Amazing service with an amazing staff. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They serviced my vehicle and kept me posted on the progress throughout from start to finish. I definitely want to tell others how great they are. Professional and friendly service.
My husband and I went in right as they were closing with a tire steady going flat! We were in town from Louisiana and headed home early the next morning. Mr. Howard Snell-Blanchard was AMAZING! Not only did he stay late to help fix our tire, he did it with a smile the entire time. He was so glad to help us and send us home on a good tire. They also had us out within about 15 minutes. I drive Lyft so when I saw my tire light was on and wanted to resolve it immediately especially with this cold weather. There were about 6+ employees outside, some were actively working on cars and the others were just walking around. Every single employees just looked passed me. Even when I got out and went inside there was no one available to spend 1-3 mins putting air in my tires or even a few seconds to greet me. That’s ABSURD!! Will never come back! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I strongly advice everyone to steer away from this store. They charge way too much for service comparable to nearby Good Year location. I called to ask them about timing belt and water pump replace-just the labor- and they quoted me $1700. I then called 2 more nearby locations, including another Good Year store and their price including parts were less than $1100.
These guys have addressed two different tire issues for me. I drive for work so its pretty important that I get back on the road expeditiously and that has been my experience here. They are professional, courteous and thorough. As I have not been able to just drop off my vehicle for logistical reasons, it has been helpful that their waiting area is peaceful and pleasant.

Our car broke down on the way out of town for spring break. We limped into the store and they took a look at the issue ASAP. Fixed the vehicle at a fair price, and got us back on the road. The guys working the front desk couldnt have been nicer to us and our gaggle of kids milling about too. Great customer service. Highly recommend this Goodyear store!
I have taken my cars there for basic minor repairs for years and because I have a Toyota it’s only ever been tires and brakes- the basics. I asked them to do a transmission service and they did. Sounds good right? WRONG. They did a complete flush and it ruined the transmission which is now slipping and I am facing thousands of dollars to repair or replace. They SHOULD have told me not to or only drained the pan and replace fluid. Nothing more. Who I thought was my trusted partner in car care to keep me on the road so I can get to work let me down and damaged the Goodyear brand. Everyone I have spoken to after fact knew not to flush that transmission so why didn’t they know that? I know the answer but I will leave arriving at the obvious to you. Beware.

They performed wheel alignment - I found something wrong. Car did not go straight. - came back to this shop - they said re-work on my car - still something wrong - I went to other local mechanic - they found all wheel alignment gone wrong. Local mechanic said this shop did not use proper equipment for wheel alignment. I usually drive on highway. It could be very dangerous situation but I think this service center do not care google review. So, I strongly recommend do not use this shop if you care about your safety.
I strongly recommend that you do not give this place your business. My company uses this place for basic maintenance on our work trucks. So I decided to take my car in for an oil change. When picking the car up I noticed there was grease all over the drivers side of the car along with a scratch on the passengers door on the drivers side. I brought this to the managers attention, not looking for any kind of compensation but just an explanation on what happened. All I received was denials and reasonings on how it could not happened. I ended up leaving because I wasnt going to make a big fuss about it. But due to the carelessness, the unwillingness to accept responsibility for their mishap and lack of professionalism of this place, I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. If they was in complete denial over a small scratch, I hate to see how they would have reacted if they messed up a major repair.

Id used this location for almost 20 years for oil changes, brakes and tires. In December, bought new tires and front end alignment. A few weeks later, I had loud noises coming from the front end. I stopped by on Saturday and was told, Sorry, were too busy today. Bring it in during the week. I returned first thing Monday morning. This time I was told, That mechanic is not in today. Come back another day. Because the noise kept getting louder, I took it to a tire shop on Main Street, Tucker. They got me in right away and repaired the problem. I wont be back to this Goodyear again.

