Replaced iPhone screen here earlier this summer. Very friendly and fast service. Tested the battery for me as well.The staff urged me to get the safety glass to protect the screen. $25. I hesitated but went with it. Well today phone slipped off golf cart and screen hit a rock. Kinda wrecked the screen.BUT WAIT! The safety glass shattered but not the phone screen. They replaced it in about 3 minutes AND IT HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY.Couldn’t be happier. Recommended

My sons 5G phone has had a few issues and each time one has come up, these guys have been true to their word on honoring the warranty they give!! At the moment, they are still trying to figure out what the problem is and so for now they still hold 5 stars in my eyes!! Great customer interaction and service, they contact you to keep you updated on what is happening which is a major plus with me!! I went to the central location first but they didnt have a screen for my phone, but their guy called the folks at the east location and they had the screen. They gave me a 10 dollar discount for the cross town drive. Went in and they were terrifically efficient, very nice, and confident in their work. Their place is spotless clean, felt safe, and was masked. They did the screen replacent swiftly while being careful and excellent with the phone. Worked out perfectly!

I called after having Best Buy waste two hours past my appointment time only to then to walk around helping others while essentially ignoring me (because he could not answer the questions I had apparently).When Ryan answered he was friendly and informative. He quoted me much less than the other store I was at, and gave me a quoted turnaround time of 15 minutes compared to the 3+ hours the other store said it would take.Ryan had it done in 5 minutes.If you have a cracked screen or any other tech issues, see if the people here can help you first, you will not be disappointed: namely because you are treated like a valued customer and not another turnstile credit card swipe.Also, Ryan deserves a raise.

So, my technical skills are NOT so great. They helped me once with my ipad, and, today, with my Samsung tablet. Honestly, it was something SUPER simple that I shouldve known how to do myself, but Brandon (I think...Im terrible with names) did it for me without charging. They were persistent in getting me the right glass cover for my phone. Their customer service is great and they know what they are doing/talking about. They didnt charge my boyfriend for just blowing air into the charge port. It got full of lint from having his phone in his pocket. I went in to have my phone looked up because I lost my voice text ability. The young man behind the counter looked and looked and looked and worked on it for about 20 minutes and finally was able to find the problem which was not easy. He fixed it at no charge and Im extremely happy. Anytime Ive gone into that store theyve treated me with a very professional attitude and ability. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs their phone repaired.

I went here to fix my LG Stylo 6. Only payed them to fix the front screen and they ended up cracking the back glass more than when I brought it in. The speaker is so low I have to talk on the phone with headphones. The stylus hole was way too loose and it ended up falling out, but I dont even know When because the pop up never showed on my screen. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I payed like 180 bucks for these a holes to break my phone more. By the time I decided to call and complain they said well theres nothing we can do to help because at this point we dont know if it was something else that caused the damage. If I could rate this place zero stars I would.

Came here for a Macbook Pro battery replacement. Got a new battery AND a faulty display back. Now facing a $450-$700 display replacement. They told me they were going to review the video cameras to verify any drop or damage done to my Macbook but never heard back from them. Really sad about how this ended :-(

Great group of people and a fantastic business ethic. They are locally owned and operated.A little background on my experience. My wifes phone was rebooting repeatedly. After taking the phone to Quik Fix and reproducing the problem, Brandon diagnosed it as likely being a power button issue (the flex cable can go bad with use). While opening the phone they cracked the screen and after cleaning the phone interior, replaced the screen and it began to work normally. Now, normally there would be some kind of charge for the labor; however because they didnt fix the issue I was quoted for, I wasnt charged anything! Essentially, my wife got her phone fixed and a new screen for FREE! I would say that any pricing you get from this shop is beyond trustworthy. They will certainly be getting my business whenever I have mobile device issues. Im in Cybersecurity, so I have MANY devices!Brandon, my apologies I took so long posting this. I meant to write this as soon as I got home! You guys are awesome!

Good pricing pre-COVID - they have gone up since. For example an $100 repair I had done a few days ago was $145. They do good work, and have fast turnarounds, and are very responsive via phone calls.

