I showed up on a Monday night with a seemingly complex problem. The team at the store was entirely professional and very knowledgeable. They helped me solve my issues quickly! This seems to be the best place to go in town for Verizon services. I will definitely be going back for future business dealings. Shout out to Brady for the help!

To begin with, Ive been here four times and each time Ive been treated with respect; Ive also called the location once and got great customer service from Andre. Ive had both Andre and Matt (twice each) and I would definitely recommend talking to either of them as they were patient, explained terms well, and were friendly overall. Theyd answer my questions and I didnt feel pressured at all. I recommend going here or contacting this location as they definitely earned the 5 stars.

I went in to find a charger for my brand new Samsung phone. They set up my phone and provided a charger that has a warranty for life. The gentleman that was helping me explained that charging my phone off my computer damages the battery of the phone. I never knew this. Nonetheless, this is a wonderful place to have your questions answered and receive excellent service.

Very rude staff. I got a text from Verizon about a free upgrade. Of course it wasnt a free upgrade, they wanted me to add a line for the upgrade. Employee asked if I wanted the 5g home internet, I told him I have been using my phones 5g at home for the past year. That same day they throttled my phone so much that I can no longer use it as my main home internet... very dishonest company. I will be switching service providers.

I cannot urge people to avoid this location enough. In case you dont know, unlike many of the other Verizon stores, this location is commission based. They get paid to push garbage products on you. I was told that their LG ThinQ was the highest rated, most reliable phone on the market at the time. To the contrary, it has proven to be the worst phone Ive ever owned. I wanted to return it after a week, but they refused.I complained while in another location, and the staff there told me that Verizon never endorses LG products because theyre terrible.Horrible location, with shyster employees.

From the moment we walked in, John greeted us warmly and competently pre-ordered our new iPhone twelves. As promised they arrived on time and John arranged to be at the store to complete the sale and transfer our data to our new phones. As Verizon customers for over twenty years we can state unequivocally that John Robson is the finest and most knowledgeable technician we have ever encountered. I worked with Alex and found him to be professional, knowledgeable and patient. He shared a variety of products and after I selected one he took quality time to set up the phone, transfer information and educate me on the basics. He scheduled a follow up appointment a few days later to continue with any questions I had. I recommend this Verizon store to all looking for a positive retail experience.

This has been by far the worst customer service and phone buying experience of my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. How could buying a new phone be so difficult? Buyer beware - buy your phone and new service elsewhere. Ian, the “sales associate” literally did not get a single thing correct upon buying a new phone and signing us up for a new plan, including misleading us on important promotional details. Several weeks later and we are still working on trying to fix the bill. How is this a way to run a business? Throughout the process, Ian has been non responsive, operating as if we don’t exist after he got his sale/commission, despite the countless errors and charges he added to our bill. The Cellular Sales corporate team has been just as bad, as weeks later we still have no solution. Avoid at all costs.

Takes everything youve ever experienced at the official Verizon store and fixes it! My phone dead, had to get a replacement fast. Scott got me set up quickly, when I had a problem hours later he said come over, Ill fix it. I opted for a second new phone (no restock fee) and then when I went back to original phone they refunded the activation fee Id played AND set up the old phone for free. Love this store!

My Google pixel 2 stopped receiving calls yesterday! After attempting to contact the 1-800 numbers and communicating with the chat people on the Verizon app SEVERAL TIMES I got nowhere! I called the store and spoke with Megan who was extremely helpful and provided information as to what the problem was and walked me through a few steps! I finally succeeded! Thanks Megan/Meghan (however you spell your name)!!! I appreciate your excellent customer service!

Gotta say I’ve been to a lot of Verizon outlets and by far this one was the best out of all of them. There are a lot of great things I can say about the place. But the most notable would be the service I received. Especially from Matt, he made everything quick and easy, and I gotta say he was quite the lad. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed(I’m a very shy person) and Matt was able to very quickly break the ice with me. Not only that he was so polite an also hilarious. Best cell phone assistance, purchasing, and returns EVER! The whole staff is so helpful and acvomidaring. After my 3 year old LG smart phone dead suddenly they helped me get hooked up with a phone, let me change my mind hours later and then restored my old phone after I had V20 fixed. No hassles, no restock fees and all smiles. These guys are the best. Dont waste your time fighting- or waiting endlessly- at Verizons corporate stores. So happy we have this store in Tucson!

My best experience ever upgrading to a new phone and Ive been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. Ian Barker was helpful from the moment I called the store and he happened to answer the phone. In our short conversation, I knew that I would receive the information and support I needed. He explained that they are Sales and Service. Ian helped me choose the right phone, I kept my same plan, and he transferred everything from old phone to new phone. Done and very satisfied!

Highly recommend this store for all of your needs. Matt took excellent care of me. I deeply feel like he went above and beyond on what was required of him. If he didnt have the answer to my question he sought out the answer. I appreciate his outstanding level of customer service. I will definitely return to this store in the future due to how well I was treated.

Fraud!!! My partner and I went in to this Verizon store to switch to a family plan, and add a line. We needed one new phone for the new line, and told the rep, Matt, that we didnt need anything fancy, and that we wanted a free or cheapest available phone. Matt told us that Verizon carried only one free phone. He brought over only one phone model to the desk without going over any other phone options. He said that all we would have to do is pay tax. We had every reason to believe this was the free model we asked for. Now that we have our bill, we discovered it was actually a $35/month phone.

