Stopped by with my husband and the salesman seemed bothered that we were even there. It was comical the way he discouraged us in every way from working with their company-right down to not even showing us a model home. He bluntly stated that they were all online and shooed us out the door. Not sure if he didnt like us or liked us enough to keep us away from a potentially bad company. Either way, well be going with someone else.

We spoke with Bob when my husband and I went to look at models. He was very informative! He was also very kind and helpful. He answered all our questions and even gave us more resources like information on local realtors that could help us when looking for our land. It was also nice we got to see 3 different models because, we had gone to a previous place that had only shown us one, so seeing a variety was very nice. Overall they are definitely there to help you, they dont try to over sell you anything, there was absolutely no pressure, it went amazing! My husband and I are definitely putting them on top of our list and possibly will buy our future home from them.

I tried working with a number of dealers for manufactured homes before coming across Ed Tourville. I had almost given up because it was clear the others really didnt care if they got my order or not. Ed was by far the most responsive and up front about answering my questions and getting pricing information I requested. And I asked plenty! While I ended up putting my order on hold at the very last minute due to issues with setback requirements, I would not hesitate to order from Ed or recommend him to any other person who is considering a manufactured home. Wish I could give ZERO Stars!!!!!!!!! This place is a scam!!!!!!! Went to them based on the google reviews, What a mistake. Now that I have been ripped off, I went back and looked and realized almost 80% are fake. If you look most of the people leaving good review have only left one review on their account. That only happens when a business opens up email accounts to review themselves.Back to the issue this place is high pressure to get you to sign an agreement and forces you to put money down before the deal is finished. Once they trap you and the deal goes south, they keep a large portion of your money. ( Fees for them doing paperwork) I wish I never heard of them. If you want the real scoop on them go to the BBB and check their profile. I am not the first person this has happened too. I will also be filing a BBB Complaint. I have contacted the Arizone AGs Office.Please stay away!!!! But if you do go DONT give them a dime till the deal is done.

Called Factory Expo Outlet Center and spoke with Nate. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. But then after calling others places I wont buy anything from this place.They told me any place asking for money up front before the deal is completed and financing in place is not common to reputable dealers.Reading they have past issues not returning peoples deposit on the BBB Site makes me steer clear of this place.I looked up their BBB rating and see they have problems. I could live with that, you cant please everyone. But they dont seem to be willing to fix issues.Then I look and see the last few 1 star ratings. Weird how a company that avged 1 to 3 rating a month all the sudden gets 10 plus 5 star ratings this month. Looks very fishy. They really cant claim that May is a big month for them. In the month of May for other years they didnt even get close to that many. Bet yet in one day they got 9 to try to cover that 1 star. It will be amazing to see how 5 star rating come after this posting.

I came in looking for a home for my friend and found out that this place is much better priced than other local stores. Kevin explained their business model which fits my agenda perfectly. There should not be “middle men” in a process like this. Steve, the manager was also very cooperative and was around for questions as well. We had a very easy process of buying a manufactured home once we got to Factory Expo and more specifically, Teresa Osuna. We had a nightmare of a time before we got to her. Selecting a manufacturer and selecting a construction style could be frustrating. Not knowing what goes into ordering, delivering, fabrication can make any one nervous. It is a big purchase and I was overwhelmed with anxiety, calling these manufacturers and not getting straight answers. Most of the time I just have few question but the sales people would not answer your question on the phone and would say come to the show room. And you are like I just need to know few question before I start driving for two hours. Then I came across Factor Expo Outlet and I called them to try my luck one more time to get straight answers. And asked God to help me and spoke to Kevin Ingraham he is truly knowledgeable, did not rush me on the phone, answered all my questions, he genuinely assisted me. I now have a clear and better understanding as realistically what my budget should be. Before calling here and there I had no Clue.
