It is rare that I write a review. However, after exceptional service from both Pharmacist John Lieu and technician Elisabet, I had to share a comment. My Mom and I were there for our COVID-19 shots and pretty nervous about the ordeal (have you seen the size on the needles on TV!!!!). Anyway, Elisabet went above and beyond to help us through the paperwork to get us prepared. John was extremely professional and eased our fears of the shot, itself. By the time he finished talking to us, it was over. Piece of cake! So happy that we chose this location for our vaccine. What a great team there. Would highly recommend this pharmacy in the future.

I had to spent 1:40 min for two pickup a medicine which was sent two days ago. They asked me to wait 20-30 min, the I went there, they asked me to step a side n I had to stand there for 40 min. Poor communication and seems to not care for other people’s time. But, John is the best and that usually don’t happen when he is there! I hope they implement better communication with customer.
