Excellent experience! January 22 I scheduled an eye exam on January 25 (only 3 days waiting period). I paid from pocket (no insurance) - $109. Usually they ask a co-pay $39. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses (single vision, plastic lenses). I paid just $289 for both of them. This site has an unbelievable frames collection. I hate to ware glasses (except sunglasses), but I found really cute frames: Vera Bradley and South Hampton. Today, February 2 I have picked up both my glasses (Visionworks has provided even free cases for them). Lets calculate together: $109 + $289 = $398 for eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. All the process has taken 9 days. Not tacking into account an amazing customer service and very nice looking clean and well sanitized place (they follow all CDC Covid-19 precautions and check a body temperature of every visitor). You can find better? I dont think so. Highly recommend.

The doctor was that of a professional and cared about all of my needs. She showed me all that I needed to know about my eyes which was a big knowledge of what she shared. I will be telling other co-workers and Friends of the great care and professionalism that she showed. She is the best of any I have seen in the last 25 years. When I also got the chance to look at the frames. The two gentlemen help me look through several aviator glasses. Their knowledge of all the frames and accessories to the glasses were of Excellence. I got you choose the frames for glasses scratch resistant as well as Progressive frames with my high strength prescription. They both waited patiently and calmly tell my wife and myself were served. They were both knowledgeable and extremely well-behaved to battle professionalism as my wife said they are very handsome and very intelligent and the eye frame glass world. I recommend any and all peoples who can read this email to take their services to this establishment, they will be served as though they are a family member and thats what I felt like when I was served there. I will be coming here again

Worst place to get glasses at. i went to buy a new pair of glasses for my son. The frame was all scratch and the case looks like it was used aready they didnt came wit the cleaning cloth take your money somewhere else i pay 400 dlls plus

I have been going to this Visionworks for at least 5 years now. They have always been super helpful and very nice. My kids go every year for a check up and new glasses they love it. They have the best customer service and are always willing to help and are very nice to talk to. I lost my glasses one time and because my glasses take so long to come in they helped me out with some contacts because I was going on a trip to see me kid graduate. They are amazing.

Store doesnt want to make money. Every single eye vision place will let me browse for glasses, but here I need an appointment a week ahead. GTFO! I went to Americas Best instead. They actually are willing to work to get my money.

They were professional, they didnt make me wait for too long and they assisted me right away. They were willing to help me choose my glasses for being the first time in life that I have to use them. They were also very polite and friendly. I am very pleased with their service 😀

This was my daughters first appointment to get her eyes checked and she was excited and nervous. Everyone was really nice until I gave my daughter the paperwork to turn in and Erin/Aaron started yelling at me saying,no no no, you need to fill it out not her! I replied, I already did I was giving it to her to turn in. He said nothing and just shook his head like I did something wrong. When he stepped out I asked the girl what was that about? She said I have no idea and how it was very intense. I refused to have him help me and used the girl instead. I told this to the guy who helps with the glasses and he was in shock and kept apologizing for the guy when it was not his fault. Thanks for ruining my daughters first experience getting glasses.

I would not go back to this office, if it was the last eyeglass place on earth. I got the information via EyeMed.com, filled out online paperwork for my spouse. Was called for his SS and zip code to file for insurance, prior to appointment. After finding the office, finally after walking the entire mall, we went in and to the back to fill paperwork and wastold they were trying to locate his insurance.I started to fill out the papers when a very snotty woman comes to the back and proclaims, we DO NOT accept anything from CareMore. This was said and the girls in the back were at a loss as to what to do. If she was an office manager or such, her customer service skills need much improvement--maybe she was having a bad day.I believe if you do not wish to accept a particular insurance, PLEASE take your name off the list of acceptable companies.Note: Stopped at the other eyeglass office in the mall, and they seemed happy to do anything they could to help and even printed out the charges and acceptable amounts through my husbands insurance.Takeaway, avoid Visionworks like the plague!

The service is excellent!!! The optometrist was thorough and had an awesome personality. Then when trying on glasses Dina was thr best! She helped me get the best glasses for my face shape and taste. Love this place!

