I went in for an issue. They fixed other issues and showed me what the were. They charged no extra and provided the service a day earlier than anticipated anticipated. I will go no where else now.

Ive trusted Ken as my mechanic for all our vehicles for over 5 years now, primarily because they do good work at his shop and you can trust him to not perform needless work. He doesnt try to be the cheapest option, as he avoids using cheap parts that he thinks wont last. But his prices are very competitive, and you can trust him. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough great things about Ken, his crew, and this business. I have been taking my old (23 years) truck to Ken for jobs to big or too involved for me over the years. Every time H&M has been incredible. The work, while extensive, is always done in the time frame estimated and at a vary fair price. I believe Jay, specifically, has done most of the work on my vehicle and he has always gone above and beyond, even if it means cleaning or repairing something not originally planned.These guys are great, and if my positive review brings them more business and in turn slows down my repair time, well they are worth it and deserve it and will continue to receive my business.

I was referred to H&M by a friend and they took excellent care of me. They got me in right away and found I needed to go to the dealership to have it fixed right & under warranty. They were honest and respectful of my time and money - something I’ve found very hard to come by in a mechanic. I dealt with Ken directly and he is the best! I won’t go anywhere else for my car now.

Ken is Great, They are Honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable. If they get an odd foreign car that dont regularly work on they will tell you up front, Most shops will just take your money and attempt to repair an unknown Model...

Honest, dependable mechanic. He pointed out shortcuts that Firestone had made on our car. He also did things like replacing a headlight for free. Only charged us for the actual light. And he cut the price down as much as possible.Great mechanic!

Long story short I took my truck to AAA down the road. After five days they had no idea what was wrong with it and were offering to charge me $1200 to replace my fuel pump. Needless to say I took my truck to H&M and within a day they diagnosed it fixed it for $340. Definitely go here.

Yep. One star. I took my Saab there today around 8:40. I was abruptly dismissed even before I told him what I wanted. He said we don’t work on Saab’s they are a different kind of beast. After I explained that it was just my windshield washer sprayer wasn’t working. He said well we are slammed and I’m a man down. He walked into his office and never looked back. I have had work done on my Avalon there and was pleased. But today I have to base my opinion purely on customer service.

TLDR: I would use them again.I have mixed feelings. Service was great, prices were ok. I think I was treated fairly but I ended up having to get 3 parts fixed before they identified the correct issue, which sucks. All in all the parts were worn that got replaced, but not the ultimate culpri. So I ended up paying more in the long run than what was originally planned.

I havent even received service from them yet but I already love their customer service.

My almost-classic car has been running terribly for the last three years. H & M Auto gave it a good going over and fixed the high RPM problem, among other things, where others who have tried could not. The price was reasonable too.
