I just wanted to thank Diana for helping me . I live in Tucson and work in Sierra vista . By the time I get out of work they will be closed so I asked her if she could leave it maybe at customer service at the Walmart center but she wanted to make sure that I get it, so she waited after hours to personally hand it to me. Wow !!! And I’ve been in retail sales 25 years and now a days people can’t wait to leave work five ten minutes before their shift ends and she didn’t hesitate and went above and beyond her way to make sure her customers are taken care of . Sorry, it too m me longer to get there, almost an hour after they closed . Thank you hopefully she’s a manager there if not needs to be promoted to a manager . And the doctor was excellent, I’ve had prior visits to other vision centers and the doctor took her time for me and my son and was so patient with us and very thorough even if I asked her so many questions . Thank you to staff !!! And thank you Michael also super helpful when we ordered our glasses .

Friendly Staff, had an eye exam and the doctor was great.. only took 5 days for my glasses to be ready.theyre friendly staff called me to let me know that they were ready to be picked up. The quality of the glasses seem very good .. Im going to go out on a limb here and I dont know if that is even legal to say but Im gonna take a risk and go for it.... I got good customer service at Walmart today.. Walmart Vision not the rest of the store just Vision Center..

Great service all the way around. Ive been coming here for years already, at least 5 or more. Ive never had any issues at all with anyone or anything. Very fair pricing as well, highly recommend!

I gotta say it was a good experience really helpful had alot of information, the Eye Exam was a fast process laid out everything answered all my questions. No problems at all it took maybe a week or less than 2 weeks to get my new glasses back. They have a huge selection of glasses ranging from high to low depending on your budget but even the 9 dollar glasses are good I got 30 dollar glasses and I really like them alot. So if your on a budget or not you should check it out. O and you have to book a appointment no walk ins so call and book now youll thank me later.

Sad, sad, sad!!!!! Had a call to pick up my glasses today. Rushed over to get and they told me they didnt have a case for them. The cheap cases they give out hadnt arrived. They told me I could buy a case. I would think after spending over $300 on glasses they could give you a $7 case. Maybe Im wrong. But if they knew there was no cases then why would they call and tell me my order was ready for pickup. Sad, very sad!!!! Buyer Beware!!!! Really disappointing for Walmart.

I absolutely love the staff here and had a great experience when I was there with my daughter! I am a regular and will continue to be because of how efficient and informative this facility is. Good people are good to each other! If you aren’t receiving good treatment you better check yourself!

My mother is 72 and not capable to do things on her own. The employee didnt let me in for interpretation or completion of forms. I even asked if i could use one of the 6 empty chairs to wait for her and the answer was NO. Dont take your seniors here. Not good service and the staff not friendly at all

I used to go to nation wide vision. Worst customer service ever. I started going here about a year ago. I cannot get enough of the staff. Theyre so friendly and beyond helpful. Its been a wonderful experience everytime..

The doctor and exam were fine. The rest of the staff were not. They didnt understand reasons for progressives and couldnt really explain their different lenses. It appeared one person was training another and I cant figure how when she couldnt answer my questions. They refused to check my pd number when I said I wanted to take my prescription and check prices elsewhere. If I didnt buy from them they wouldnt give me that info. I know the number but like to confirm it. Ridiculous. Ive used Walmart Vision Centers before. Never again. I just stopped at a private ophthalmologists office as a walk in and they checked my pd at no charge. Its called service!

I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 20 years. This is by far the best prescription and comfort level I have ever experienced. I decided to take the plunge and ordered some colored contacts too. There were some problems with the manufacturers color match and the staff took care of working with the supplier and getting it fixed - all with no hassle from me! Great service at a surprising low price.

I bought reading and glasses for driving. When glasses came in they were both reading glasses, went back for glasses and I couldnt see with glasses for driving. Was to try them out, might just need to get use to wearing. Went back a week later because I couldnt see, girl was very nice checked them then said I know exactly what is wrong, come back another day because Dr is not in. Went few weeks later and the girl that originally measured me treated me like I was an idiot, oh and Dr that did my exam was not, come back another day. Went again and when I arrived the entire staff including Dr where just sitting around talking. Finally was asked if I needed something. I explained my situation then Dr rudely said to me so what do you want! While staff smirked and what he said. I responded I want glasses that I can see with! Dr took me back for recheck and ended up writing a new prescription. Had additude the entire time he was checking me. Not Very Professional!!

Walmarts vision center was able to give a quality pair of glasses at an excellent price. They were able to do so at a remarkable price. I was impressed. You too will be a satisfied customer.

Worst experience. Called about glasses that they messed up 2x. And i received a sarcastic answer from manager Mike attempted to get info to contact corporate and make a complaint. And he hung up on me. Called again thinking it was a mistake a female answered when i asked for info for corporate she yells in the phone the manager said come in for a refund.... and when i tried to talk to her she also hung up. I dont know why they have so many incompetent people working and they are nkt trying to help anyone. Will be reporting to bbb. And filing complaint with corporate. And see if maybe then i can get my glasses fixed and a decent apology.

I have never in my life been talked to in this way... Supposedly I get the manager on the line at her request.. she dramatized a make believe senario. After I asked her to dicipline a horrible employee. She starts accusing me of cursing and using foul launguage. Lies. This place is a joke.

Absolute worst service I have ever seen. I simply asked the front desk optometry if I needed to sign in for eye exam. The cow brushed me off playing with phone. A simple yes or no, even a head nod would have been acceptable.. Go somewhere else.

Today I had the worst experience at this Vision Center and Ive been getting my eyes checked for over 20 years. The staff was rude and condescending, if I asked a question I was either completely ignored or talked over. They refused to let me provide them with my past prescription (first time there) and now Im sitting here with a contact lens prescription that not only states my eyes are better than the last time but theyve even changed shape! The doctor was even worse than the staff.. Ive never been so rushed in my life! You know the part where he asks, whats better 1 or 2.. ? He rushed through that so fast there were multiple times I couldnt answer before he was flipping the lens again!Beware and STAY AWAY! All they want is your money!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever have with a doc/vision center. I can’t see out of my glasses and I called them to let them know a week after I got the glasses and they said sorry mama we can’t help you for Too weeks so I got really upset and I’m still waiting for my contacts and I was told they would be there in 7 days so I’ve called on the 7 th day they said no not yet 8th still not there 9th day still not there it Ext... Now they said sorry mama they won’t be in for 3 weeks. Then the customer service people act like they are doing me a favor instead of doing there JOB. Keep in mind I payed for everything upfront and I don’t have any contacts and still can’t see out of my glasses.

I used to go here for my own glasses and contacts years ago and loved it. Ive gone in again twice in the past year and havent made it past the person greeting me. There is one particular lady there, she makes me so angry I forget to note her name. Both times Ive gone she has been little help and today actually DISCOURAGED me from shopping there. And from my point of view its only because she doesnt want to do any work at that particular moment. Ill be going back only because my 4 year old has her heart set on some spongebob frames she saw there. Ill be making note of her name then!

I had a problem with one of my contacts lenses and the staff was very helpful and the girls at the front were extremely polite. I will never go anywhere else from my eye glasses or contacts.
