I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these clowns to no one.I brought my Bmw in for repairs;they scam me out of $1800. They had my car for a whole week.I was notified my car was ready;I went to pick my car up it was SHAKING like a STRIPPER!!! I REPEAT DON’T let this shop work on your vehicle,It will end up in the SALVAGE YARD.These guys shouldn’t be mechanic’s,they should work for the SANITATION DEPARTMENT……They GARBAGE!!!

Horrible service! Exorbitant prices and sub par work. Keeps your vehicle for 6 or 7 hours before they call and give you an outrageous repair cost. My car is always in worst shape when it comes out than when it went in for service. The worst. If I could give them a negative star I would.

Well its general understanding that MVP does great work with German autos. They also do fantastic pricing on the parts. We recently checked the prices that they offered on parts against the manufacturer and MVP was very generous. MVP is conveniently located in Tucker off of Mountain Industrial Road and Hugh Howell Road. I recommend their ability to get the job done.

I have been coming to MVP German Auto Repair for 8 years. There have been occasions where I brought my car in for major work, but they determined it was not what I thought it was. It was several minor issues causing the trouble and they saved me money. They are very honest, professional, their work is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Ive been to MULTIPLE shops concerning any issues with my Audi Convertible and this shop is the only one that will have my business for life. Regardless of what other car I may get down the line. It didnt take long before they found me a new engine, installed it, test drove it, and fixed whatever other issued that came from having a bad engine. All for the absolute BEST price. I was referred by a coworker who has been going here for years--I have always received excellent and appropriate service on two of my BMWs--always at a reasonable price. They are not close but I keep driving out here because they do a nice job consistently.While I dont have direct knowledge of any of the complaints on here, I have no idea what these people are talking about. Several people I sent here have received great work on their cars--with wonderful customer service.I recommend them highly and will continue to refer friends/colleagues.

The Service was great. I have a 6 series and the guys were great. I had my coffee and sat outside relaxed. I watched some ESPN and car was ready. They will be my new spot to go when I take the 6 back. Go see Dennis at the front he will take care of you.

Did work I did not request. Somehow they caused the car to shake uncontrollably at highway speeds and then hung up on me when I tried to get them to fix it. I did not recognize anyone there. Might be new and very bad management

My Audi Q5 wouldn’t start up 6/21/2020 I seen mvp reviews so I decided to give them a call. They told me to bring the car in I asked them if they had a specific tow company they use they told me they have a guy who sits up there all day just for these types of situations. I decided to get the car towed over to mvp 6/22/2020 the same day they told me the starter was gone and my engine still turns over the cost of the repair plus the towing fees would be 1,120, to me that was great news I told them to go ahead and work on my vehicle. 6/22/2020 I received a call that the work was finished on my Audi. So I went to mvp office and paid what I owed 1,120 all to hear that the turbo Is leaking oil from the exhaust and to hear that I would need a brand new engine for my car to be able to drive. One of the owners Tom if I’m not mistaken took me to the back to see my car to see that my car was smoking from the engine which is something I never seen before on my vehicle. Tom seemed to be a honest guy but My biggest issue with them is they didn’t seem to care after they got my money. They got 1,120 out of me for a vehicle I couldn’t drive home. The saddest part about this horror story is I asked the guy at the desk how can mvp help get my vehicle home. He responded you would have to get it towed. So I called an outside company to tow my car home the next day only to see that my vehicle wasn’t completely put back together. I usually don’t leave reviews only time I ever did is when I received great service I just feel these was a few ways they could have helped me In this situation.

New to area, looking for BMW mechanic to install and register a battery for my Z-4. Based on reviews, I called MVP German Auto and Dennis scheduled me for the same day. In and out in little over an hour for 3/4 the price the dealer wanted. Dennis, staff very helpful and pleasant. Very comfortable waiting area. Will definitely go back to MVP.

MVP has helped me so much. Ive only been going there for a few months. My former mechanic gave me a bogus diagnostic regarding my power steering. I almost went for it but I decided to get a second opinion. Im so glad I did this because they provided me with an honest diagnostic, which was thousand of dollars cheaper. I will recommend MVP to everyone if they want an HONEST service shop!.

Mercedes owner for 36 years and the service team here harkins back to the days when you were treated with kid gloves (unlike the cattle call at MB dealerships today). Service Mgr Dennis is an amazing car guy! This means you can explain whats going on and he listens carefully. In nearly EVERY instance he knows what needs to be fixed. Diagnostics confirm him! Pleasant waiting area with complimentary coffee make wait a breeze. The courtesy shuttle driver Mr Chris continues with the 1st class experience (he opens the door for guests).The mechanics are available to speak with you on a as needed basis. Great Team!