I came to this location to get 4 new tires installed. Service was impeccably slow. I arrived around 12 and at 3 pm the car was still not finished. When I told them about my concerns they had many excuses. I left around 3:30 and I had to return because they forgot to put my spare tire in my car. Would not recommend this location & I will NEVER be back!!!!!
Came in with my own tires at 2:30 for a 3 oclock appointment to switch out my tires. You charge 15 dollars more than most places to change and balance but figured you would stand behind your work. It took until 4:00 for them to pull my truck in a full hour after my appointment. Now the tech has stopped working on my tires to help another customer with her tires that just pulled in from the street without an appointment. We are now pushing 1 and half hours to balance and put the new tires back on. This is uncalled for. Not once has anyone in the 3 hours I have been waiting to explain what is taking so long. I switch my tires out depending on where my crew is working and NEVER has it taken more than a hour to swap them out. I can guarantee this location one thing, it will be the last time me or one of my service trucks come here for any work. I understand holdups and problems during a job but to stop working on a customers truck after waiting hours to help another customer is not only piss poor customer service but a good reason to never come back. Its very easy to tell customers that just show up that they need an appointment or have to wait just like everyone else. Last time I come here for sure!!!!!
I called today to see if they had 4 Lemans tires, they didnt have them in store however they ordered them same day and made sure to call me when they received them. I got the tires same day and am very happy with my purchase. The service was great from the beginning till the end! Thank you for great service and Ill be back again.

Wish I could recommend this place. They fixed my van (ignition coil and oil change) so that I could drive to cruise port in Florida that evening for family vacation. Unfortunately, a few days after getting home my engine starts smoking. I got it home and saw that all the oil had leaked out from oil filter. My brother removed the filter easily by hand and did an oil change for me. The reason I thought to check the filter was because of another customer that was at the shop that day. She left, and came back 5 minutes later because the guy hadnt tightened the lug nuts on the tires and almost came off.
These guys always come thru for me. Had a nail in my tire!!! In and out in no time!

Justin and Darryl were excellent. I called early this morning to get tires for my car. I spoke with Justin who let me know that he would have to get the tires and I would be able to be seen at noon. I arrived before noon and spoke with Darryl who got me check in and taken care of. After, I went to lunch with a friend to pass the time and got a phone call from Darryl as soon as my car was ready. They definitely offer excellent service here and made me feel as though I was taken care of.
Stopped by for some air in my tires. The man was very thorough and saved me from having a flat tire later by thoroughly examining all my tires. Thanks!

Tom and Howard are rock stars! I bought a set of Goodyear tires from another shop 8 months ago. One developed cracks and seemed defective. The crew here replaced it with no questions asked--no charge. That kind of service is remarkable. Well be back when the next set of tires is due.
Ive personally been here twice and have been extremely impressed with their service. Unlike pretty much all the other franchise mechanics, this place does not do unnecessary repairs or scare you into work thats not needed. Highly recommend.

Dropped my car off at 9 this morning. Needed several things done and they said they would have it in right way. Called at 12:45 and was told they have yet to bring the car in. Was told that they had someone else ahead of me and it would be a few more hours until they have time to get to mine. Why didn’t they say that at the start?!?!? The staff here has no respect for other people’s time.

******Edit: hubcaps were replaced, received apology call and situation was handled professionally and immediately.I appreciated the way it was resolved and have revised my original rating.Will likely be back.*******I got an oil change and tire rotation done today and upon receiving my vehicle back, one of the hubcaps was missing.The manager went into the shop and couldnt find it so he told me to buy one and bring the receipt back for reimbursement.Is this policy or did I just get swindled by the manager?I also noticed that all of thr items in my glove box, door pocket, and middle console had been rearranged. The manager explained that the tech had to remove the glove box to get to the air filter, which is understandable.....However. What about the rest of the car that was out of sorts?The manager told me the tech must have slammed the door and everything came out, and that when the tech adjusted his seat everything in the console had probably come out... impossible because the middle console is too deep. Someone had to have reached in to pull things out.What exactly am I supposed to do here?I have sunglasses missing and a hubcap missing. I have a Goodyear manager that just says things to explain away any wrongdoing (even if impossible) and only his word that I get anything replaced.My first two experiences here were ideal. Thats why I came back. But a shop that takes no responsibility for its employees actions and just brushes off a repeat customer with legitimate concerns about his service is NOT a shop I would return to or every recommend.Careless, but take responsibility.
I am a frequent customer as I am a delivery driver. Yesterday, however, I was not pleased with my visit. I made an appointment online to have a oil change done and wait for my car. When I arrived, I was told it would take 4 hours. I would have appreciated if I would have received a call beforehand as they could see on the system I chose to wait on my car. Because of my loyalty, I chose to drop off my vehicle instead of going elsewhere to get quick service. I was not given a call in 4 hours and had to call to check in after 5.5 hours. When I picked up my car, I noticed the tire rotation I have requested was not done. I know this because I put blue mark indications and all the tires were in the same place. When I bought this to Darrels attention, without inquiring with the technician, told me it was done and if it was not it probably did not need it. I was very unsatisfied with the inconvenience
I took my car to this goodyear to have a tuneup done on my car, a friend recommended me to take my car here. well i took it while i was on break and left it there, the i was called in a timely matter i was surprise. when on my break to pay and pick up my car, when i got back to work as i look down and saw my hood release handing. I am very very upset, it was not like this when i took it there and i want answer, I WILL BE TAKING MY CAR BACK, I AM HOT MAD
I went in trying to get a oil change. First time, told that he didnt have the staff. Second time, no one came to wait on me. I know they saw me. I stood there about 15 mins then walked out to the work area. Still no one asked me did I need help. Third time, was cut off at the door rudely the guy said, you are going to have to come earlier for an oil change. I asked about what time and he said earlier than 6:30. He knew I had been there before. I guess I will go shopping this weekend for an oil change. I bought a set of tires a month ago and the desk guy was friendly. Told me they would do an oil change for $17. When I asked this guy, he smartly said, Has we ever told you a lie? He could have went over the price again showing good customer service but he chose not too.
We had a nail stuck in our tire and quickly came here after the car notified us of low air pressure. The tire was brand new, barely 3 weeks old, and they said it was beyond repairing and insisted that we buy a new one from them. It wasnt nearly that damaged, and it could have been fixed. The only reason they got my business is because I didnt want to drive over 50 miles on a damaged tire to my normal mom & pop auto shop. Oh, and on top of all that they left a wet towel in the trunk and it molded.
Great shop. Turnaround is pretty decent too. I usually take company vehicles to these guys.

