My first and only visit to this store was awesome the employee had me in and out in record time with professionalism, a new phone with service for a unbeatable price and I loved it. Today Sept. 5th at 2:10pm I called about new promo for $25 a month and 5g phone was for existing customer also. The store rep automatically had her voice and demeanor change to Im wasting her time. I stated if new customers are paying 25 per month for unlimited 5g phone and Im paying 40 peronth for 10 gbs with 4g phone then I will be leaving. She stated thats fine thank you for calling Metro, bye and hung up. I immediately called back and asked for her name. She stated Jay.I said your name is Jay she stated yes.I said well you were rude, uninterested in helping me and you hung up on me! Can I speak to your supervisor? She stated no.I said well I will be registering a complaint about you She stated again thats fine thank you for calling Metro and hung up again. I called customer service and a rep was able to work with me and assist me the best she could and I appreciated her. I will be calling or visiting store to follow up with her supervisor about her lack of professionalism!

Guillermo and the people working here are the worst employees I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, talks bad to customers and really bad attitudes. Upper management really needs to do something about this store.if you’re looking for a new phone, DONT COME HERE.

Ive gone in twice this week and Guillermo has been so helpful he was professional and knowledgeable not only to me but to every customer that walked in he answered all my questions i was looking for a new phone, so I had alot of questions he was definitely trying to help me find the phone that would suite me best not just trying to make a sale, Thank you Guillermo

This so called manager argued instead of explaining why I had to pay extra for what I already paid for and threatens to call police when I said show me where in the terms and conditions of the agreement it says I have to pay for a mid cycle disconnection. She could not show me, and she wasnt even the rep I was working with she just wanted to throw around her authority hahaJulie was great Im sorry she has to work with such an unprofessional manager.

I got a phone for 120 that was marked for 350 dollars I well always get my phones from them I got the a new samsung galaxy A21 and I love it

Brianna is always helping me out with plans and promotions and Ricardo always likes my energy when inside the store because of how nice of a customer I am. Highly recommend the store to any Metro PCS customer. 😊

Don’t ever buy this device because it does not work at all it takes up all the gigabyte well trying to load the picture and they’re not going to return your money back after using it for a night because it already took about 6 GB to load something.. metroPCS just steals your money it does not work.. it does not deserve any stars.. no compren este internet no sirve para nada y nomás te roban el dinero.

All I have to say is how disappointed I am in their lack of customer service. I asked about getting potential service as a new customer. AS A NEW CUSTOMER just requesting info on their plans. Even just that simple she had a bad attitude and it was almost like a chore i was asking about plans and phones on sale. She was tall with brown curly hair. Didnt bother getting her name. As I just walked out. If this is who represents metro then theres no way in hell Ill ever be a customer. My web page of 300k stateside followers will know of the service I received yesterday.

Ive been to this location multiple times and always received great customer service the manager Mikas personality is so fun and upbeat really brightens the place.

Paid for 2 lines unlimted data, but our phones definitely do not get that speed when it was just one line! Bout to switch carriers💯

I went to the Campbell and Irvington Store last night and I was not impressed and have no desire to ever return. The customer service was horrible. Every phone I picked was out of stock. The employees seemed Uninterested to sell phones. I overheard a customer being embarrassed by comments the rep was making

Excellent service from this location! Although i received service from a nice lady in that store, the other two associates (friday 10/09/15 approximately 12 noon) were also courteous and to the point with other customers! People are quick to complain about customer service when things go wrong etc but hardly, if ever, speak about good service rendered. Keep up the good work!

The place had No! Up grade Phones to sell and the Rep was Coughing all over the place Not covering his Face or Sanitizing very Disgusting and Careless.Stay away from that store if You are Compromised your Life May Depend on it!

I went to upgrade my phone they took 2 hours cause they messed everything up. Three times I waited over 2 hours for simple tasks. Computers down and offered a phone for $100 then told price changed to 200$ false advertising. Now I came to activate a new phone I bought and it didnt work and she insisted on charging me and yelled at me I took time risk. I have 6 lines of service with them and u am canceling and telling everyone I referred to then to cancel I will also post my review on maps.I have had the worst experience with these people and they store manager yelled at me her name is Brianna and she refused to give me her last name. She is so rude and to be a manager representing the company is a shame...now I am off to find a new service provider.

I went to this place and they were horrible, they were trying to sell me something I did not need. The girl there was on her phone not paying attention. I did not feel welcomed :-(This is why I go to the one on park and irvington.

Thls girl was behind the countet on her phone looking at her phone looking like she just rolled out the bed. Not good service st all went there twice and the same girl on the phone.

Worst decision i ever made. Most of their product offerings are not top level quality. Think twice before you sign up or switch.