Doctor and staff at Tucson Park Mall location are very good and I will continue to use them, however, the easy, streamlined online appointment/registration process is horrible. There is a constant barrage of email appointment reminders and multiple requests for medical history forms despite all information being provided and confirmed. All local phone lines are forwarded to an 800 number, making it impossible to reach someone. Final absurdity was a voicemail I received saying that if I didnt call back in 24 hours my appointment would be cancelled. That was followed up by an email saying my appointment was confirmed. Fortunately, I dont have to return for a year. Maybe by then there will be some changes ...

They are taking COVID seriously, temp checks at the door, by appointment only. My whole family has been through in the past month and each time we were the only ones there, with people leaving as we showed up, and showing up as we were leaving, so they are staggering appointments nicely, and wiping everything down in between. Theyre also prompt to get you seen and so, so helpful with glasses choices. They understood my insurance options very well. I loved them before COVID but I especially recommend them now, considering how well they have adopted safety measures.

Friendly staff that answered all my questions and made sure that I understood what I was to expect. The quick service made me feel that they were focused on working to get things done and not waste time. Great recommendation on tests and prescriptions.

The staff were super friendly. The optometrist was great and the techs were helpful and thorough in making sure that i understood everything after my exam and then handed me off to an associate who can help me replace the frames I had and next month go back to order a second set of glasses!!

Staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. They have a large, bright store with a lot of stock to choose from. I have had a couple of different docs over the year or so and they have all listened to my issues and were able to give sound advice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time with physician. My first experience with them was BEFORE COVID-19. Its not the crazy busy, walk out the door kind of wait, but still. Since I dont want to wnd on a low note, everything here is top notch but just schedule accordingly.

I contacted the store & spoke with an associate Deana who was most helpful. I expressed my safety concerns. She advised me that they are making appointments, wearing masks & explained the stores protocol regarding cleaning. When I arrived for my appointment I was assisted by Deana . The process was smooth, I was able to order my new glasses & felt safe. I commend the store & associate ! Thank you for being concerned about my safety .

There were 30 people in the wait area, clipboards were not sanitized and the one I was holding went directly to lady behind me, staff tried to override what I had just told my young daughter. There was plenty of staff to sanitize, but instead they left to Starbucks to get drinks. Didnt recommend dilation so doctors could keep distance, but during my eye exam the doctor was so close I could feel his breath. Had an anxiety attack that night wondering why we put ourselves in such a vulnerable position. Frames are plastic junk that is marked $129 and higher. Filled script at Costco, better quality, less money. Never walking into another Visionworks.

They have good collection of prescription glasses. I asked them to mail out my glasses to Oracle location. For two years in a row, no one informed me that my glasses are ready to pick up. I had to call multiple times, associates will take my information and no one would call me back. Poor customer service.

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Knowledgeable and efficient every time I go in. Every year I look forward to getting my eye exam then being fitted for new glasses. Thank you to the entire staff @ Visionworks!!

I have been going to Visionworks Park Place for 3 years in a row. I always get nice glasses and great service.

I would have given it five stars but I felt super uncomfortable during my doctors appointment. The doctor was inches away from my face which is not at all following the CDC guidelines of being socially distant even if masks were on.

I like my glasses. I have come in to pick my glasses and on 2 occasions I felt rushed out the door like I was an inconvenience even after I called and asked if I could come in beforehand. I am use to something else I guess. Maybe its Covid 19 and the stress. Well I am happy for the most part. Thanks Rene for your help.

The Dr took his time with my husband... was very cognitive of my husbands needs, very precise in getting just the correct lens for him! I was very impressed!

I had a great experience with Visionworks this year. I was able to schedule my eye exam easily and quickly online. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. The ladies checking in for appointments were happy and smiling and made sure I was attended to immediately. The Dr. listened to my concerns and was quick and efficient. They made my new pair of glasses in under an hour after my eye exam.

I have been going there for a while. All staff extremely friendly and professional. They try to give you the best promos.