If I could I would 0 of 5, we asked multuple times about ALL PICTURES transfering and he said they would now that his transfer happened and nothing this year transferred since he didnt let it finish transfering. I am serverly mad about the pictures I lost because they are pictures of my UNBORN SON but he wont lose sleep over it. I will never go to Dustin or thus location again. I asked multiple times about using my devicr dollars... Didnt get to use them because he said I forgot sorry nothing I can do now. I have been with verizon for about 4 + years and this is my worst experience. I pay my phone bill to deal with this?! I will be looking into another provider after this.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had working with a retailer. We purchased 3 iPhones and 2 iPads. The billing was wrong from the start and 5 weeks later we are still working with Verizon AND cellular sales corporate to try and get our bill fixed. I was also supposed to get a 3rd iPad with a promotional credit and after a week of texts and trying to get it from the store, the associate said he would call me to complete the sale and ship it to me and that never happened. I escalated with corporate to try and get help with the billing and iPad we were trying to purchase and I am still waiting to hear back after weeks of phone conversations and emails. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. If you do come to cellular sales for a phone, check your bill and receipt thoroughly before you leave.

Great service! Was extremely worried I would not be able to switch to a single plan from my families without problems and fees. Great customer service, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone and offered a bottle of water. I was having issues with my iPhone and apple watch. Cesar helped me link them together and great at explaining how to use the device. He also updated my account to a better plan saving me money. Great with business accounts. This store is the absolute best; clean, efficient and short lines! I came in the other day and was expecting to wait a long time before I was greeted (unfortunately to say like other Verizon stores I’ve been too), however that was not the case. I was greeted immediately by Carlos Wilson a Verizon consultant and was helped immediately! If you happen to stop by this store make sure you ask for Carlos! He was patient, understanding, friendly and intelligent about Verizon supplies! Great experience!

This place is the best! I walked in and was greeted immediately. The Gentleman offered me water and sat me down at his desk! The gentleman I was working with was named Cameron and he is honestly the most helpful person Ive ever worked with at a Verizon store. He listened to what I wanted and he didnt try to up sell me on any thing (I cant tell you how many other stores tried to get me to buy a phone I didnt want). Another disastrous experience with Verizon Wireless. About 4 weeks ago our Hot Spot very suddenly went down with no plausible explanation from anybody, least of all Verizon itself. We were treated to broken or misleading links on their good-for-nothing website, long waits and tedious discussions with agents completely ignorant of the most basic elements of our service. Mired in our money-loosing predicament without reliable access to the internet, at best agents made ineffectual attempts to placate us.All this came after ten years of RELATIVELY stable service. We looked hi and lo for any indication of network problems in our area receiving no warnings of service interruptions or offers of compensation, but of course, full expectation of payment.As for Cellular Sales at 4755 E Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85712, despite a good experience previously, this time, clear, polite requests for assistance from this authorized retailer were completely ignored. And with Covid 19 rampant in Arizona it was suggested we come in physically rather than get their advice and/or sales help over the phone. We are 75 miles away! And if you think that is bad, try going directly to an actual Verizon office. Kindergarteners have more common-sense than adult Verizon employees. They definitely dont check their SAT scores. Without exception, they will sell you anything regardless if it comes close to the right solution for the right price--dont get me started!So Ive reduced my rating to one star for both Cellular Sales and Verizon Wireless. Pursuant to verbal promises from one employee named Ian, messages and/or earnest e-mails sent to EJ and Megan, I received no call or assistance from any of them. Apparently service is not a priority anymore at Cellular Sales these days (see my previous reviews).This only adds insult to injury from an absolutely horrible company with a monopoly in our area. We are a rural non-profit who depend critically on our connection and have few other options available. I dont think anybody at this company anywhere has a clue what rural people go through in this world, and hence, the monolithic problem we face in America, an ungovernable country trapped in a moral vacuum, captained by a sociopath supported by 4 out of 10 Americans. Through the years they have screwed us over and over and over, a typical monopoly that treats its rural customers like surfs. They are no different. If your salesman’s name has the initials XX then be especially advised, this person is incompetent, careless, stupid and arrogant. So walk into Cellular Sales at the Crossroads Shopping Center at your peril.We really appreciated the lapse in our internet service due to your incompetence and the hours of phone calls with clueless “technicians” at Verizon it took to mop up the mess you made. And they still wanted $60 more on top it, just to return us to our old plan along with default no internet service for days before the boondoggle was solved.May I suggest you go into janitorial work?

I stopped in today to get some information on a new service plan with Verizon and I was helped by Jose F. His customer service was beyond amazing he is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions even showed me better phones than I have now my contract ends with Sprint next month and I’ll definitely Be coming back to see Jose to become a Verizon customer. I wish we had more People like him with that kind of a customer service!

The store is absolutely beautiful and in such a great area. I was greeted by friendly faces as soon as I came in and Logan Petersen was so helpful. He looked me up on my account so quickly, answered all my questions and even spoke to my mom about her phone! Hes totally not like those other salesmen, he will only sell you things you need. So hopeful! He was awesome I dont know what theyre paying him but whatever it is he needs a raise.

I had an excellent experience setting up an account and getting a new phone. It became a bit complicated and took a good amount of time by no fault of the amazing sales associate Fabian. Fabian was patient, helpful, and walked me through the process with kindness and humor. At a couple points in the process other associates came and helped out and everyone who I encountered was helpful with great attitudes. I cant say enough great things about Fabian specifically. Everyone I interacted with at the store is on the same page as far as client interaction and satisfaction.

Ive never done any of these reviews but I feel that I should share one of your employees, Ian Barker, was extremely helpful with helping me pick a phone. It usually takes me several minutes to pick what I want and I always end up with someone who has no idea with what theyre talking about but with Ians assistance he had me in and out in no time. Definitely plan on coming back.
