We went in to pick up a few finishing touches for my daughters scarecrow constume. We did find most of what we needed, but the customer service is horrendous. I understand that these are temp workers and probably arent trying to work their way up in the company, but maybe at least pretend to care about the customer. When I paid, the 2 girls at the register were just talking as we stood there right in front of them and acted like we were an inconvenience interrupting their super important conversation. Then they told me they didnt have any quarters. Is that ok? I say thats fine thinking they were going to give my 85 cents back in dimes or something. No, they meant that they werent going to give me anything at all. Obviously I didnt agree to that so they magically found the money real quick and basically threw it at me as they mocked how I said 85 cents is 85 cents. What would happen if I walked out with 85 cents worth of merchandise without paying huh? Im sure it would be a big deal at that point! Rude!

SPIRIT HALLOWEEN 🎃 LOCATED AT 4881 N. STONE AVE. SPIRIT HALLOWEEN IS A HUGE HALLOWEEN STORE THAT PROVIDES EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT. THEY HAVE HAIR SPRAY MAKEUP, CHILDRENS OUTFITS, DECOR & MORE. ALL THE ANIMATRONICS WERE OUTSTANDING. FUN PLACE!!! DONT FORGET TO WEAR A MASK. 09-29-2021 🎃

Cool costume & Halloween stuff. Mostly its pretty expensive especially for the bigger stuff, or the really good costumes. But if you go after Halloween they have a huge sale. One of my experiences there, I waited in line for 15 min with only 1 lady in front of me, the cashier and her were having a conversation and could care less I was standing there waiting they just stood there talking even after her transaction was complete...I finally had to put my stuff down and leave without purchasing anything because I couldnt wait any longer.

Just a typical Spirit Halloween store this locations kind of diving compared to the East Side location. Also they didnt seem to have that much Im thinking its close to the college and the college kids went here first and cleaned out the store. I recommend going to the east side or the northwest side location.

It was not a good experience at all!😡😠 as soon as i started looking at stuff an employee started fallowing me all over the store like i was trying to still something! I have never taken anything in my life i need to get a few things and they missed out on a great sale because of there employee. I felt very uncomfortable being in their. I just wanted to leave so i rished out only getting a 2.00 item i should have just left that as well. Ill never go back in that location and i dont recommend it to anyone!