The work that was done on my vehicle was 100% to my satisfaction. My service rep, John, explained everything that needed to be done on my vehicle prior to the work being done, and once it was complete, showed me all that was done on my vehicle. The price for the work was also satisfactory, but more importantly, I did not have to wait days to get my vehicle serviced. I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning and got it back in the early afternoon.

Prior to finding them in Tucker, I tried shops from from Decatur to Snellville, and always had that uneasy feeling my car was being held hostage for ransom, wondering when I might see it again. All that went away when I found MVP. In my experience they have the expertise to diagnose any problem with my car and will give me a fair price for repairs.I was driving through Tucker recently at 5:30 during a Friday afternoon rainstorm on my way to 78 headed for an appointment in Monroe. I was experiencing the engine wanting to shut off when moving slowly in traffic or at traffic lights. I turned into the shop on Hugh Howell on the outside chance they might still be open, could look at my car the next day and give me a ride home. Not only were they open, they checked the car right then. The owner was able to make adjustments that got me back on the road again and to Monroe safely, and only 15 minutes late. This is the standard they expect of themselves. I would recommend them to my friends, family and anyone who can get their car to MVP German Auto at their location in Tucker.

MVP was my only mechanic when I lived in the Stone Mountain area. They knew my car and my name anytime I called up needing service or some advice on how to best take care of my car problems. Having moved away last year, I called them up today to ask for records of my vehicles repairs to help with a insurance claim adjuster. They knew right away all of my information, including what repairs had been done and when. They never fail to impress!MVP always treated me fairly and I never felt talked down to, which meant a lot to me. Their staff is extremely professional. Having only the one vehicle, anytime I needed a pickup or drop-off while my car was in the shop they were right there with friendly and professional staff to help me get to and from the office on time. MVP is the first mechanic I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you need an expert in foreign auto repair.

My experience withDennis, Was one of the best ever going to a mechanic. They were top notch in their customer service and also the shuttle service was also great. This will be my go to shop for my BMW. They take their time to figure out the problem and if it happens to be one after they have completed a task no charge, who else does that.

My car broke down friday night. John had it fixed by Saturday morning and unfortunately I was not able to meet up with him before he was closing shop for the day. He was so nice he met with me a few hours after he closed up shop so I could pay and take my car. Now that is customer service!

Well if you want skilled mechanics that know German cars at a fair and reasonable price for service, what are you waiting for? Make an appointment today. I was not paid or rewarded in anyway to say this. They kept my old BMW 635 csi in great shape until I sold it. I have over 250,000 miles on my my 2004 Passat Station wagon and its still going strong except air Conditioning which I have chose to do without because it is a secondary car. I dont see them much anymore because I have a new Audi. The owner and staff are super nice folks! Miss you guys..

Not sure if I want to go back here. They havent done right by me so far. I did not decline any recommended repairs. The shop never contacted me with the follow up information as to the cost of repairing my roof. No diagnosis fee of $149 should have been charged because I came in the that one and only question, but it was at my objection to the charge that it was then said that it would be waived and that I would be contacted once the cost of the parts were determined. I never received a call and I was just asked by about my visit online when I gave my review. If your shop follow up with me on this matter I am more than willing to update my review.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience, so much so that I am posting a review (something I hardly do)! I have a 2004 VW Passat which had a check engine light that kept coming on. Three other shops had looked at the problem and could not resolve it. I should have went to MVP first!When arrived in the morning, Dennis was very friendly and welcoming. One of the first things he asked was if I needed a ride. I was surpised that he volunteered this service without me asking, and I didnt think I lived close enough to get a courtesy ride home, but they accommodated me easily. Throughout all my interactions, I could tell that Dennis and John were not only very knowledgeable, but also demonstrated empathy and understanding for me needing to pass my emissions test before my deadline expired, and went above and beyond to make it happen. In my opinion, the customer service in all aspects at MVP at all really stood out compared to the level received in most establishments. I felt like a friend or family!I am happy to say four months after bringing my car in, the check engine light has not come back on. I would recommend MVP in a heartbeat!