Pros: Everyone who interacted with me here was nice enough. I think/hope they performed the services they said they did on my car.Cons: See belowWent here recently for the first time for the complimentary 29 point inspection, A/C and transmission fluid service. I was told that I needed a new cabin air filter, but I had just had it replaced with an oil change two months earlier at a different place and so declined, thinking Id better check and make sure the other place actually changed it. The tech who recommended the replacement said it was very dirty. I had never pulled it out myself before but quickly figured out how (and will never pay $40 for someone else to change it again!). The cabin air filter looked practically new, except that the filter was not placed correctly in the plastic frame and was instead bunched up inside it. I found that strange, but fixed it up and put it back in.Thinking that perhaps the tech had meant to say that my engine air filter needed replacement, I opened up the hood and located that filter as well (also never paying money for someone else to replace that! So easy!). To my dismay, the first thing I noticed when I opened up the hood was that the lid for my windshield washer fluid was not closed. It was just hanging there by the plastic cord. Secondly, three out of four of the metal clips that hold the top of the engine air filter box in place were unclipped. Both of these things are items that would have been last touched by Goodyear service personnel.Now, I cant say whether these issues were due to negligence, incompetence, or outright mischievous intent, but suffice to say that I will not be returning to this place to find out which of those it is!

Terrible service and did not complete advertised service. Although I made an appointment for an oil change, it took them nearly three hours to complete. I am now sitting at the dealership getting my car fixed because they did not bother to replace screws and now car is scraping. It was just overall poor experience that I’m continuing to deal with for a simple oil change

I am extremely pleased by the care taken to correct the issues on my truck. I got an alignment at another service center. Afterwards, my truck would still pull to the right at speed, so I took it back for them to correct it. They said it was radial pull (my tires) and within specs, even though it pulled with the old tires and the new tires in the same 3 day window. Though they could not justify the explanation, they refused to align my truck, which made their guarantee worthless. I then came to this center, and Justin corrected the problem by addressing the issues neglected by the other shop.Competence and integrity are a must when taking your vehicle in for service, and you will find that here.
Every time I have had to bring either my vehicle or my moms vehicle in for service, I am treated with such great respect and courtesy by all the employees. They go above and beyond to find me deals and lowest prices out there.I am a now a loyal customer as long as I remain in Georgia.

