The staff is so friendly, they made sure everything was good with the glasses before leaving!

The lady that helped me pick out eyeglasses was awesome. She thoroughly explained everything in detail and did not try to upsell me. In fact she told me that I should get a cheaper optical package than what she was required to sell because it was better. Plus my last pair of glasses were $900 and this time around they were only $300. I will definitely be coming back to Target Optical!

I had my first eye exam since I was a child here. The staff was all very friendly and professional, the doctor was very likeable and helped me determine I need glasses. Picking out glasses was a breeze. Definitely recommend Target optical.

It was a wonderful appointment! I was seen right away and Dr. Ahuactzin was very thorough, friendly and explained the results of my tests in detail. I found the perfect frames and cant wait to get my new glasses.

This year was the 2nd time that I went to Target Optical to renew my contact lens prescription. Last year I had a very good experience. This year I was told that there was a problem with my insurance—even though it hasn’t changed since last year and they had all my details. I had to pay $110 out of pocket ($65 for the exam and $45 for the fitting). When I called my insurance, they told me that everything was OK with my insurance, so I called Target Optical again. Another associate answered and when they checked my details in the system again, it turned out that the other associate entered my date of birth incorrectly. They were able to pull up my details and returned $55 for the exam (minus $10 copay), but said that for some reason they could not bill the insurance for the contacts fitting. So I called the insurance again who said that I wouldn’t be reimbursed for my fitting unless I ordered contacts (which are included into my plan) through Target Optical. Calling Target Optical for what seems like the 10th time, I was told that they have some info sheets explaining that for whatever reason they don’t bill insurance companies for contacts fitting, and that if nothing was wrong with my insurance, they would have informed me about it, but since there was “a problem” with my insurance (when there was NO problem with my insurance!! The associates were entering my DOB incorrectly—that certainly doesn’t count as a problem with my insurance!), they didn’t care to inform me about it. Apparently because they thought that I was lying about my insurance or something?? So basically I had to pay $45 for the fitting which is INCLUDED into my insurance plan and now I have to figure out a way to buy contacts using my insurance allowance through a tedious process of filing a reimbursement claim with my insurance company simply because they did not care to inform me about their policies! And I will never get my $45 back. And I was told that I would have to go to another place to use my insurance allowance to buy my contacts. What kind of business model is that? They plain told me to get out of their hair and take my business elsewhere. This is very unprofessional, all this matter took hours of my time and dozens of phone calls back and forth just to be told that because of their error, which they don’t care to admit, I have to deal with all this. Thank you very much for a ton of disrespect and zero care, Target Optical. I will warn everyone about this and post this everywhere because that is not the kind of attitude that patients deserve.

Happy with my purchase and the whole experience. Very knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I came to the Oracle location after moving to this side of town. I had visit Targets optical center at the spectrum mall before and this was my first experience with the oracle location. I have to say, even if I moved back to the other side of town, I’d drive out here for Owen. Dr. Lee, Owen, (one more young woman I apologize I don’t remember her name) we’re all unmatched. It felt like home here. The customer service was fantastic. They made sure you understood everything, knew what you were getting, made sure everything fit right. It was just overall a wonderful experience

Dr. Suzzane Liu is amazing

I went here for an eye exam, and I had an awesome experience! The staff was all friendly and nice, and the doctor was so helpful with all of my concerns. After I got my prescription and he answered all of my questions, the awesome lady working the front desk spent lots of time with me picking the perfect frames and going over cost options. This is my first pair of glasses, and I’m super happy with the service I got as well as the prices. I highly recommend going here for your next eye exam.
