Wonderful staff and the nicest, most thorough doctor! Staff was willing to spend hours working with me to find the right frames (I ended up purchasing three pair) and I felt so comfortable during my exam. Very highly recommended!

Dr Weisman is great, the staff is beyond annoying and degrading. If you dont want to buy overpriced lens/frames from them, you get berated and belittled. I thought it was just an isolated incident last year, but different rep, same attitude this year, too. Maybe my budget doesnt allow me to spend $500+ on your expensive frames, so dont make me feel like trash and tell me the glasses I buy are terrible. Wont be going back, sadly. Dr Weisman is great though.Ive never experienced this kind of treatment at other eye places. Please do better.

Amazing service, these people understand vision! After visiting several different options my wife and I kept coming back to Optical Image. These are by far the most superior and tack sharp glasses I’ve ever had. The prices are a little higher than the run of the mill alternatives but these are soooo nice. I never will go back to cheap glasses. Staff is exceptionally friendly and Dr. Weisman is the best ... and he’s hilarious. A+

Everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly! I was able to get glasses to replace my broken ones in an hour where I was expecting to wait a week for them to be delivered. Exceptional service, definitely recommend and very nice glasses!

Dr. Weisman is wonderful and knowledgeable! His staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of glasses, including high-end glasses that you don’t find easily in Tucson. I would highly recommend this office.

We often train at Tucson mall and have always visitors the wonderful ladies and eye doc in the store and never had any issues . Today I went in to look at frames with some of my clients and their dogs and the manager had the gall to tell me to stay off the floors with my dog that he had just buffed them and don’t we have anywhere else to train.. he was rude and as a result I will not be recommending anyone to his store... as for the women there I truly feel bad that they have to work for that creep. He just lost three customers. He even had the gall to say if we wanted to pay for buffing his Flores we could come in...

Absolutely the best personal service from the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff in Tucson. The selection of stylish frames are simply the best and without equal. The recommendations from the Emma, Pat, Chris and the rest of the crew are always on point. Absolutely love my new glasses.

It’s worth it!

I want to first say this post is about a month overdue. The staff at Optical Image is truly something special, and the eyeglass selection is a diamond in the rough. Cartier, Coach, RayBan, the selections are continuous, not to mention the passionate individuals who make up quite a team. Ive spent maybe 20 to 25k on eyewear here since 1992, service and staff are very attentive! Just went recently and no more same day or next day service! That change will make me look elsewhere for a more rapid turn around.Sad that you guys dont offer the next day service.

Appointment was confirmed for 06/20/2019 @ 5:30pm. The day before they called to confirm also mentioned oh can you come in earlier we had some cancellations. I said no because i work across town. Day of appointmwnt i arrive 15 minutes earlier. No one in the store acknowledged me. Finally 5:35 someone turned and said have you been helped. I replied no i have an appointment for 5:30 oh okay. I sat there till 6:00 being told oh we are running behind we will get you in soon. Very displeased and will not be coming back. I have things i need to do and other jobs to go to and when you finally acknoledged me it would have been nice to be told your running late then and there not 20 minutes later.

Incredible service! I have gone in to the Tucson mall location many times to see what lenses would work best for me. Love the environment and would definitely recommend for premium frames.

I had an Eye exam with Dr. Wiesman and I was totally impressed. The interaction with him was great from start to finish. Personal and humorous interaction equals great customer service.

Friendly staff and great service. I had a problem almost a year after purchase and they replaced my lenses for free. They also worked an awesome deal for me with my insurance plan. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Tucson.

The doctor was completely professional and efficient. His sales staff was not. If you want someone to sell you eyeglass frames like a used car salesman then this is your place. They even made me sign a waiver stating that I was intentionally damaging my eyes by not purchasing glasses. They didnt want to give me a copy of my prescription either. Probably cause they knew Id walk down to lenscrafters and get my glasses for less than a $1000. What a joke.

The Gm Kelly saved me from a huge headache when another store botched up my pair of ray bans that I had bought from Optical Image. She offered me the same pricing for the lens as the other store and exchanged the original botched ray bans for new ones with prescriptions. What was a very annoying situation was reconciled thank you for your help!