I Have an LG G8 where my screen had been cracked in two areas. I went over on a Saturday and had them take a look at it, they had to order my screen and it would show up within 2 buisness days.They gave me a call on Tuesday evening letting me know my replacement screen had come in and offered for me to stop by and fix my phone if I didnt mind waiting there past there normal hours. Which was an appreciated gesture but I decided to bring it the next morning. I dropped my phone off and they said it would take about an hour or two depending on on their repair queue.Once my phone was done it looked like it never happened and I was very satisfied with the customer service and repair work . I would definitely recommend and use them again if I need anything else repaired

They fixed my wifes cracked display then replaced a bad display two months later at no cost. I could spend about the same if I did it myself through Amazon. However, I get a year warranty and have it done by someone who does this several times a day. I prefer not to practice on my $700 phone and know that if something is wrong with the display, they replace it at no cost.Not a fly by night company. These guys are great and honor the warranty. They wont warranty a display that was dropped. That would not be fair and is clearly not covered.I highly recommend this company.

Had to get a cracked iPad screen replaced and didnt have much time to do. The part was not available (had to be special ordered) at most places. Not only did they have the part, but they repaired it within several hours. Prices are on par with most places, but they do provide a lifetime guarantee for their work (does not include water damage or breakage due to dropping or similar). They also took time to straighten out the devices frame that I hadnt noticed became slightly bent, all at no cost. I hope I never need to get more repairs, but if I do, Id take it here.

I had written an amazing review prior to this, however when reviewing my bank statement the following morning I found a 50.00 tip that I was not aware had been added to my bill. After explaining to them that when I approached the POS the first screen disappeared, and then the cashier asked me to insert my card and to hit no pin as the machine took forever to process with a pin as well as no receipt and she would print me out one on her end. Then told me my info was on file and I did not need to keep my receipt which im glad I did. The response was a copy of an itemized receipt from debit machine which obviously I did not get showing tip as the cashier told me to hit no receipt n printed her own, and they could give me a refund if I brought my card to the store which I live 2 n half hours away and then sent me video footage saying tht I clicked 20% tip, which I reviewed the footage which did not even show any angle to what my screen said or what I was hitting as it was viewed from behind the cashier and the screen was facing me. After explaining that the video showed no evidence as to what i hit on pin pad and telling them i never even had the option of selecting a tip as the screen dissappear before i could even read it or before putting my card in and that i would go to my bank. they answered by saying if i did my bank would deny it due to my signature being on file. I told them I would take it to my bank which I did and when I went to show them the video footage the link said oops this video is private. Which i find really schetchy and I feel takin advantage of, its one thing if it was a mistake on either end just refund it and call it good. I e been in customer service for years and to go to such an extent to argue it with me was just not needed nor beneficial on either customer or company side.

After calling around, I decided to take my phone to Quick Fix because the customer service rep who answered the phone was personable and professional, giving the impression that this was a trustworthy operation. I couldnt be happier. It is no exaggeration to say that the customer service I received at Quick Fix was by far the best Ive experienced in my entire life. Vincent was friendly, professional, helpful, unhurried, yet expedient. He explained the technical aspects of my phone repair in simple, clear, accessible language and was non-condescending and informative. The store was clean, tidy, and pleasant. My phone is working great. Ive never left an online review before, but they deserve it. Highly recommended.

I took my Galaxy S6 in because it was not taking a charge. It was determined that the charging port needed to be replaced. I was given assurance that this would be a quick fix and ready the following day, at a specified time. When I went to pick up the phone at the time specified, they did not have the part needed to fix it, and had not even taken the phone apart in preparation of fixing it. This caused a 2 and a half hour delay until the phone would be fixed. To be fair they offered to deliver the phone, if I was in the area. But I wasnt going to be, which caused me to be without my phone for another day. Having to drive 40 minutes to and from their shop twice made it very frustrating.The repair itself worked, although the charging speed is about half as fast as it used to be. Even when on a quick charger it is still very slow. During the repair the screen of the phone had to be lifted. During the process paint was removed, where the Recents button is, creating a hideous eye sore, and no Recents button. Even the employee mentioned the damage looked bad. I was given an $11 discount, and a phone case. Not a fair trade considering the hour and half I spent driving there and back to find out my phone wasnt ready. And the damage to my phone is not fixable. The phone case was a nice gesture, but unnecessary, I already had a phone case, and it doesnt hide or fix the damage.
