Very nice layout, a ton of games and accessories to scratch any gamers itch. Well organized, large selection to choose from; If you cannot find your board game, good chance you did not look hard enough. Their customer service is attentive to your needs. Prices are about common.

Great place for hobbies and games, but not very welcoming. I go to other game shops that are more welcoming. If you are looking for a place and a quick stop this is the place.

The staff is always super helpful in finding what you are looking for and they can even make great recommendations for your family based on your interests. My family has even benefitted from free promotional items from time to time.

I like this store its in my opinion one of the more inviting stores in town if that makes any sense. There are other spots in town that can make newcomers to card games feel not so welcome. I realize its probably not always a great time to teach people that have never played a card game such as MTG the rules and how to play and all that. However, I did just try to start up MTG for the first time really and I feel this store is more welcoming than some and not just the staff but the customers as well. One of the things I really like about this place is their employees dont go around talking trash about other establishments and to me that is a big win. I feel like no store should be talking badly about another store whether they are competing for business or not. The only thing I wish this store had more of is a bigger selection of organizational things for cards and more Pokemon stuff. I have been to a couple other spots in town and this store has some pretty good prices as well. Better by 10-30 dollars on some of their booster boxes for certain games. There collectables are pricey but those are pricey anywhere you go due to rarity. They have some really cool dice I want in the near future when I have a little more cash as well. I feel that a lot of the supply issues will get better so I will just keep supporting this store where I can. Due to COVID-19 things everywhere have been hard to get so I understand that. They do still have some good stuff though just maybe not as much of a selection that I would like to see.

Will never be shopping or playing at this store. The staff when I went was rude and unhelpful. He would walk around watching us browse as if we were going to steal. I couldnt even look at the cards they were selling and he gave me misinformation about magic the gathering. I went to this store about two weeks ago and I will never go back. The next day I went to another store on Broadway and they were fantastic. Dont give these snobs your business

This store has by far the largest selection of boardgames that Ive seen in Tucson. No matter what type of game your looking for (family games, party games, RPGs, euro games, etc), theyll have a great option for you. The selection might be a little overwhelming for beginners, but the staff is happy to help you find a great new game. They also have a solid selection of used games, which typically includes a few rare or out-of-print options at reasonable prices. The selection and the fantastic rewards program keeps me coming back to this store any time Im in the mood to try a new game.

My wife and I went in a couple of weeks ago to get something to play that was better than the simple card games we had but not to complex. The gentleman there worked with us and we left with two. We first tried Ticket to Ride which we enjoyed very much. The second game (Splendor) was a little confusing so I went back in and it took just a few minutes and he had all my questions answered. We are now enjoying that one also. Great service.

Definitely the best game store (Board Games) in Tucson. They have the biggest collection and variety of games compared to any store in Tucson, and I have taken the time to check them all out. Also, they have a used game collection table that is almost always full of games and is always getting new games. It is the largest assortment of used board games in Tucson. Lastly, they have a great rewards program that gives you $10 & $20 coupons for spending money here. The rewards program is amazing. Every $100 spent earns you a $10 coupon. That is a lot better than any other online site to buy board games, and the other board game stores in Tucson don’t offer rewards for being a customer. Highly recommend this local board game store for any of your hobby needs

I absolutely adore this store. Its a locally owned game store, and I have gone there for many things. I have played games from their library, and I have bought games from them.The one thing I havent done is participate in any of their tournaments they have.

Store is a little on the small side, inventory is limited in some of the more niche games, that being said it is a fun place to gather on the east side for hobbyists and gamers alike. They host gatherings that are enjoyable and are usually filled with a multitude of people that are very welcoming to new and veteran gamers alike. If you are in the area I suggest chrcking it out. Good prices and staff that knows their inventory go a long way towards making this establishment the fun place that it is.

Huge selection of games! This place has the vibe of a blockbuster on a Friday night( in a good way) staff is helpful. If you’re looking for a particular game and call them up they’ll set it aside for you. That’s pretty cool. You can play card games, board games in the back. A huge plus about this place is that they have demo versions of quite a few games. So in a way you can play before to pay before you actually invest in the game. Can also sell board games here. This place has something for everyone. They have a massive selection of board games from entry level or kids games to the very complex wargames of a thousand chits and everything in between. They have a wide selection of puzzles and collectable card games, rulebooks and miniatures if youre looking to go the rpg route and even a selection of miniatures and modeling supplies for tabletop wargames. If they dont have something specific you are looking for theyre more than happy to order it for you or find a copy if its something out of production. The staff is very helpful and super nice. I would give 10 stars to this place.

I was really glad to find out that Game Daze in the mall moved over here and became Isle of Games. They have a fantastic Board Game, Pen & Paper and Miniature selection.If your new to Magic the Gathering this is where you should go to play. The players here are low key and supportive of people new to the game, they want to have fun, not win the game in 3 turns.The staff here is also great, they want to make sure you have a good time while your here.

