Sean works wonders! I ended up having to pay him a visit twice. I initially went there for a cracked screen which took him 1.5 hrs to repair. Ready for pick up the same day. The quality of his work is impeccable! The screen looked as if it was the original. There were no signs of replacement. The phone originally belonged to my husband. He replaced his A20 so we decided to give the phone to my son. I attempted to erase the stored data and somehow ended up erasing every single file installed, to include the one it requires to function. I ended up taking the phone back to Sean. He was patient and determined to figure out how to rectify my mess up....and he did. He was very personable and oddly enough made the experience a very pleasurable one. Did my screen replacement in about an hour. The phone was Xiaomi Mi 8 so I bought my own screen in since its not a common phone but he fixed it even though he wasnt familiar with those phones. Great customer service will use again price was great.

My iPhone 7 screen was shattered to where I had a hard time seeing anything displayed.From the moment I spoke to Sean I felt 100% assurance I was going to be taken care of.Sean quoted me the lowest price in town, and then beat his own estimate. Through Yelp I checked with 8 other repair places in Tucson, who were all at least $20 more expensive and couldnt guarantee a fix without inspecting the phone first.Although it was busy, Sean made me feel like I was his #1 priority at all times. I was told it would be ~20 minutes, Sean again exceeded expectations and had it fixed in 15.The shop/waiting room is a great place to spend some time, with magazines, interesting decor, cold air conditioning, as well as complimentary snacks and drinks.DEFINITELY will use again!

Went to Sean’s cell phone repair shop today, my iPhone 8 Plus was broke couldn’t see the the screen and the the screen was cracked and broken. Sean was able to fix it! Looks brand new, best shop ever! I’ll be back if I have any cell phone repairs, recommend him highly!

I just had my Samsung galaxy s4 repaired here and it was the best possible experience I couldve had. Its a small place but dont let that fool you. The service is superb. This guy actually knows how to repair cell phones regardless of the issue and he did it for so cheap I was astonished. That and he actually gives a cap about your situation. I dont leave reviews very often but I felt compelled to in this case. If you need your cell repaired I recommend coming here. Dont go to the mall or a major carrier store and get ripped off because thats what will likely happen. Again, fantastic service. Ill be back for any future needs.

Dishonest. He knowingly used the wrong screen size, but quickly covered the part that stuck out with my case before I could see what he had done. The mismatched screen caused my phone to crack again. Would not recommend.

I had my s7 galaxy samsung phone fixed here last week. My phone screen was completely shattered because I dropped it from my 2nd story. What a nice person! My phones screen was cracked. Its a cheap phone, but all I can afford at present. The gentleman (Sean?), was so helpful. Not only did he offer a cold drink and snack at no charge, but went out of his way to research prices on a replacement screen. Come to find out, it would have cost more to repair than to replace the phone. He was honest about it. Didnt try to talk me into the repair, which I appreciate. Im sick, and the meds Im on make me emotional, and I began to cry. He was so supportive and kind. Immediately brought me tissues along with a heartfelt apology. Again, so appreciated. I sat there for a few minutes while I composed myself. He didnt try to rush me out. Just chatted about some funny and interesting events in the neighborhood.
