Dont trust them. I cant imagine they will be in business much longer. If I could give zero stars, or negative stars, I would have. Tucson Tablet Repairs has hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buckle up for this one:I was looking for a place close to home to fix my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 screen. It had one crack that extended from the bottom right corner to the middle of the top. I called Tucson Tablet Repairs and he did not hesitate in telling me he could fix it. I kept the Surface as it was still marginally functional. I went in a few days later and paid for the repair so they could order the part. I was told that the part would be in Wednesday or Thursday. It did not get there until Friday. Things happen I understand, no big deal. I dropped my Surface off the afternoon of Saturday October 27. I was assured that it would be done by 3pm on Monday October 29. I told him I would be there at 3 to pick it up as I need it for work. On Monday, I stayed home from work, as I work 60 miles west of Tucson so that I could be there at 3 to pick it up. I show up at 3 and they are closed. I call (calls must go right to his cell phone) he said Sorry, I had some errands to run so he did not come in today. I asked him why he didnt call me, he had my number and knew I was coming in. He did not have an answer. After pressing him a little more he said his car wasnt working. I offered to go pick him up, as I needed my Surface. He declined my offer and said he would try to get to it tonight. I get a call at about 6pm and he said he was refunding my money as he was not able to fix it. Gave me some story about firmware. Said the screen would not come on anymore. I tried to pick it up on Wednesday and they were closed again, no sign, nothing. Went to pick it up on Thursday and the picture below is what he handed me. It was destroyed. I was speechless. I did ask him how he could stay in business. He did not limit his liability with me at all. I signed no waiver. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. After I left, I called and told him that I would be sending him a bill for the replacement cost of the Surface. He had the gall to say I almost said no, because I thought this might happen. I just didnt know youd be like this. Needless to say he will be getting a bill for the replacement cost. If that is not paid I will be exploring other options.

This place is great! The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. You’ll have to drive out of town a bit, but it’s worth the trip. He also fixes Flat Screen LCD LED televisions. Support this awesome small business.

Went in for a screen repair and got a good price. I went ahead and left for couple days.The business is at a great location and hrs of operation makes it easy to do business with them. These guys know what theyre doing, I recommend to anyone. Special thanks to George for his profesionalism.One thing that can improve is a courtesy text or call when device is ready. But other than that I will definitely have them first on my list for all device needs.

Forget SaturdaysThis business says on their front door and website 11 to 4 on Saturdays, but forget that. This guy runs the shop when he wants to. Great work he did for us and at a fair price, but for us poor folk that actually have a time frame in their life when getting things done, forget this place. NEVER AGAIN.

Husband and i sent in our 2 iphones to have the batteries replaced. Within 2 months, the batteries blew up (expanded/melted down) making iphones unrecoverable. I question the quality of their vendors.😩

Took my phone in for a cracked screen repair got it back and it was worse than before and they would not guarantee there work paid 240.00 dollars for a broken phone.
