Steve and Anna Stone were very helpful when I needed a home. Steve showed me about 4 homes in Carefree Village. I chose the second one of the 4. Steve helped me through the whole process and even told me the lender would be a little bit of a struggle which was true but it worked out well. We did have a few problems with the refrigerator which when I called Anna then promptly took care of and the new one went out also but that didnt stop Anna who let me pick out one and bought it. They are a busy company which is because they are helping alot of people. Have patience and things will get done. Yes I would have them help me again. Thank you Steve and Anna. 🌺

Ana has been nothing but attentive with my family and I . She is busy however she took care of me when my A.C. went out. She made sure my family and I were cool by buying a nice A.C. unit that you can roll around. Long story short she made sure that my A.C. was replaced. I really like her, she has been nothing but professional and carring. Ana went beyond for me, She help me get my new place which I am very comfortable and happy in. .. I myself would recommend her to anyone.

My family runs this business and while I don’t work there I do sometimes loan money to buyers who don’t have their own financing. And I can tell you through my experience with these buyers and my own dealings with them- they run a first class operation.

Im happy with my home from southwest

I was treated very rudely me and wife had purchased a home from these people and payed cash in full and never got a title for it. Here it is almost 7 months later and still no title and when we call about it they tell us oh will call you back and they never do. Plus the home is falling apart and its only been 7 months. So if you want to get screwed go to them.

I will visit you. This Saturday, August 14, I hope they can attend to me, they have prestige, and they speak very well of. This company.