I scheduled an appointment because my glasses have been broken for about six months and, even though theres a global pandemic, I couldnt really hold out any longer.I got the earliest appointment I could, managed to get the time off of work, and drove across town (that construction on Broadway is a doozy!) to make it. Unfortunately, I was five minutes late. After going through two hurry-up-and-wait stations, I was told my appointment had been marked as missed and the doctor left. The next available appointment was a week and a half away.I recognize I was five minutes late, but this is disappointing given the effort it took to get the appointment. Id be willing to forgive if the office hadnt made me wait twice. I had to wait when I entered to get my temperature taken and sanitize my hands. Once I did, I was told to go to the next station where I had to wait again, even though there was an available receptionist not serving anyone. Once I spoke to someone, I was told my appointment was missed.Id also be willing to forgive if this werent my second attempt at scheduling an appointment. My first attempt, pre-pandemic, I booked an appointment online. The appointment was changed by the office. I could not accommodate the change with my schedule and then had to cancel when I was called to confirm the change. The receptionist did not cancel my appointment, so I received more follow-up texts and e-mails to remind me of the appointment. Eventually, I called into the office to say I could not make it and had not confirmed the appointment so they release that appointment time and give it to someone else. Even after this second call, the office did not cancel the appointment and I continued to receive notifications for it.I was willing to give the office the benefit of the doubt after the first ordeal, but to receive such little compassion during the pandemic on my second attempt when were all trying our best to keep our jobs and maintain our health, I wont be attempting to visit this establishment again and I dont recommend that you try to either.

I strongly recommend going to Visionworks. The visit was quick, the front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and the exam itself was seamless. I also want to shout out Dina, the optician I had the pleasure of working with. She is, without a doubt, one of the most friendly, charismatic, and helpful individuals I’ve encountered. Not only did she help me narrow down the wide selection of potential frames I had selected and ensure I was getting the best possible deal when comparing whether to use my insurance or the current promotion, but she also made me laugh, put me at ease, and made me feel cared for as a customer. Thank you Dina and Visionworks!

Dr. Vass, Rene, and everyone at the Park Place Visionworks store are wonderful. We always have a great experience. Also, their COVID-19 precautions made us feel safe and secure.

Price was as expected. Quality was as expected. The eye doctor was thorough and explained all the results to me. I left feeling like I was important to both sides of the business -- eye doctor AND glasses. It is refreshing to be treated like I am the reason they are there and not an interruption of their day.

Everything was great. Only down fall was I had my appointment at 12...had my exam and purchased my glasses and when I got home I had coupons in the mail for 50% off!

Since my insurance covered VisonWorks, I decided to give the store. Try. I had an eye exam-the optician was very good. Then I had the good fortune of having Dina’s help with selecting both regular and sub glasses. Her knowledge and sense of style were exceptional. I am very pleased with both glasses. The best style and fit in a very long time.

Excellent eye exam by a friendly and competent optometrist paired with staff who really care about the customer experience. I went in yesterday feeling frustrated and walked out feeling heard, taken care of, and cared about. I didnt expect such great service from a large corporation, to be honest. But they took great care of me and made a difference in my day!

I was pleased with the customer service and the fact that i did not have to wait. The dr did a great job explaining my eyes to me and the front finished off nicely by helping me pick out frames and going over my options. I was quite pleased with the experience.

Davina was amazing from the first time I met her, through the second time when she remembered me (when I called to ask a question) AND remembered the exact frames Id talked to her about from that first brief visit! More than 45 minutes late on 5pm appointment. Obviously not allotting enough time per exam shows a lack of respect for my time. Im 57 so time is valuable!!

With everything going woth covid-19 they did really good with all the protocols that they did I would definitely recommend them to somebody who needs an exam or anything with glasses there are really really good

This place is great. I love the staff and the selection of frames and theres always a good deal. My whole family wears glasses and this is the only place well go.

I knew that I had to start wearing my glasses. So I went to Vision work to see if my prescription had changed. The staff were cool and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. My glasses were OSHA compliant safety glasses too. They had a good selection to choose from as well!

The Manager of the Park Mall location is the kind of Manager every company should take lessons from he understands customer service and goes above and beyond to help people out and last night I brought my daughters broken glasses in at about 8:30 p.m. and he took the time to not just repair her glasses but he searched his store top to bottom until he found her exact frames a brand new frame I only expected a repair, and my daughter was able to walk out last night with a pair of brand new frames as he took the time to put her existing lenses into new frames so my daughter could go to school the next day without having to deal with glued together frames. I have been going to this location for a while now and Jaime is another worker who is top notch he is always respectful profesional and provides help over and above what is expected. These guys are a valuable asset to Vision Works and as long as they are there I will always be a customer so thank you guys very much.

