Was very busy. Staff was helpful and helped pick what I needed. I went in with no knowledge of towing stuff and they explained so much! Wait was a little long but worth it.

Rented a truck for five days to move 1bedroom house in to storagehard and glad it is over Steve manager was best and sales girl was outstanding and very helpful.

They were great! I was there for a hitch install on my company truck. It took a minute to get helped because they only had one person working which is something they should remedy but I was still impressed that my truck was finished within 2 and a half hours. Thank you!

Nice facilities. Could use another person or two for the desk though. I understand that this may not be something they have control over, but another patron said that this is normal.

I would not do business with this location again if they paid me! I waited and waited and never did get what I wanted. I left, went down the street and got everything I needed without the wait. NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES! Well be right with you never happened.

I want to give a Negative Star review!!!! They dont even deserve a 1 star!!! Where is the NO Star Option!!!! The employees have very bad attitude ....They left me standing by the propane tanks as they sit inside in the AC.... they do not help the customers in the order that they arrive !!!!!

Not the most informative associate. Felt hurried throughout. And I was only customer there
