Sent my mom to check if the phone I was paying on for her on my account had a warranty, she went to this store and was told the phones motherboard was bad and convinced to buy a new phone and trade in the other. They sold her a $800 phone loaded with features she has no use for. I called and told them to hold the phone she traded in because I would be back to get it since I didnt believe a retailer that sells phones not repair them knew what was wrong with her less then 2 year old phone, I was told they would hold it and that I was able to refund the phone she was sold. I got in 2 days later to find out the phone was shipped off and they would not do a refund on the $800 phone.....called the customer service number and was told the phone never should have been sent off till the 14 day refund window was met but there was nothing that could be done. Called verizon corporation and was given a number to call to try and retrieve the phone but was unsuccessful and was told to bring the $800 phone to the official store for a refund....and to update this as of Aug 24th when I looked at my bill, they charged her for even more hidden charges and signed her onto every add on they could...really enjoying my bigger bill

My son, in Colorado, ordered a new phone for me through Verizon, to be delivered to Tucson, and there were a few hiccups. However, he reordered today and I was fortunate enough to go to GoWireless (Verizon dealer) in Tucson. Even better, Tyler was my associate/helper. He was AMAZING! I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get any in-store help because of COVID-19, because when I tried in Colorado, I was shut down. Tyler was: professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful and just downright a great person! He set up my phone, transferred data,pictures - everything! I bought a new case, glass screen saver and wireless charger! I would definitely recommend this store, and especially Tyler!

The manager at this location told me I had a virus on my phone and there was no fix for it. He said I had to buy a new phone. I went to Costco where a kiosk employee fixed my phone in about 30 seconds.

This specific location has amazing customer service. These guys really know what they’re doing and go the extra mile. I was helped by Tyler and not only was he super friendly and welcoming but he really took the time to educate me about my bill and phone. Definitely recommend!!!

Do not go to this store on 22nd/Harrison in Tucson, AZ. The manager, Luis, was very unfriendly and uncooperative .... I get times are hard, but that doesn’t give him the right to treat someone poorly. He’s obviously just there for a paycheck and is not there to truly help people with their phone needs. We wanted to switch our AT&T service to Verizon because we thought AT&T was bad.... boy, were we wrong. Were going to just stick with AT&T. At least theyre nice. It has literally taken two full days to get pretty much nowhere....we have new phones that were sent by carrier, but cant get any service for them (after signing up for new Verizon service online). We were finally told by the correct Verizon rep for NEW accounts, to go to this store at 10a, get SIM cards, and so we did. Luis said he did not have them and that it “sounded about right” that we had been on the phone for hours. He was told that Verizon sent us to him And he told us we would have to go to the corporate store. When my husband asked if we could have the SIM cards shipped to us, he got very upset, told my husband he wasn’t listening, and then ask him to get out of the store. I about fell over when I learned of this.So many people need jobs right now. Why would Verizon/GoWireless hire someone like this? Now we have to send the phones back and go through all of this unnecessary work for nothing. We were just wanting to be new customers. Shame on you Go Wireless and Verizon!!

I’m a new customer that ordered online. Verizon had a problem with the sim card and sent me to this store to get a new one to activate the phone. The store manager, Luis, rude from the get go told me i would have to go to there corporate office. I had already been on the phone with Verizon for 4+ hours over 2 days trying to get this resolved. When i asked if they could ship the sim to the store he got very snippy telling me that i was not listening and making me out to be a problem customer. Already unhappy with my Verizon experience i asked for his name and store # to let Verizon know he is the reason I was cancelling my order. At this he became threatening and yelled at me to get out of his store. This is the store manager. Unbelievable.

I usually go to the main store on Broadway. I was actually told not to trust a third party Verizon, however I was very pleased with my entire experience. I really felt like they took more time with me and actually cared about what I came in for. I think the young man who helped me was Tyler. They dont honor their word here. I have been coming to this store for about 3 years now, I dont know what has happened recently but its gone really downhill. The most recent issue I had with them is an issue with their old manager and their new manager. Theyre old manager ordered me a phone, during my grace period for my new phone. he told me that he would call me when I came in and when I went in after not receiving a call I was told dont worry we will call you when it comes in. Back after a few weeks of not hearing anything and the new manager told me there was no record phone being ordered for me. He told me he would contact his district and someone would get back. After 4 days of waiting for someone to contact me I went to the store. the store manager then told me he had spoken to the district manager and there was nothing they could do, that I was stuck with this $900 phone that I dont want. thats why he or his district manager had not called me and he said that they were really busy and did not have time to call customers about unimportant things like this. Then he raise his voice his voice and told me weve had a really busy week and expressed that he was stressed out. I expressed again that I wanted the district manager to call me back about this issue. I asked for his district managers office number and he refused to give it to me, I asked for the name and phone number of his supervisor and he refused to give it to me. As I went to walk out of the store he started laughing at me, when I asked him what was so funny he said I was taking this way too seriously. I told him this was a $900 phone that Im expected to pay off that I tryed to return in my grace period. At the end of the day he didnt care. its not his money or problem. Im truly disappointed because Ive been going to go wireless for many years because of their great customer service. But the next chance I have to switch my phone to T-Mobile or Sprint Im going to do it, probably today.

Worst customer service i ever had, employee was Jordon. Ordered a phone on Tuesday that was suppose to be in by friday just comming from another intown store,and i never got a phone call and i call them and they had no anwser to where it is when it will be in i left message for Jordon who was working and he never called me back, I called again today and he said it was in, so much for a call back right????? I show up and the other employees could not find the phone, overall very very unprofessional, non helpful, will never ever be going there again. They need better employees!!!!!!

I want to commend store manager Chris S for tremendous customer service! My phone failed overnight, after nearly three years of trouble-free use. Chris did some fast trouble-shooting and helped this technology-challenged customer on his way! He gave me ALL of his attention, never once acted like I was an interruption in his day, and explained everything I asked about in clear detail. I never felt rushed, and upon a 2nd visit with different questions I got the same level of help. I believe Chris is a definite asset to Verizon, and highly recommend him & his staff, located at Harrison & 22nd St in Tucson.

I took my cell phone in to the Verizon store at Harrison and 22nd. I could not connect to my contacts in my directory. Misha, the young woman in the store was initially not sure why that was happening. But after thinking about it she reset the phone and that cleared up the problem. She was very helpful.

Charles, Akavius, Katie, Gabriel and Dani were all very personable and continue to help with phone, jet pack (wifi) and homephone. When I returned a phone that didnt work for me, Charles and Katie gladly took it back. My daughters phone was defective but insurance company was being stubborn. Akavius got on the phone with techs and insurance company and they sent her a new phone. Will deal with them over the Verizon store any day!!!!