Went in needing a tire patched. Was a free job and they quoted 2-3 hrs. Got a call back an hour and a half later, and was told there was side-wall damage. Returned to the original folks I purchased the tire from, and I watched as they took the tire off, ran it through soapy water, and showed me where there was a nail in the tire. I couldnt say whether this Goodyear has incompetent employees, but I do not trust them. They also managed to lose a lug nut from a wheel that they werent even supposed to be working on. I do not recommend this shop. Full of a bunch of crooks. Either crooks, or incompetent techs.
HORRIBLE Company. Theyre all about profits! My youngest sister who doesnt know anything about cars went to have her tire patched. But instead they tried to convince her that she needed to replace 3 of her almost new tires. Luckily she called me for advice. I obviously told her not to do so. All she needed was a $20 and they were about to up-sell her to around $500. They are horrible people to try and take advantage of a little girl who clearly doesnt know anything about cars.This is the 2nd suspicious behavior by this shop.DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Came to get a tire patched was told it would only be 30 mins as I had to get back to work. Now 2 hrs later they are just now getting to it. After I asked how much longer they said they were putting my tire back on...30 mins later i ask how much longer and they say they are just now patching it. Be honest with your customers. Kinda shady when you lie about simple things
I have taken several work vehicles here (not by choice, but by preference from the owners of the company I work for). They are extremely overpriced and do not complete the job. They will simply read the codes and not attempt to look at anything more. They will do the bare minimum and only focus on what will bring them in big money. They are not concerned about taking care of your vehicle to get longevity. I have had to take three different vehicles to other mechanics to fix their work, or lack there of. I will no longer be taking any more company vehicles to this place of business.

I went today to get a alignment on my 2015 Kia Soul, I havent even reached 80,000 miles on my vehicle, The service at this place was cool they did good, but It was about my documents that I was pissed off about, Something told me to look at my receipt it had by mileage that I bought it in at 95,000, immediately call back And I asked a gentleman can he print me out a correct receipt with the correct mileage, He told me know he was unable to do That, I just strongly suggest that you double check your documents customers and #goodyear make sure your employees double check what theyre putting in the system. These people are FRAUDS. Do not get your tires done here. I bought a tire here and after having it for a few weeks, it started to lose air at an unbelievable rate. When i brought it back to be replaced, they said there was nothing wrong with it and tried to charge me for a new tire, which makes no sense. Daryl, the sales guy, was very rude and argumentative. Constantly interrupting me, yelling and walking away from me when I did get a word in. All I wanted was a good tire but instead received a faulty tire with terrible customer service.

Absolute crooks, avoid like the plague! We were in Atlanta from out-of-town, our car wouldnt start. I bought a battery and put it in myself, still wouldnt crank, thatd be the starter. But Darryl, whos been written up in bad reviews here before, wanted to put in an alternator, he even got pissy at me when I declined, wouldnt talk to me when I came into the shop, like I had slighted him because I knew he was full of BS, like its a racket, they need to make you pay more. It did not need one, so this dealership damaged the alternator to make extra bucks. I know because the alternator was relatively new and, secondly, I had run complete system check on it prior to the trip and it was putting out a steady current, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this alternator when I went in, suddenly it wasnt operating correctly when I went to pick it up, so suddenly I needed a new alternator for nearly $400 that I didnt need before. They play the whole thing as a con, and theyre all in on it, especially Darryl. Beware! Do not go here. Ask yourself before you choose to go to this group of thieves, do you want a group of liars damaging your car and milking you for money you do not need to spend? Do you? If you like throwing away money, by all means, go here, but if you want honest mechanics that wont break stuff on your car then charge you for it, dont walk from this place, run!

I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation and also asked them to check out a problem starting the car.First the invoice.Oil change and rotation was $24. Great deal.Simply looking for unknown starting issue was $94.Now for the estimate$130 for new battery, for which they claim theyre not charging for labor. Meanwhile, new batteries at just about any run of the mill auto parts store are easily under $100. Essentially theyre charging for labor and pretending youre getting a deal.$84.95 for power steering fluid exchange service that the car didnt need. Ridiculous. Will handle myself when actually necessary, thanks.$99.95 for brake fluid exchange service that the car didnt need. See response to power steering fluid exchange.$550 to uninstall and reseal oil pan that is not leaking.$318.54 PER SIDE to install rear shocks that dont need to be replaced yet. I should have seen the dollar signs in the guys eyeballs.$115.65 to replace cracked serpentine belt. This actually needed to be done, but they quoted $68.65 for parts and $47 for labor. The part costs less than $30 in reality.Ultimately, they quoted me upwards of $1700 in repairs that were either not needed or WAY overpriced. To add insult to injury, after lecturing me about everything that was wrong with my car, they forgot to put one of the lug nuts on. Its partly my fault for noticing until several weeks after, but Im not the one who is paid to fix cars. So much for the great deal on tire rotation.

It took them FOREVER to change my tires. I was quoted a time of an hr and a half. I’ve been here almost 3 and a half hours. I won’t be back.