We walked in and were greeted by Josh. Josh is a kind man who cares for every customer he encounters. We wandered around a bit and were then helped by another man, this one without a name. He walked us through a few game choices and helped solidify our desire to buy Arkham horror. The experience was friendly and satisfactory. The store was clean and smelled fine. Would go again

Best board game store in Tucson!! Isle of games has an enormous selection of board games and the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I spent nearly 45 minutes with Ben as he worked to find the perfect game for us based on our preferences. The store also hosts a bunch of great board game nights and events. I highly recommend Isle of games for any of your gaming needs.

Outstanding service here. Biggest selection Ive ever seen in a game store like this.. To be fair, Ive never seen a game store of this caliber. The guy behind the counter was extremely friendly and even more knowledgeable of the vast selection available. Everything from your collectors editions of the classics, to modern hits, to role playing, supplies, puzzles, you name it. Highly recommended.

This game store is my favorite in Arizona. I am not local to Tucson but always end up spending hours here when I do go. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. There is tons of games to select from as well as a wonderful game library to try before you buy.

Wow! This place is a gem for board games. huge selection of board games from modern to old. They have used games, chess sets, and MTG all under one place. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. My first time there I felt like they treated me as an old friend. I ended up purchasing my first strategy board game with miniatures here. I paid 10 dollars over the Amazon price, but the staff was so helpful that I didnt care.

Wow! Ive been to many a game shop in my day and this place is the tops! They stock thousands of new board games (yes, really!), as many miniatures, tons of paint and supplies as well as the usual Magic TG cards, dice, mats and other gaming fun. Pricing on new games is straight MSRP, but used games can be had for a good price.The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish every town in the US had a game shop this nice!

This game shop has always been my favorite in Tucson. The staff have spent an average of 15 minutes shopping with me and helping me select the new family game tailored to the likes of my unique crew! Because of the level of customer service, there may be a wait time when questions need to be answered but if you come prepared knowing what you are looking for, they are very helpful.

This is THE best place to come for any type of board or card game. These guys really know their stuff and you can tell theyre passionate about games. We come here for our Zombies! board game expansion packs. They also host tournaments and game nights.

I needed a box to hold my loose cards, I took a gamble and walked in and to my surprise, they sold supplies for trading card games here.Walking by the store, my impression was that I didnt really have any business going here because they sell mostly board games. Im not really into board games unless it is the occasional game of Trouble or Scrabble thats happening, but other than that I dont play.I walked in due to me needing to pass the time and to my amazement, they sold Pokemon TCG and other supplies. Since I needed a box and some sleeves, I was glad I found a place that sold these items that was closer to home. Their selection isnt huge as their forte is board games but Im glad to see that there are TCG players welcome here and they have certain times of play.I visited multiple times and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I like going here. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that some of the judges/moderators can be grumpy during games, especially if you bring your kids so I wouldnt say its very kid friendly. Also, I wish there were more D&D nights and more casual Magic the Gathering nights. Im still learning Magic and the back room is very crowded for D&D.

This is THE place locally for family friendly boardgames. It is managed by the same folks who used to run Game Daze in Park mall before the company folded. Drew and the gang know their stuff and they are always making sure that they have the right staff to support the community.

I left Ace Hardware, drove to this specifically to this store to purchase something for/with my son. After browsing I walked to the counter behind another customer, who they called by his first name. He made his purchase and as soon as he walked away, so did the employee. The two boys were too busy with other things than doing the easiest transaction of the day.. sorry that was an absolute slap in the face boys. I love supporting the local guy but you blew it. Next time treat everyone like they’re a paying customer.

I had a terrible experience here. June 29 2016. My 11 year old son collects and solves Rubiks cubes. we purchased one he doesnt yet have, i wanted to support local. Well the cube we bought was defective.(My son is well familiar with Rubiks cubes) the moment he took it out the package and gave it a twist, a piece flew off. He went back with his father for a possible exchange. And was told that he had to wait til Friday for a managers approval and asked my husband to leave the cube. My son came home in tears! Not because the issue, but because the cashier drew said he didnt sell it broken and that hes a kid and he broke it. (This broke at the first twist the minute he opened it) I wasnt happy with the fact we paid $50 for a defective cube and he was no help at all & we had to wait a few days for a manager and left the cube. I wanted a refund at this point and nothing to do with this store. So when I went back with my son still in tears. He told me he fixed it & we could have it back. He didnt acknowledge that it was defective and he was quick to tell me with my son that hes a kid and kids break things he said it wasnt broken when he sold it and he continued to accuse him. I just wanted a refund This guy made it such a headache and broke my kids heart with the words he said to him. I got a refund but this guy should not be working here. Hes not a kid friendly person. I was so upset at the way he handled it. Thanks to Drew I will never walk into this store and never recommend this place to anyone