These people are a waste of time. On May 16, 2019 at 5:11pm my car was dropped off here. It been over two weeks and my car only moved from spot to spot until I got fed up. I got informed my cylinder head needed to be check before i can denied it, the shop already shipped it somewhere in Georgia. Im disappointed that my car is not finished and my part is still on vacation WITHOUT MY SIGN OR VERBAL AUTHORIZATION. I PURCHASED EVERY part the shop recommended FOR MY CAR AND WAS OPEN TO PAY WHATEVER FOR IT TO GET FIXED. THE OWNER IS RACIST AND HE CALLED ME outside of my NAMES WHICH I RECORDED THE CALL. BE CAUTIOUS with this SHOP.I wish i can upload recordings and phone records. Because this shop is 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍

These guys are the worst of the worst. They will break things and not take responsibility. 4-5 months I dealt with them ATTEMPTING to fix my Porsche. They deleted codes off of my computer causing my automatic rain sensored windshield wipers to stop working, my handless ability to to make calls no longer works, the fuel saver mode no longer works,whatever body shop they deal with a joke as well. They broke things in my vehicle and left it FILTHY with oily hand smudges in my vehicle and muddy oil prints from what appeared to be work boots on my brand new Cayenne floor mats !!! When I showed it to the individual whom works at the front desk, I was told he would get ME something to clean it with(If you could see the look on my face right now). I could go on and on. I thought these guys The insurance company paid them to do a job and they didnt do it and want me to take responsibility for the work that was not completed. I will NEVER return to this place. My vehicle is now in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. This place is a joke. They will smile in your face while cunning you. I would give zero stars but they make you pick 1 to post.

MVP German Auto Specialist is the absolute best auto mechanic I have ever encountered. Major kudos to DENNIS for handling several serious mechanical issues for me and ensuring some complicated dent repairs were handled correctly, and kudos to C.J., the BMW certified mechanic who worked on my car. C.J. spent 30 minutes on the phone with me sharing his extensive knowledge of my make/model car and explaining what may or may not need to be done to get the car back up to speed. Dennis is a rock star who went out of his way to ensure everything was handled to my satisfaction. He kept me in the loop from beginning to end and told me he honors his customers which is an understatement! He and C.J. are the very definition of professionalism and very, very honest and thorough. All of the work was done to perfection and the prices were very reasonable. They even provided shuttle service (depends on where you live) and this just adds to the 5 star experience. I would have given them 10 stars if it had been possible. Thank you again MVP! You guys are the best!

These guys are rip off artist. They specialize in charging for unnecessary diagnostics and replacing unnecessary parts to pad your repairs. Stay away from this place or it will cost you. I have filed a claim with the better business bureau to get satisfaction.

Id give them zero if I could. A three-day job took 12; they charged me an enormous amount; they used a third-party body shop who are unethical and incompetent, CN Auto Body Shop; they returned my car filthy and broken (they broke the mechanism in the door which locks it, either manually or with the fob); after they tried to outrageously pin the damage they did whilst working on my car on me; they finally repaired the car after having to take it back to them several times; then they put a large scratch where they were doing the work. At this juncture, I was finished with MVP. After I gave them a most deservedly poor review, MVP CONTACTS ME, in what I thought was an attempt to make it right. Rather, it was a ruse to debunk me. Bill, who is the alleged owner, called me and left a message. I returned his call and he asked me what was the matter. After I told him, he characterized and criticized me as taking too long to explain and was extremely hostile and nasty to me. He claimed in all his years of repairing cars, that, in his view, the damage existed before I brought the car in. In essence, calling me a liar. Dennis, who works in the office had me, again, bring in the car, and he took pics. Bill told me during our convo that Dennis claimed the damage was pre-existing, in essence, calling me a liar. Yet Dennis never mentioned he saw the damage when I first brought in the car for them to repair it in the first place. Thats because it didnt exist at that time. It was damaged after the unethical and incompetent body shop damaged it. These people are the worst. Bill was very defensive and hostile, claiming they do great work and more than implying I was the problem. He also told me that things happen, as in a 3-day job can take over 12 days. I had to pay out-of-pocket for a rental car and Uber for those 12 days, but evidently to Bill things happen. Bill now wants me to bring in my car AGAIN for him to take a look at it, even though Dennis looked at it and took pictures. Because of Bills hostility, Dennis attempt to debunk me and the entire nightmare of my experience with MVP, naturally Im highly reluctant to bring my car back to them for the umpteenth time. Maybe if my car was a Mercedes or Porche, theyd treat me differently, IDK. If they treated all their customers the way theyve treated me, theres no way theyd be in business. Grade F.

It’s been a month to try to get a quote to fix my BMW.We’ve been a customer for years.Two phone calls later and NO ONE, including the owners, have called me back.So pathetic.Very unprofessional and unresponsive.I would definitely not recommend them and strongly suggest anyone who thinks about using this joke of a repair facility look elsewhere.