I am appalled by the service I received. Given that their employees are commissioned they should know better. I purchased glasses from a different company online and I knew the Rx was wrong and so my intention was to have that verified and then purchase one set of glasses for everyday and another for reading. Erica C was soooo rude that I left after our encounter and went to family source vision and bought them there instead. Side note I have EXCELLENT vision insurance and purchased well over $1000 in glasses.

Vision works is the best experience I have ever had! Rene was courtious, professional and took his time explaining my insurance plan, to get me the best deal. My time was valued as a patient and customer and I appreciate that. The doctor and his team were efficient and welcoming! I have definitely found my home for all my eye care!!!

They are on time and very nice! Made me feel comfortable and welcome. In and out in a timely manner with new contacts in and glasses on the way!

They did an amazing job and everyone was really friendly. I was recommended by coworkers and I would recommend anyone to go there. I haven’t worn contacts in ages and I rubbed one out my eye and they were kind enough to give me a new one while I’m waiting on my contact order.

All around awesome experience! After being treated HORRIBLY by another company, I called Vision Works. I got a same day appointment, a thorough and compete eye exam and a correct prescription for glasses and contacts.The front office staff was also wonderful. They were busy with other customers, but got to me as soon as they could. I was given suggestions for frames that fit my face and my style and ended up pickings perfect frame.My glasses were ready in a few hours and I had a complete fitting to make sure they were right.I wont go anywhere else!

The guys up front are friendly, and helpful! They have seen me a lot too! The only complaint I have is the waiting time to get the glasses. The first pair took 12 days, and the second pair took 8.Good thing Im not in desperate need, as I still have to wait on the 3rd pair.Theres a eye doctor there that cannot get my prescription right (seen him twice), but today I seen a different one, and Im hopeful.I actually got my last pair of glasses from Vision Works- back in 2009, and theyve been my best glasses ever.

Called to make an appointment and was able to be seen a couple of hours later the same day. Very convenient appointments and location (in the Park Place Mall complex). Dr. Lee and her staff were very friendly during the pre-check and eye exam. The front area staff, specially Diane, were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a fabulous eye exam with a caring doctor however when I walked onto the sales floor with my prescription in hand, the two sales associates on the floor today wouldn’t even acknowledge mine or my families existence. They wouldn’t even so much as look at us. They just stood in their area gabbing at each other over non-work related bs. . So we walked out and went to LensCrafters where we were greeted immediately and treated so much better. Word of advice: if you want to make a sale, you must speak to your customers.

So kind everytime I go there. They work hard. I really needed an appointment, and they called me back right away when they knew they had a cancellation.

Original presription12/30/19, made 7 trips of 100miles each to get a proper prescription. Still havent got my glasses!Horrible service!

Keep in mind, I dont like going to any kind of doctor. Beyond that, staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor and tech that did my eye exam were sharp and focused on what they were doing. Still dont like exams, but they made it as painless as it could be. If you dont have insurance, wait for one of their specials. Many times, its cheaper than using Insurance.

Efficient, super friendly and fast!

Efficient and easy to schedule with lots of open hours, didn’t like all the papers and signs encouraging the ultra wide field (optomap). It is an extra expense and seems like, ethically, it should be used in disease specific screenings rather than encouraging everyone to get an extra test they might not need.

Staff is freaking awesome. Highly recommend this place. Never disappointed. They know how to get you in the right product. The eye doc rocks.

Eye Exam went very well and ended up with a new script for progressive lenses. Was able to get 2 new frames/lenses for the price of one. It is a pricey investment, but I need to see and better sight is worth it.

My experience with Dr.Hothi was the most informative experience Ive ever had in all the years of going to eye doctors.He explained all my tests that were taken, so as I could understand them completely.The young man at the area with the glasses also was very patient and very informative on my choices of my lens and frames.I will definitely go to them for my business from now on.I believe his name was Arron.
