Matt at the front desk on the exam side was polite and courteous. Very professional. The same can be said for Dr. Gill. He took the time to explain what the different tests measure. He was very thorough. Marcus took awesome care of me on the other side when I was choosing my frames. I was able to make this appointment on the fly right after work, and get my exam, glasses and contact lens ordered all in one shot. They are a little bit more pricey when compared to places like nationwide, but definitely worth the extra cost. Better selection of frames, and great attention to detail! I love how organized they are. I came here three years ago for my glasses, prior to my dog chewing them up. And I’ll come back again!

I had recently went to the LensCrafters in the Tucson Mall to get my frames straighten since they were crooked. Na-il helped me right away and was amazing. He super nice and fixed them with ease and adjusted them so wouldn’t slide down my nose as much. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I ordered my glasses, they promised a two week return. I called two weeks in and asked, apparently there was a glitch in the system my lenses were not ready and their system did not flag my purchase as something that needed to be worked on. My glasses then took two more weeks to come in. A total of 4 weeks for glasses. They came in, both actual lenses had a scratch on them. The manager gave me a discount and advised they would order me new lenses. I now have to wait longer for glasses that should have been here a month ago. They were unable to work with my prescription which is on the higher side. They were unable to bring my lenses to a thinner 1.74 index even though they guaranteed they could. Overall the worst ever. There were other people around me complaining of other things while I was there. Very understaffed, very disappointed.

My husband have been a customer for a few years with no problems, but this time we experience a terrible service, we won’t be returning here again. He ordered a new pair of glasses since 8/21 still waiting for them, we provided his updated phone number at least 4 times to the service reps and they continue asking for the old one every single time and “adding the right one”. It’s frustrating, I understand that mistakes can happen but this is very inconvenient due to glasses are a NEED for hin, it’s not something that he just want.. we paid good amount of money for this service, we also deal with the new rep training (took about 2 hrs to get this order done) it’s ok as I mentioned things happens but what excuse now for the incompetence of taking over 2 weeks to deliver an order that in the past took 2 days?

Not the best place to get your eyes checked. I asked for advice on how to improve my eyesight, but they dismissed my questions and pretended that they didn’t even hear it!!! They’ll only give you glasses and contacts. What’s the point of wearing glasses if you don’t know how to improve your eyesight?! My optometrist should know this by now. Very unprofessional and rude. I recommend you schedule an appointment elsewhere if you NEED advice other than just getting glasses/contacts or if you have kids who need assistance in order to see 😡😡😡

Very happy with the glasses I got at this LensCrafters location. Christina W. was extremely helpful. I had a problem with a bad prescription from my personal optometrist and after getting a revised prescription Christina got me new lenses within a few weeks. Will go back soon to get a pair of prescription sunglasses.

I went into this location the other day and in Hopes of getting new lenses and Im just in shock. This place has the ABSOLUTE worst manager. Christina helped me and she so rude and awful. Everytime I tried on a pair of glasses she had a look of disgust at me, she had nothing nice to say to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. What a disgrace. Definitely wont be back to this location.

After a wonderful visit with the eye doctor (Jeffrey Lewis), I picked my frames and sat down with a consultant to order my glasses. Because I needed progressive lenses, she checked my insurance and quoted that the lenses would cost $200 - $300 (depending on which progressives I chose). THANK GOD I knew what my insurance covered because it took a bit of wrangling back & forth before she finally admitted that there was a progressive lens that was FULLY covered by my insurance. It wasnt until she realized I was about to leave that she finally acknowledged what my insurance actually covered.The goal of up-selling in this place is real, and I fear for patients who are unsure of what their coverage IS (especially older patients). If I hadnt really pushed it - I would have been out substantial $$. I will not return to them as these practices are not only deceptive...but INTENTIONAL.

I went there to get my first pair of glasses and brought my proscription from a different doctor in town. When I received my glasses, my prescription was completely off due to the doctor. I spoke to Lense Crafters staff about the situation. Even though it was not their fault, they were flexible enough to work with me and allow me to go see a different doctor and get a more accurate prescription. Sure enough, my new prescription was 3 times stronger than what the other one was. I only had to pay the difference instead of for a whole new lenses which I appreciated very much! All the staff there was kind and extremely helpful. Thank you!

I throughly wish there was an option to do ZERO stars, because this company would most certainly deserve that! Please if you are even considering going here, do not. Do not waste your time or money, because going to this location that is all that is going to happen! 1 out of the 7 people I spoke to was actually a decent person to deal with, everyone else acted as if they couldn’t be bothered to do their job. The optometrist they had scheduled that day was utterly incompetent, and barely knew how to function the exam equipment, I still don’t understand how he has a license.. I left there still not being able to see properly and the contacts they ordered were as wrong as could be and the glasses, are 100% unwearable. I am just hoping a different location is going to be able to help me more then they had! Just such a waste of time I just hope someone reads this before going and it helps save them from this awful experience!
The Dr at this place is horrible doesnt care at all if its the right prescription for the patient once inside he just wants to get you out, its the perfect example of a poor optometrist that just wants to charge and not do his work. Cant talk for the lenses yet as we were told we will need to wait until they can to have the test done again, and that it could be hrs. Just go to another optometrist.
Im not sure that I will ever buy another pair of glasses here. The waiting time is long! Just needed eyeglass cleaner today. Waited 20 minutes and left. It would have been an hour. I asked. Response was, there are only 2 of us!

My wife accidentally broke my Ray Ban glasses framewear. I didnt think they could be fixed but Christina worked her magic, not only fixing them, but the earpieces were adjusted to fit on my face better. Too make things even better she didnt charge me for it! Everyone from the eye doctor to the workers are very nice so I will keep going to see them at the Tucson Mall location even though its a 30 minute drive one way from my home.
