far the best car experience Ive ever had.

Steve was very accommodating, and he did a great job balancing being personable and professional.The service was finished quickly and and when my car was returned it was clean inside and out, and smelling good. I felt like I had a brand new car. I highly recommend Autoglo.

These guys are the best. Seriously. The absolute best! For some reason my car is an accident magnet. People keep running into me, and I keep taking my car to Autoglo because they make it look brand new every time. They are fast, great at communicating, do a fantastic job, and I wont take my car anywhere else. Ted is an extremely personable guy and I can tell he really takes pride in his work and helping customers. Steve is great too, and also super helpful.Best part - these guys are truly HONEST!! The pins for my trucks tail gate broke. They told me The parts were only a few dollars and could be changed with 3 bolts by someone reasonably handy. This company has earned Any and all future bodywork I will ever do. They were up front with me, helpful and saved me a lot of money.They are the real deal when it comes to caring about the customer.

You need to make sure Autoglo is include as an option on your insurance. Second time (first windshield replacement, second car accident) I have to use them and no doubt Ill use one more time if I have to!! If you want to make every step on your car repair as smooth and possible go talk with Ted and Steven. Theres no way you cant do an arrangement with these guys. Pick-up and drop off from Enterprise once you drop your car, daily update on car status, they work directly with the insurance so you dont have to worried about. Again, is so easy with them that you would not feel that typical stress with other shops. Super recommended!

Ted and Steve are an incredible team! They repaired my 2016 Nissan quickly from my run-in with the concrete stand at Kroger. I highly recommend their work. Their PDR guy magically “erased” a major dent and some repeated front driver’s door dings. I cannot say enough great things about the company and their service!

I used Autoglo this month to repair and rebuild the driver side door jam of my car that tangled with a drive thru baluster. They did a fabulous job. As good as new and Im pleased. It took a bit longer than they originally said it would, but they made up for the delay with good communications and a great job.

Always Professional. I dont know why the other poster was not happy. I had my BMW X5 and my Audi A4 done here. Each time blending paint and matching panels (so you cant tell whats painted and whats not). Sometimes they need a little more time but, you cant rush perfection. :)

I cannot say enough good things about Autoglo and the owner, Ted and his employee Steve (whos Long Island accent is endearing) who communicated with me about my car. I took my car there after some guy hit me and did damage to the front of my car. It was the other guys fault and his insurance was USAA. USAA recommended a few shops but the rest were chains and I really try to support local businesses/mom and pop shops. Small businesses are the backbone of communities-they are the ones that support sports teams and school fundraisers. Im a mom of 3 kids with an insane schedule and Autoglo made the whole transaction as seamless as possible during a pandemic no less. They have an arrangement with Enterprise which made my getting a rental seamless too. Anyway-it was so frustrating that some guy wasnt paying attention and hit my car but Autoglo made a bad situation as good as it could be.

Auto Glo is the best. Ted and his team always take great care of my car and of me. Their work is impeccable and their rates are reasonable.

Had to drop off my car for a repair after it was backed into. They did a great job repairing and repainting the damage, also had it ready for me way quicker than I was expecting. They detailed my car for me before I picked it up as well and it looks better than it did when I bought the car.

AutoGlo fixed my 09 Buick after a front-end accident. Paint work was exceptional,; they blended new paint and my original paint so well you cant see the difference. The paint is spectacular.Panel gaps are every good.They worked very efficiently with my insurance company to get it fixed quickly. Very thorough and kept me informed of the progress of the work.Highly recommended

Why five stars? Courtesy, professionalism, expertise... Reasonable pricing... They even surprised me by detailing my entire car so the whole thing shined even though they repaired only one door. I had a badly dented door on my 9-year old Subaru, but now it looks like new! Highly recommended.

This place is awesome. I drove in to get a quote for body work on my car in desperation because my situation was very unique. The owner Ted was very confident that they could help me and they did! He was able to fix my car to where no body work needed to be done nor did the car have to be painted. I am thrilled! These guys are geniuses!!

Super professional and awesome work! My husband and I decided to remove some of the full-vehicle vinyl wrap off my 2008 SUV; and, unfortunately a lot of vinyl adhesive remained. I wanted the wrap to remain on my front and rear bumpers. I needed the adhesive removed on the other parts of my vehicle without damaging the wrap left on the bumpers. I took it to two shops that told me they could not guarantee the chemicals they used to not damage the remaining wrap.At Autoglo, Dave gave me an estimate and walked me through the steps for taking car of my car. He also asked when do I want to drop it off and pick it up. What great customer service to work on my schedule! I was blown away when I picked-up my SUV. Mauro, did a superb job detailing my car. The adhesive was gone and you could rub your hand across the shiny hood and it was so smooth and clean. The wheels glowed and I glowed! Dave went beyond the call of duty and even replaced my Ford emblem on my grill; as the old one looked grungy. The detailing both inside and outside of my car was first rate.Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend this shop and can’t say enough about their attention to detail, exemplary customer service, and downright nice folks!

An amazing body & restoration shop.After doing an incredible detail for me a few months ago, someone backed into my BMW at Trader Joes near the Highlands. State Farm specd reconditioned parts, but Autoglo hung tough for a new part. They expertly painted and installed. Rear of car looks better than brand new.I HIGHLY recommendFIVE STARS!!!!!
